I try to flash th new 1.72 on my XDA II.
It failed, and now, nothing : even hard reset doesn't
work. Anybody having the 1.6602 FRA please ?

It seems it is far better for bluetooth.
By the way, some one knows how to change the keyboard
from qwerty to azerty ?

hi all,im trying to upgrade my XDA II from 2.06 to 2.20 but I am showing no extended rom after upgrading to 2003se all my o2 software has disappeared and I have no camera software anymore. Did I do something wrong? after upgrading,hard reset and my PDA "freezing"!!! if i soft reset again its normally but there's no EXTENDED ROM.....if i upgrade again...still the same.......please help me.................

Really important observation, this forum is for the XDA II, aka Himalaya, your thread title is IIi, aka the Alpine, which is not upgradable beyond WM2003.
Please check which you have.

Instructions to hard reset a Himalaya
i haven't hard reset my Alpine for a while as i have got it set up perfectly, so the abov emay not work, can't seem to find the Alpine ones. My Himalaya comes up with a very dark screen at this point, think the Alpine is the same, and you have too press the D-Pad to continue.
Check the readme that came with the ROM for detailed instructions.
Mods, please move this to the Alpine forum, others may be able to help as well.
Have an ATT fuze, and it won't turn on. Hard reset doesn't work... Any help?
