Question Broken Nord 2 DN2101 - OnePlus Nord 2 5G

My screen's popped out unfortunately and it looks like the cable got torn a bit. I just wanted to know if there was any way I could either view the screen or access the data without the screen. Unfortunately I did not switch on backups or have USB debugging enabled before the screen died. Or if anyone has any sources or leads on where I could possibly get a cheap screen replacement for under 50$.

[Q] screen problem after little feet

hi i was charging my TFP up and my son decided he would stand on it, now i went to turn it on and the screen has gone funny, it has vertical lines which seem to be changing colour on boot so its booting up i can unlock it with my pin on the dock but cant see a think just a few little lines.... had a look inside connections are all ok...
the lcd is not cracked, checked circuit boards and they all seem in one piece
anyone any idea
also i unlocked it a few weeks ago so it would most probably cost sending it to asus so if i can find out the problem and maybe fix it myself if i know what parts i need to get?

Sounds like backlight is dead, no options other than replacing screen assembly.

[Q] HDMI with broken screen?

So today I was out with my friends and I was swinging a tree branch (don't ask why) and I dropped it on the back of my phone which was in the pocket. The screen was already broken but this time the internal LCD look warped out. I opened up the back and the battery was dented. Nothing but random dots of colors appeared at the bottom of the screen. I'm almost certain it still works because I got a text message and it rung. I have an HDMI cable and I hooked it up to a TV but only the Motorola "M" shows up. So, my question is: How do I get the image to show up? I can unlock with my eyes closed, I just don't know were to press to choose the HDMI settings! Also, can anybody give me a website for a cheap screen repair? All the website i've been to are 200 $

Motorola will fix it for about $179. Although you will have to send it to them, and be without it for about a week to 10 days. Motorola will tell you it takes about 5-7 work days from the time they receive it until you get it back in your hands. I sent a RAZR MAXX to them, and they misplaced it. I did get the phone back, and they waived the repair cost for losing my phone. But it was a big headache to go through. So, make sure you have everything documented when you send it to them. Just something to think about.

[Q] Display broken SIII screen on moniter

Alright, my problem is I have an SIII with broken glass, a broken digitizer, and a broken LCD. It's my old phone as I had to buy a new one due to these issues. Ended up getting the HTC One. Eitherway, I can't use the screen at all yet I can turn it on and everything. Turned it on today, and since it's on a seperate number than my One, I got tons of notifications the second I turned it on, plus, I need the screen for a few other things. My question is, is there anyway I can display the screen on my laptop through USB running on Ubuntu without the use of my phone screen? Also if anyone knows how, I do ask for super detailed instructions as I suck with Linux now. (Old HD died due to Windows sucking.)
Thanks in advance.

Getting data off an S6 Edge with a busted LCD

My wife dropped her S6 edge a few months back and broke the back glass. Everything worked fine, though, until a few days ago when the screen suddenly stopped working. The screen displays two columns of alternating gray lines if the power button is held down for a few seconds or if the home button is pressed; otherwise the buttons seem to be non-responsive. Also, the left-most LED is illuminated solid purple almost all the time. I brought it to a repair shop, and they said it was a broken LCD. (Not sure why the LED would stay illuminated then, but whatever.)
I'm trying to figure out if there's any way to get the data off the phone without dropping $300 to replace the LCD. It's not rooted, and USB debugging isn't enabled. Also, she already got a replacent phone and swapped out the SIM, for what that's worth. I'm also 90% sure she never created a Samsung account and, in any event, i think it would be moot since she's swapped phones, no? Basically, I only really care about the pictures of our kids, but she unfortunately didn't have Google photos sent to sync, either.
Additionally, neither Windows Explorer nor Samsung Smart Switch recognizes it when you plug it in. I've tried attaching it to both a mouse and a keyboard via OTG adaptor to try to unlock the pass code (numerical, not pattern), but it doesn't seem like that worked because nothing happened after doing that and then plugging it into my computer. I was going to try the trick of hooking it up to my TV to mirror the screen, but I've read that the S6 Edge doesn't support MHL, so that seems like a bust.
Any and all thoughts greatly appreciated.

Samsung Smart Switch from non responsive (turns on, screen kinda works) S9+ to S9+

S9+ took a tumble, glass is cracked, screen turns on sometimes, when it does the right 1/4 of the screen is green lines, touch doesn't work but power button does. and I assume volume buttons. I have a gesture lock which is required after restart, and biometrics. Is there any way to use Samsung Smart Switch to the insurance replacement device I received? Thought maybe I could use a bluetooth mouse using the USAB-A to C adapter, but it doesn't seem to be working either. When plugged into my laptop, the laptop reads it but cannot access any files (I assume because if unlocked, the phone would ask if I want to allow access to files, which I cannot do of course). Am I screwed or is there some fairly inexpensive way to get my new phone as close to the old one as possible? Thank you!
