Many pages to trawl, I did it myself for my SDA II and found a good rom.
I'm trying to find a good rom for my spv c550. Which rom did you use dskid807? Is it english? And would it work for an orange spv c550?
Also, is there a chance that I kill my spv c550 when I upload the wrong ROM?
If you flashed the wrong rom your phone would be bricked. I used the yahei 1010 rom which needed to be changed to english via settings but was otherwise fine. Read the big thread for more info

Once it installs, soft reset right before the customization begins. Latest AKU for wm5 avail here is 3.5.2

there is a lot of good info on mrvanx site, but the wm5 links are down, and after hours of searching the forums all i can find is old torrent links with no seeders. any links to STILL VALID wm5 rom, vanilla pref would be appreciated.

WM05 VERY old... Don't think your gonna have an easy time finding it unless someone has it and posts a link...
WM06 faster, WM6.1 faster still. Much more preferable to WM05.

Hi, i'm using pdaviet sonblack wm6.1 and i wants to downgrade back to the original o2 atom wm5 rom. Because the wm6.1 rom keep hanging and it is not very gd...any pls help??
you can download the proper wm5 rom and run it, first of all it may not work, but run it again and it should then downgrade to wm5
if you search or look in wiki theres lots of places to get information to help if you get any problems

i use atom life too and i wanted to have a lite ROM. after googling and searching in XDA-DEV, i think i found a ROM which suite me, it is PDAVIET ROM WM 6.1 CE OS 5.2.19971 Build 19971.1.2.6 - light. i try to download the file with the password provided, unfortunately the server doesn't recognize the password and username i typed in.
so, i would like to ask for help if anyone in this forum can provide a solution for my problem.
