Extended Rom problem - 8525, TyTN, MDA Vario II, JasJam Software Upgradin

Hi All,
I tried to unlock and upgrade (ROM 2.11.255.1) my X01HT. Firstly it is going well, but after inserting my SIM card (sim doesn't belong to softbank japan) the phone couldn't read the SIM managers and there is a message in the top of the phone "Please wait 15 minutes". After that I tried to mount my extended rom, it was going well. Then I reset my X01HT and tried to replace my extended ROM with softbank extended ROM. But it is always failed to copy.
But if I insert my softbank SIM card, there is symbol "U" in the top of the phone (I think its UMTS). But usually it should be "3G".
Could any one help me on this problem ?
Thank you very much

sim card blocked [solved]

Last week, i've changed my sim card because it was too old (4years), but now each time i flash my M600 with gullum V6, after 2 or 3 soft reset (with shutxp) my card is blocked, and ppc ask me for a puk who is always wrong (sure i've it and it is right)
What's the problem ? Rom radio or something else ? (i used 2.61.21)
ps : i have 2 possibility when it happened, go back to v*5 or insert my card on other phone and pin is ok (but it's problem for me to bring my pc each time i use my ppc, and buy another card is an expansive solution )
Thanks for your answer, and sorry for my frenglish

You have to downgrade your radio rom to 2.19.21 or 2.20.21. your problem will be solved. or you can wait for the New Rom (Crystal V1, Touch v7).
Ok thanks hma4, i'll give a try
And i'm waiting, i'm waiting
You were right i've downgrade to 2.47.21 and at this time, all is ok
Many thanks HMA4

After hardspl+wm6.1 it simlocked :(

After i did a hardspl and installed wm6.1 my green edition my prophet is simlocked.I used the prophet tools and did the unlock and it gave me some password. But when i press the password it keeps sending me to the pin screen and it always ask me the unlock code.It says unkown sim status or something. What should i do?
When i did the sim unlock staff i had my one and only sim i use.
SHould i try to turn it on with a different sim card? Will it work?
Cause if i need to have the original sim card which was an orange sim card then i am screwed
Do you have an Orange branded Prophet? I think the ROM you are using is based on Cloudyfas latest ROM which puts the SIM lock back on on Orange branded Prophets! I had the same issue and so are no longer using that particular ROM...
So i have to use another rom?Can you recommend me another rom?
I need either a wm6.1 or a wm6 with greek characters.
i would prefer to keep the wm6.1 without the greek but can we do something to sim unlock it?
well use lokiwiz 3 it just provides you the code...do a search on lokiwiz 3 on the forum....keep win mobile 6 and unlock it through code..it's simple...any other question reply this...work safe
It doesn't persist though.
ROMs based on Cloudyfas latest ROMs have SIM Lock issues on Orange branded Prophets.
then the ultimate solution is get it unlocked at a unlocking point...you pay but at least you know you don't do stupid things...or do ass l3v5y says and change the rom....work safe
The issue is with the ROM, and not with the unlocking procedure.

You can try to reflash your carrier shipped rom. If that doesn't work it may be your radio rom has been corrupted. Flash it with an os only rom. Use as a PDA but phone won't work anymore...
Cheers...
how do i reflash my carrier shipped rom.

Hardware method (pin shorten) for flashing ROM work with Japanese version?

Plz someone know if the hardware method (pin shorten ) flashing ROM will work with my SoftBank X02T (TG-01 Japanese)?
Thanks alot!
my download report
whatever I rename the file, .bin or .enc , it is not work in my TO1A device.
when I shorten the pin and reset, the white screen appear ,with the notice of error "file is not available"
SO maybe the method not fit for the T01A device......waiting for the new tools....
i think the softbank version not is like tg-01a version, because when i try use the i try rename to .enc and use the sddl flash my device with no erros, but after the flash complete and device restart, my tg01 dont start, no screen, no nothing.
it works. i once used the short pin method with my docomo t-01a phone. it was the debranded orange uk rom. the problem i had was the settings of my email and internet. i went to the shop and they said that even if i set it up manually it would cost me like a roaming device would so i asked them to return my phone to its previous state.

[Q] Flashing Japanese Docomo T01a Radio into TG01

Hello friends,
I have a big question for ya. I think Novembre5 may have tried this, I have searched all over this forum but I cannot find the answer. I am going to convert the Japanese T01a Docomo ROM to .tsw, then I am going to use Cedesmith's tool again and change the radio of the UK ROM to Docomo's radio. Then I am going to flash it.
I do understand that after I do this, I will not be able to change the radio again , however, it doesn't matter to me. What does matter is if my phone will start acting properly. I recently changed the radio to the German O2 5001.0102.76 radio and it is acting much better, less reboots after the splash screen, however, it still happens. I have searched all over all of XDA-Developers and have come to the conclusion that the radio must be the problem as many, many people state the same problem as I am having, freezing after the Windows splash screen on boot after changing the radio. Basically I am convinced that Japan does something special with the radio and the TG01 to make it fully completely compatible with the Japanese carriers. I also think that little errors like SD Card having issues with loading icons continue to occur on my phone because I have the wrong radio. I know it is a long shot with the SD card thing, but I truly believe it to be the case.
Anyways, I understand that I cannot change the radio once I flash it with the Docomo radio, what I don't fully understand is...
1. Does the Japanese radio SIM lock your phone? Or does it just radio-lock your phone?
2. I am with the Japanese provider Softbank, so if I use the Docomo radio will I not be able to use a Softbank SIM anymore?
3. If it SIM locks my phone, I already know the SIM unlock code, do I just put it in again and then it is unlocked?
4. Does anyone know if there is a Japanese Softbank X02T (TG01, T01a) ROM available, I mean, obviously, I am with Softbank, this would be the more correct path to go down?
HELP ME, お願い致します(that means thank-you and please all in one in Japanese-o language, super polite!, ehheeh, I am studying Kanji now)!!!

Hello.
When I tried flashing the Japenese radio to my TG01 the phone would not boot up anymore. It almost bricked the phone as nothing was working. After some help from cedesmith I was able to get my phone back up and running. Please stay away from any radios not for the TG01. Also, the wrong radio relocked my sim and I had to purchase another unlock code to reunlock it. I hope this helps.
Take care,
Novembre5

This is from an email Novembre5 just sent me, well, I guess we have the answer. Ok, I will just keep on flashing until I get the radio right.
What about the other way around, what if I flash a Japanese Softbank X01T (TG01) into English, now I live in Japan, so I don't mind if the radio stays the same... I also don't need it unlocked because my provider is Softbank, is that possible?
