There is a new update for the french v1605 at http://www.sfrentreprises.fr/download/sfr/V1605_3G+.zip
The hsdpa setting is already enable in this new rom but i don't have tested!
Je ne l'ai pas testée, je pense pas qu'il y ai de grand changements?quelqu'un a plus d'info?
Selon SFR cette rom ajoute le support du HSDPA en natif.

at first: I´m sorry, I can´t speak english very well....
I have tested this link, but it doesn´t work. I cant´t open this file (extract with win zip) because there is an error. RAPI.dll can not be open. Could anybody help me with this case, please? I need your help really soon, because I´ll take my VPA compact III with my to maroque, I´ll give it to my brother, but he can´t speak english or german (I´m from Germany). So I need the French Language for it. I´ve tried everything, but I don´t know this technic things... Tomorrow night I will drive to Maroque....

I Am looking for a Spanish ROM to replace the english that is now in my HERMES. In FTP there is a dumped one but I don´t know how to install it. I need one "normal" ROM.

Sorry my English is poor.
You can make a dump and rebuild it and flash it on your device. There are two methods to do that:
First is through the Kaiser Kitchen: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=351883

If you want xt9 for Hungarian, I can tell you which files I need to make a cab for it.
