How to creater a XML scatter - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everyone. I was trying to flash a MTK phone, by using sp flash tool; i'm using sp flash tool 5.22, but it seems to be incompatible with the kind of memory of this phone. This phone (Samsung galaxy A14 5G) has an UFS memory, and this version seems to cannot handle it right. So i think if i use a newer version of this program, maybe could make it work. But the newer versions (v6) uses a XML scatter format, instead the traditional one. So, ¿how can I create an XML scatter?, or better ¿How can convert a conventional scatter into a XML scatter?

¿Does anyone have a XML scatter (sp flash tool v6 compatible) to share please?

Or if anyone could use mtkclient or miracle box or unlock tool and get us a dump of the firmware scatter would help us out … bout to buy either a brand new one from Walmart and dump firmware then return it or look on eBay for one with a busted screen

Virus and Spyware in Stock ROM for Vivo?

Hello, I have a question...
I have a Vivo smartphone.
I have been hacked and had spyware on my smartphone even after I did factory reset.
I realized I have to flash the stock rom again.
Problem:
1. I have come across many websites claiming to provide official stock ROM...
Download Vivo Stock ROM for all models - hardreset33
You can download any Vivo smartphone flash file here. Download Android mobile latest and original stock ROM or Firmware version.
www.hardreset33.com
Vivo all models Stock Rom Firmware Download – FLASH FILE TOOL
Vivo Firmware direct easy & free all Vivo models flash file, usb drivers, working imei tools We have full package for Vivo android smartphones.
flashfiletool.com
In fact these websites look scammy....
Where can one ACTUALLY find the official stock ROM files?
2. How can one find the files on this website XDA because this is my first time using the website?
3. how can we confirm files found on XDA have not been tampered with?
Thank you in advance for posting your replies...
Hm it has been very easy to register to this website XDA and post a question... Really pleasant experience. Usually forums are so annoying with millions of rules on how to ask a question, what to ask, in which subsection bla bla bla... Confirming the account etc etc....
I am really pleasantly surpsied.
I look forward to receiving some constructive replies because I am indeed quite frustrated having spent 4 hours googling "vivo official stock rom" and having actually found absolutely nothing reassuring.
I have basic knowledge in python, mysql and php so for me as an amateur programmer, it sounds crazy to just go and download an OS from a random website and install it on your smartphone.
I don't understand the implications very well but that seems rather wild to me...
It's like downloading your microsoft windows iso image from whatever website you found somewhere?! :S

Infinix Note 12 Pró (X676B) install global ROOM.

I recently bought this device and due to the seller's fault, did not send me the global ROM it came with a ROM for Russia, Poland, and other regions.
I'm from Brazil and my language is Brazilian Portuguese.
I have no experience with ROM manipulation. I have read tutorials e researched about it, but I still don't feel safe, and hope some good soul can help me. I'm afraid of bricking or damaging my device.
I downloaded SP Flash Tool v.6.2216 (latest version), the drivers, and a ROM of this
website: "https://androidmtk.com/download-infinix-stock-rom" . I don't know if this Stock ROM is a global version and I don't know how to know either.
This version of SP Flash Tool is different from the tutorial that is attached to the page and the versions below this one say that they do not support X67 processors.
The only thing I want is to be able to install my language on my phone.
Is there any risk of damaging it?
Installing this ROM would bring the result I expect?

1)download the firmware for the device
2) and magisk
3) install magisk to device
4) you get the boot.img file from the firmware archive
5) patch the boot file via magisk
6) you are doing an oem unlock bootloader (for all mtk can be found on the Internet)
(your data will be completely lost, so we make backups)
7)
Code:
fastboot flash <your magisk boot patches file .img> boot_a
fastboot flash <your magisk boot patches file .img> boot_a
fastboot reboot recovery
8) wipe data -> yes
9) aaaand reboot
Profit
Hello,
Thanks a lot for your reply. Really Appreciate it.
I had already unlocked my bootloader. The Firmware build I was having on my phone was not available on internet, Couldn't find it on official website.
I tried all kind of softwares like Droid root tools etc but they couldn't detect my device fully so I could extract boot.img file and also backup my firmware.
After lot of Struggle I finally found someone on fiverr who helped me in Rooting the device.
Thanks a lot Again for taking time to reply.
This will help me in future and others too.
Best Wishes

Where can you get SP Flash tool for 32 bit linux computer Mint 18.3

Hello!
I am trying to flash an android phone through a 32 bit Linux computer as mentioned in the subject line. The point is there are no SP Flash tools available in 32 bit architecture. On googling several sites indicate 32 bit application but after downloading and extracting the files are all written in 64 bit, can anybody suggest a link to download SP flash tool in 32 bit Linux mint or Ubuntu or architecture such that I can flash my old mobile Micromax E484 .
Thank you in advance.
Did you try this too?

Indeed ! notnoelchannel Yep! Itried all these sites before I came here. It has a site for 32 bit version but on downloading and checking the file, it appears to be a 64 bit file. Therefore you will receive a permission denied error, I had earlier not knowingly tried to change the file permission through chmod and chown but disappointingly failed to start the application due to the above reason Permission denied. Eventually checking the file indicated it was a 64 bit and cannot be executed.

Oops! Sorry, although I have read the guidelines that were stuck as sticky notes prior to someone posting, could not comprehend the significance of General Forum and Question and Answers Forum. As every one who require help merely post a message, I did assume Question and Answers Forum had more significant and terse subjects and members might overlook or be annoyed at this general question of lesser importance and hence chose the General Forum. However! Thank you for moving it to the appropriate chamber.

Hello! mvikrant97
As I was out of town for a few days could not reply. I am afraid the link you have given me is for Sony Experia mobile phone flashing . am having Micromax E484 . The tool does run flawlessly on my Linux 32 bit computer but on selecting the firmware for flashing the scatter.txt file is not recognized or cannot be selected for flashing the phone. i would be obliged if the SP Flash Tool for linux version 32 bit without any 64 bit architecture link provided. As even after several hours of googling this particular application .appears to evade.
Thank you.

I had Win XP till 2017, it became hard to browse through the internet once the support ended , instead of changing the laptop which was expensive changed my Operating system from Windows to Linux . This appears to be a robust soft ware than previous but my computer is old still in the 32 bit architecture. Therefore the applications must be in the parallel versions as well. Hence the request.
