Hello. After dropping my beloved phone one too many times, the black antenna fell off, and was lost.
Does ANYONE have either a broken phone they'd be willing to remove that part from??

quick question.
ive just replaced my dopod838pro housing and upon completion, WM6 wont auto-rotate. where have i gone wrong?? is it something to do with the little square of yellow plastic???

the screen backlight sensor wont work either.
ive done a hard-reset, changed the yellow plastic to the original plastic from the OEM housing. all the connections are firmly connected and i am still suffering from
- no auto-rotate when sliding device
- keyboard backlight wont activate
please help as i dont want to send it 1500Km to get it fixed (outside of warrenty as well!)

Solution
I recently ran into the same problem swapping to a new housing. As it turns out the housing I bought did not come with the magnet needed for the phone to recognize that the keyboard had been slid out. Just take the magnet from the old housing and attach it to the new housing. See the below link for pictures.

My screen is off most of the time now.
I open and close the keyboard a few times and it turns white!
Sometimes (like 1 time out of 100) I get lucky and it turns on! But with no backlit, what makes it very hard to read.
I know the problem is the flexboard (I opened my Cingular 8125 and noticed the flex is broken/cut).
Where can I get a new one?
Anyone as a broken Cingular 8125 and wants to sell me this part?

my wing just started this..
As I was replacing the front cover for my wife's x10 i snagged a wire that killed the backlight. If I replace the lcd on the x10, do you guys think it will resolve the backlight issue? Only asking because it's currently just sitting in my house for now and my wife is using a blackberry we have as a spare. Seeing that the x10 is still an awesome phone, I'd love to just fix it if I could. Thanks in advance for any help provided.
Yes changing the lcd fix your problem.

My phone is dead and the repair service in my local does not have this diagram.
They said they need this document to fix my phone because one chip is missing.
My phone situation is really bad right now.

Hi all,
I order a new LCD Screen and dizitizer for my X10 just install them both and the digitizer doesn't seem to be working at all.
has anyone else had this problem before. When putting the phone back together is it the only the 4 connect that need connecting http://www.formymobile.co.uk/Dismantle/x105.jpg the three highlighted and the one at the top.
