It's a funny case, so let me explain it.
I've got a Hermes from my friend which broke the LCD screen, now I'm not able to view the status through the little baby. We all under a decision, is it worth to spent money to repair the LCD ? Both of us can't sure the electronic parts are work fine because the GSM can't on (I check it with Pocket Controller and all GSM information shown blank). So I need to make sure everything work fine before spend money to repair. I flashed the Hermes with HardSPL v7 and confirmed the info with mtty as below :

My phone is dead.... The sim is locked (invalid SIM) and there is no sound also....
When I plug my new charger there is no orange light, the light is RED and the device refuse to start....
I need to start my device first then plug the charger but no light is showing while charging...
The orange light is gone...
Please let me know if this is a hardware problem or I just need to flash new ROM....

The battery is completely dead or has seen its days.
If its dead,it can only be charged with a wall charger which can give an output of 1 amp,or you can try the 'Jump Start' trick, but if its gonner,get a new battery.
i got wiza200 wid stuck at startup window.i m new wid wiza i searched in this forum and found out the rom(Wizard_Love_2.26.10.2_WWE_Novii_CF2) and tried to upload, uploading started and at 96% it gave error302
as rom not in english thrfor i cant understand this error,after that my wiza wid blinking three colour screen and not conected wid pc and and now it shows just white blink on screen.
wats the problem and wats its solution.i m in trouble plz any body help.is it now complete dead r programble ?i read its info unsing wizatool

1st Your device is not UNLOCKED, you have to unlock before apply a new ROM
2nd Perhaps the tool is the old version and thats why you couldnt flashe the new ROM. (if so, try a different version of the RUU, i think i saw one on a CRACING thread) and now i dont remember the ERROR you mentioned above.
