I have imate rom ver 1.72.00WWE dated 15/3/2004 , radio 1.14.00 and Jabra 250v who works fine as headset , but not as handsfree. I need in plain simple english , as I am not expert, how to upgrade my BT profile if it need upgrade , so my Jabra can use its powerful features using the handsfree?
Hi Dear,
Is there any solution for my following problem? :?:
I was not able to pair my XDA II with the generally available Bt headsets and thought it was compatiblity problem. After checking Jabra
website, where they specify that Jabra BT 330 is compatible with XDA,
I purchased that.
But, since then, I have been tried all standard procedures but I am
not successful in pairing it with my device.
Does it require any special settings/ changes in device settings?
Can anybody please help me in pairing this BT 330 with Xda, as I had
invested more money to get the best, still its not working.
Thanks.

Greeting Members,
I have dopod 818pro phone. How can i listen to wireless music via bluetooth with this phone? Is there any genuine workable good software to support? Is it able to support Throttle III and WM7? Finally, what are the good bluetooth headset that has good sound quality supports this phone and perhaps works well with the software as well?
Pls advice!! Appreciate your comments... Thanks in advance....
With almost any version, just turn on bluetooth, then use WMP. WM7 is just a theme, WM7 isn't coming out for a while. I've heard that Moto S9 is pretty good, but I prefer my wired headset.
most if not all wm6 roms can support a2dp - stereo bluetooth. i use S2P by A_C, can be found in Dev. sub forum.

a couple of buddies of mine, all of whom use athenas, have successfully upgraded to Michy's 6.5 Rom. 2 of them who use R35 Itech BT headsets mentioned that they had difficulties pairing the units after the Rom upgrade (despite the hard resets). To test if the headsets were functional, they tried pairing these with a buddy's HTC Diamond which I believe uses WM 6.1. Again, they couldn't pair their Itech headsets via Bluetooth.
Question: For those who've upgraded to 6.1 and/0r 6.5, have you experienced anything similar with your BT units? If yes, what kind of headsets do you have? I'm currently using a 8010 and it's working fine despite the Rom upgrade I made to 6.5. I was curious if the "older" model headsets had problems in being paired with the newer Roms.
cheers

I have bt8010
My expertise is that works better with taxist roms instead michy roms (compairing 6.5) in terms of quality, disconnections and battery life.
In my case I have some diferent point because I am using sony ericson mbw100 watch with smartwatch program from moneytoo.
Anyone out there who has experience with the Hero and a Nokia carkit?
I have a nice 'voucher' lying around for a complete build-in of a Nokia carkit, the CK-100 (with Brodit active holder and such, nice stuff for the car!).
Does anyone have experience with the CK-100 in combination with a Hero? And if so, what is the call quality like. And does the A2DP work correctly?
I've read before on another site that people said the CK-7W paired and worked correctly. But if someone has experience with the CK-7W, please tell me (us) here as well!
Would be a shame to get that carkit in my car and being unable to use it .
Hello,
i've just created a new topic about some equivalent questions/problems. Sorry for that.
I am not able to pair my Hero with the CK-7W. I don't know why but the handsfree set doesn't occur in the list of available devices at all. So no chance to pair for me...
The Procedure: Activate bluetooth on the Hero an search for devices --> switch on the board voltage and set the handsfree set into pairing mode --> usually the Hero should find the handsfree set but it doesn't
With the HTC TyTN II aka Kaiser i had before it worked fine.
