How did it change from 'Athe' to 'R'? Have you flashed something else to it after you SPL patched it with Olipros Athena unlocker?

i think he's trying to say he has supercid but still gets an error at 1% when flashing a rom. also he cant boto to the OS.

I have a HTC with japanese language. and I wnat to upload a wwe rom.because the rom is japanese. I downloaded upgrading rom RUU_Hermes_QTEK_WWE_2.11.255.1_102_6275_1.38.00.10 _108_Ship.exe
but can not upload it, allways geting error [294], pls I need urgent to converet this device into wwe rom. any help just urgent need.

I played with it but now in bootloader mode SPL shows 1.11
I can not do hard-SPL too at all
You needed to do some reading about the softbank, these are a major problem to unlock and upgrade depending on what version you have. In all likelyhood you have bricked your Hermes.
Do some research to see but most people don't like to give advice on the softbanks as no one likes to be responsible for the death of another persons Hermes....
I already read all the forum but could not find any solution, many document and post read about softbank, but never could upload WWE rom
hope someone will explain a proper way..

I installed this rom for my athena 7500 Athena_SPL3.5_WM6.5_21139_R6.5B2_MiChY and then i got blank white screen and i underestood that i had mistaken my SPl version and instead of installing spl 1.2 i had installed spl 3.5.
now i'm stuck with ERROR [244] : INVALID MODEL ID.
now how do i fix it?

Hi all,
Could anyone help mi with this thing? A few days ago I bought a HTC x7500. Previous owner want's to change a rom language and.. he put there rom with wrong SPL (3,5) it should be 1.10
I can enter to the bootloader and it shows me that:
ATHE100
IPL-v2.02
ATHE100
SPL-v1.10.0000
and that's all I can do
I'm assuming that I have to find a rom with a proper SPL version which is 1.10? ( that's right?)
I will be grateful for all advises from You guys.
