My XDA phone its not responding!!!! HELP!!!!!! - MDA, XDA, 1010 General

I'm new in this. Right now and I don't know why my phone began to flash the backlight every 15 seconds. The phone is not respondind, the PDA yes but not as quick as it is. I've already soft reset, but is the second time that happened to me. The last time hard reset the XDA.
What can i do? what happen? how could I solve this issue?

XDA 1 locked on O2 screen

When I turn on my XDA 1 it doesn't seem to boot up, it just stays on the initial "02" scree. I can access Boot loader and run diagnostics which appear be ok, please help !
maybe a program is set to start up which cause it to freeze
if you wish you could try to hardreset it this should remove any
program which are trying to startup and fails
of cause this will cause all your data to be deleted
Hello Steve,
If you still check out xda-dev let me know if you ever solved this problem. I have an identical problem now and I have tried everything from soft reset thru hard reset to upgrading ROM via SD card.
Nothing's worked so far so if you did find a solution I'd be real grateful if you let me know what it is.
Thanks,

Oh my oh my...
I used my XDA normally early this morning, I talked to someone, and received some SMSs. Later at around 10.30AM I received another SMS (it did the sound and shown 1 new text message) and when I was going to read it it was freezed... I couldn't do anything. The backlight was off and it didn't come on when I tapped on the screen, so I did a soft reset and the backlight turned on, the version was shown in the screen but it didn't boot, I did then a hard reset (lamenting the loose of all the messages and stuff) and it booted. About an hour later I decided to make a call... It was frozen again. Soft-reset didn't make it boot. I can access the bootloader and the RAM tests and everything shows up as good, except for the screen test. It shows a cross like the one on WM2003 used to align the screen. It works on on both crosses that are down. The ones on top don't click and to make them disappear I have to tap in the middle of the screen and then it says failed. I did this test in the first hard reset and it didn't work but when WM2003 started I was able to align the screen like I always did and it worked perfectly as always.
I made it boot once again but it was slow and delayed... now it just freezes in the Windows mobile screen even after many hard resets.
I believe I'm in deep sh*t now
Let me know if there's anything I can try or if you solved it aicon...
I was expecting to do a rom upgrade via SD when I get home but you said you tried that so I'm out of hope
Thanks for any help!!
Marton
P.S.: My ROM is 6.24/4.01.12.....
HEYYYYYYYY!!! I turned it off with the hard reset pin and now I turned it on to check the version numbers to post them here and it booted... It is not slow... I even started the StuntCar Extreme 3D game and it works fine!!!! (It is on the storage card and it runs without installing)
I even received an SMS that I believe was on the network waiting for my phone to come on to send it... I did read it well...
Hope it stays like that and it was just trying to scare me... I have 40% battery and this morning I just took it out of the charger at 100%. Very strange because the battery lasts at least two days with normal use...
Will post again if something happens... wish me luck
Hello Steve,
I've actually moved on to the XDA 2 now. Been using it for quite a while as I never did get the XDA 1 working right...
Since you haven't posted again I hope yours is behaving itself now...
Oh Yes, don't ask me why, but it is working... I still don't understand what happened...
XDA2's are way expensive than XDA1's... will have to wait a little to get one of those

Need Help Getting Out of Factory Reset

I need help getting out of factory reset, it's been 1 hour since i did the reset and it's been on the same screen with "E: Missing bitmap indertermined (code -7)". Is there any way I can fix this?
Edit: I was rooted and had Auxara 2.2.6.0 installed.
what's with people double posting in multiple sections today?
Odin back to stock. Check out the Vibrant Bible if you need help w/that.
Ok, I did Odin and followed every step but as soon as Odin finished it reset but my phone never turned back on. So now what happened? Is there any fixes or do I just have to go through warranty?

Does it still turn on? Meaning lights turn on or it says vibrant on the screen?
If not do a warranty, somehow u might have hard bricked
Oh god. Think I'm the first person to have hard bricked a Vibrant >=(
When my Vibrant wouldn't turn on like that I just left it plugged in to the wall for about 20 minutes and then tried download mode again and it worked. So let it sit on power briefly and see if that does anything. This phone is incredibly hard to brick.
Ok thanks for the help.
I'll try leaving my phone charged overnight and see what happens in the morning.

Na there are others including me but the rest issues were complex, idk how this happened just like that.
Try charging may be out of battery?
I left my phone charging while I had issues during the factory reset issue, I'm starting to think it wasn't able to charge at the time and then when I did the Odin my phone died, so for some odd reason my phone might not be detecting the charger. =/

[Q] Pantech Pocket Woes

Hi Everyone! I'm new here and I apologize if this isn't the right area for this question but I can't seem to find a thread devoted to the Pocket.
Mine is definitely in need of some help. It has restarted randomly a few times but two of those times it became completely unresponsive while booting back up. It would go past the At&t screen for a few minutes before restarting again but I was unable to get it to respond at all.The only was I was able to fix this was a factory reset. Has anyone else had this problem or have an idea of how I might fix this? Please let me know!
Thanks in advance

Random reboot or phone turning off with over heating

Hi guys. Im using the international version of GS2. My problem is that my phone switches off suddenly with over heating or reboots randomly. I have used different ROMs and found this problem persisting. I cleared everything from my phone, used tools like GS2ROM nuke and GS2ROM Wipe but still this problem is there. I read a post saying battery may be faulty and replaced my battery even. But no luck. I found that the over heating and switching off occurs only when screen is off. During continuous usage, it is more or less fine. (except for occasional random reboots). also, this is always random. it doesnt make any sense. i even checked the hardwares of my phone in the service centre and he says the hardware is fine. Pls help me guys. Im going mad.. :crying:
Somebody help me pls.. I think its a serious issue.. :crying:
same problems here...
An answer would be nice!
Guys its driving me crazy. I cant use it at all.. It gets heated up and turning off or reboots randomly. :crying::crying:

No bud. Not working. How about you?
I am a huge fan of custom roms and have flashed many of them, it was all fine before. but suddenly, this problem was omni-present in all roms. :crying: So i flashed the stock ROM version 4.1.2 (INDIA- XWLST) via mobile odin. it booted well after wiping cache and factory reset and was fine for a couple hours. After that the problem got massive. phone will restart or turn off when in screen-off. This continues even now in stock ROM. I tried everything from wiping cache, factory reset, dalvik cache wipe, fixing permissions and everything. But no results. THE MOST BIZZARE THING IS THAT PHONE IS FINE WHEN SCREEN IS ON. I experimented by keeping the screen on for an hour and nothing happened. THE MOMENT I PRESSED THE LOCK BUTTON, IT RESTARTS. Im going mad guys.. someone help meee.. :crying::crying:
EDIT: I think there's nothing wrong with the power button because it works well in all other places. If i remove the battery and reboot, I get a few seconds where i can lock and unlock screen. But again, it starts.
No can do guys???? there's no way to make my phone alright??? :crying:

Galaxy S2 won't turn on and overheat

Hi everyone,
I have my S2 since 4 and a half years. During this long life (for a phone) i was experimented some troubleshoot easy to solve. Now i have a tricky one. The other day the phone suddenly the image stuck freeze, so i remove the battery and turn on again. Then appear a screen telling me that "phone has unsuccessfully encrypted" so is necessary make a factory reset. On that screen only appear one button "factory reset". At that point i decide restart the phone and then is when this one never turn on again.
I have 2 batteries and is the same with both of them. Additionally the phone gets hot when the battery is placed on the slot.
Please if any have a advice to discover what is the problem and how to solve i will appreciate.

What firmware were you running on your phone? If it was ics 4.0.3 or 4.0.4, your device is probably doomed. If it was jelly bean or if you were running gingerbread or custom rom, there may still be hope.
Regards, gsstudios.
Im very sorry because the 8long time without reply. Finaly a get an old s4 from my dad, in order to whait for the new s7. Regarding to the s2: it was running CM lollypop. I sent it to a technical guy but i dont know what to do.
I think is death. To only thing i want by now is recover some pictures and some important data from the phone.
