System crash - MDA, XDA, 1010 General

Sometimes when I turn my XDA on too often it will go black and will only restart after I remove the SIM card and then restart the XDA.
Are there any other people who experience this?

SIM card removed: Please reboot Airplane Mode

I own a Telus Galaxy S T959D. When I updated to Froyo through Kies I started having this problem. Whenever I turn off Airplane Mode a message pops up:
> SIM car removed
Sim Card Removed. Reboot Phone.
I've tried installing nero v5 to see if it would fix it, but same problem.
Any way this can be remedied?
Have you reseated and cleaned your sim just to make sure its truely not the sim card causing the issue?
Sent from a Galaxy S far....far....away.
Yeah. It doesn't seem like its the SIM card itself. The problem only comes up when put it in Airplane mode.
Hi akumasakana,
I'm receiving the same message, "Sim Card Removed. Reboot Phone." Have you fixed this problem? Thanks.
I too am receiving the same message and my Galaxy SGH-T959D (rec'd w/Froyo updated) was just bought/activated 10 days ago. It doesn't really seem to need a reboot as the data starts to flow again after about 1 minute after I set airplane mode off.
Can this be ignored?

[Q] Terribly ANNOYING problem

I have my phone rooted and the Vodafone ICS rom
Everytime my phone switched off, whether it's my battery dying or switching it off manually, it REPEATEDLY crashes when I switch it back on. It crashes when I try and use an app or sometimes I wait for it to automatically lock and then no button works. I just have to take my battery out MANY MANY times before I get lucky and it doesn't crash. Once it doesn't crash when I don't switch it on, it then never crashes, until my phone switches off and then it starts all over again.. I don't know whether it maybe the'Directory Bind' app that is causing this but I haven't tried uninstalling as I need Directory Bind so I can save app data and stuff into my external memory card and still play the app

just try uninstalling that app and check if the problem resolves then the app is the culprit if problem still there then try 2 reflash the rom once and check
You might have downloaded an app. which is culprit and making your phone shut down..just try and uninstall few apps which you think is creating problem... I have done the same as i had the same problem..now my device is working fine.

[Q] Apps just vanishes

I've been using this ROM for about 1 month now, recently whenever I press HOMEKEY or when I exit any large apps like Facebook or Opera Mobile all the apps vanish just like it would when you turn on the phone and after few seconds it comes back. Its similar to startup - preparing SD card effect. Any solutions to this problem guys ?
And its not just the apps installed in SD card but both, the whole screen becomes blank for a few seconds.

Sim card not detected

**Edit -this post is in the wrong forum - should be in AT&T One X (Evita). Feel free to delete **
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
My HTC One XL has had a problem with sim detection for a while. Occasionally it will not detect the SIM,but I could fix it by turning airplane mode on and off a couple of times. But it has become more persistent, and is now refusing to detect the sim. This is pretty annoying, as I have spend a lot of time and effort rooting etc.
If I pop the sim I get the SIM not inserted warning. If I then push the sim in, that warning disappears, but after a few seconds, the SIM detection error icon appears.
What I've tried:
It's not the SIM card. I also have a One X (quad core) and the sim works in that.
Tried the sim drawer from the other phone.
tape on the sim
nandroid restore
airplane mode cycling
Is there anything else I could try to bring this phone back to life? I don't want to root the One X, as I need an unrooted phone for certain banking apps that I use.

Phone restarts randomly, and sd card shows corrupted

Hi,
My phone restarts randomly and when it comes back, the sd card isn't read. When I go to storage it shows corrupted, and says that it needs to be setup. When I restart the phone myself the sd card works as if nothing happened. I've purchased a new sd just in case, and they're both doing the same thing. Both have no read errors on my pc. When the phone restarts itself, it's a quick restart, shows the samsung logo then back to home screen.
I haven't installed any new apps, but I did do an OTA upgrade to N950U1UEU5CRK1 version. It started happening soon after
Random restart and loss of data
I myself am having the same issue. After the random restart I find that some of my apps will not work properly as if saved data is now missing. I have found that restarting the device again after random restart is a quick fix until it happens again. It was happening on a daily basis multiple times per day, but now I haven't noticed as much eitehr that or I am not paying close attention.
