Hi Dear,
Is there any solution for my following problem? :?:
I was not able to pair my XDA II with the generally available Bt headsets and thought it was compatiblity problem. After checking Jabra
website, where they specify that Jabra BT 330 is compatible with XDA,
I purchased that.
But, since then, I have been tried all standard procedures but I am
not successful in pairing it with my device.
Does it require any special settings/ changes in device settings?
Can anybody please help me in pairing this BT 330 with Xda, as I had
invested more money to get the best, still its not working.
Thanks.

Anyone out there who has experience with the Hero and a Nokia carkit?
I have a nice 'voucher' lying around for a complete build-in of a Nokia carkit, the CK-100 (with Brodit active holder and such, nice stuff for the car!).
Does anyone have experience with the CK-100 in combination with a Hero? And if so, what is the call quality like. And does the A2DP work correctly?
I've read before on another site that people said the CK-7W paired and worked correctly. But if someone has experience with the CK-7W, please tell me (us) here as well!
Would be a shame to get that carkit in my car and being unable to use it .
Hello,
i've just created a new topic about some equivalent questions/problems. Sorry for that.
I am not able to pair my Hero with the CK-7W. I don't know why but the handsfree set doesn't occur in the list of available devices at all. So no chance to pair for me...
The Procedure: Activate bluetooth on the Hero an search for devices --> switch on the board voltage and set the handsfree set into pairing mode --> usually the Hero should find the handsfree set but it doesn't
With the HTC TyTN II aka Kaiser i had before it worked fine.
I was thinking of trying to put a Archos 70IT 250GB HDD in my truck for GPS and to keep my Music Library available at all times.. I am trying to decide what GPS module i want to get.. Now Garmin introduces the Garmin Mechanic for Android and if you buy the ecoRoute Module will give you all the cool little specs on your vehicle.. I have a few questions about these..
1. Since the ecoRoute connects over BlueTooth would this interfere with a BT GPS Module? I know based on the specs of BT it can handle 7 concurrent connections but not sure Archos can handle all f them..
2. Anyone tried to connect to multiple BT items at once?? Headphones and GPS maybe?
tested with BT GPS and for mobi tether as the same time. No problem here
I use a bluetooth gps and an elm327 obd II device together and it works great.

What software do you use with your elm327?? Also how do I know if the device will work with my model of car(s)?

I use Torque with the device. It also recognizes the GPS, which is an iBT-GPS. The elm327 will work with anything with obd II, including CAN bus, with very few exceptions. elm327 is actually a chipset, which is incorporated into lots of different devises. I found this site with a quick search. It's for a usb adapter, but it has a list of compatible vehicles. It should be the same for bt versions. There is a ton of info out there.
Hi @all!
When I scan for my BT car-stereo it doesn't get found, but it finds/connects to my BT bike-intercom and the car-stereo worked also well with my Desire.
I've no BT stick to try, but I think it's the same problem which the SGSI had. (device class 0x00)
SGS BT issue
I've contacted husq510 if he could mod the SGSII libbluetoothd.so too but didn't get an answer yet.
So if someone could do this some coffee/beer etc. will be donated!
THX in advance!
I can't help other than to say I've paired my SGS2 (with KE7 firmware) with the following with no problems:
Altec Lansing imt525 portable speaker
Jabra BT250v bluetooth headset
Dell BT Travel Mouse
Various Laptops
SOLVED!
I should have known that my brilliant new SGSII couldn't be the one to blame!
The cheap chinese touchscreen car-radio from eBay isn't that accurate, so I have missed the pairing-button without realizing and no pairing was triggered. (but it looked to me as it was)
My fault!
Hello,
I'm just curious if anybody experienced smiliar problems I have with my Bluetooth Headset Jabra BT3030.
The Tab just can not find it so it is impossible to pair it.
My HTC Desire though has no problems to find it during a Bluetooth scan, so the pairing works fine here.
Any suggestions on that topic are deeply appreciated...
Ok, so I figured out that Jabra BT3030 uses Bluetooth Protocol 2.0 and Galaxy Tab Protocol 3.0 (which should be backward compatible).
Could this cause the problem?
Similar sort of issue with blueant q2.
The q2 will ony show up as a music device and not as a headset. Wonder if something is disabled...

i guess they've messed with the bluetooth too because of this
Hi all,
using all ressources I couldn't figure out if it's S3 specific, or related to android, or an issue of the A2DP devices, but:
I want to use my BT Speakers and another BT-receiver connected to my stereo simultaneously, so i can establish a realtime-multiroom-audio-setup without any (new) hardware.
I've read that someone did it with a pair of the new Logitech-receivers, using a macbook.
Unfortunately i can't find a setting or spec saying "max A2DP device count X" or anything.
Is this declared since a certain BT-Standard, maybe 3 or 4?
Would be happy to read something positive or at least pointing me to the right direction.
Thanks!
