jumpspl mode (white screen) dont work
only color screen (bootloader) work
i want to upgrade spl with hard spl methode.
Im wondering how you did this since i've this problem aswell.
If you copy the 3 files of jumpslp to mobile and select jumpspl.lnk it work!!!
So does it matter where I copy it on the mobile device? Then i just press jumpspl.ink?

My phone is I-mate k-jam (kind of G4).I unlocked my phone’s CID by hard SPL program from your website . I could not install phone’s original rom. Then I installed original rom by shelltools program. My phone is not operated after hard resetting. When I switch on my phone, it stopped in three-colored page. Please be kind enough to conduct me.
You need to remove the hard spl in order to go back to the original rom

What is the SPL version?
Invalid Vendor ID means it's not CID unlocked..
So you need the original i-mate ROM obviously. Not the HTC/Qtek ROM..
BTW.: Soft SPL doesn't work in bootloader, it needs WM 5/6 in order to load the Soft SPL.
Connect USB cable, kill wscecomm.exe (in PC's taskmanager) and start the RUU.
Forget the warning the Ruu tells you about having an active activesync connection. Flash the original iMate ROM.

You haven't got Hard SPL.
So only way to flash is original ROM (in original Language it came with).

I explain my problem more accurat. I downloaded Soft SPL accompanied by Vodafone Qtek 9100 G4 IPl&SPL.zip after reading topic of How To Remove HardSPL and according teaching I transferred nk.nbf file from Vodafone Qtek 9100 G4 IPl&SPL.zip file to Soft SPL file .Then I wanted to perform Start-sSPL.exe file but I could not perform. Then I found Soft SPL is not operated in Bootloader.Then I performed 2.exe (ROMUpdateUtility MFC Application) file in Soft SPL file accidentally. I thought it is being installed. After accomplishment I found my phone’s spl has turned from olip to 2.17.0001.So I wanted to install original ram but I couldn’t install. It is installed wm6 on my phone completely now but it is stopped in spl page. I think I could not remove my phone’s hard spl completely. Please be kind enough to help me.

Relax first and it will work like this
1.press camera button and so a reset by pressing the stylus into the hole
now you should see a 3 color screen
2. conect you Prophet to you pc and note you will see a usb on the button of the screen of prophet
now run step 1 from pc

you need to downgrade to wm5 and then to update do wm6 !!! there is a wiki for this job you know ...

you can try PDA Viet for step 1

..i tried to install new windows..but ..later it just end up leaving in bootloader mode ...i tried hard spl...hard reset...tried unplug usb and battery too ..but neither work....can anyone help me to retain my jamin...help please

Hy i had the same problem before and this will be the steps u should do.
1- try to install one of the avilable base Roms of pdaviet or i-mate base rom which use the old upgrade with the c-sharp screen (i hope u cud understand me) like we were doing before hardspl wasnot come yet . from herehttp://www.4shared.com/file/57952591/3955ed98/NVID_RUU.html?dirPwdVerified=2948f2e

2-or you can use any of dioxda2 roms as all of them are with upgrade mode not depending on hardspl
3 then u should make hardspl using upgrade mode also not by choosing g4 or g3 (and if u donot have that files tell me and i will upload them to u) then u will see if u want to make hardspl for g3 or g4 and then u can select
it's hardspl for G4 http://download163.mediafire.com/5nzwwddmm5jg/nvztmymcnmu/HardSPL+G4.rar be carefull it's G4 so if ur phone is g4 u can use it and if not i will try to find hardspl for g3
4- then after u make hardspl u can install any rom using g4 or g3 directly not upgrade mode

the simple way to upgrade windows mobile 6.1
u can use lazytool. But u must know your device which one G3 or G4?
if IPL/SPL:
ending .000 G3
ending .0000 G3
ending .0001 G4
U can switch the spl to 2.G3.4PDA or 2.G4.4PDA with lazytool and u can upgrade any rom which you want.

Guide to use Lazytool
Your device is G4. I teach you solving your upgrading problem. It is a guide for using Prophet LazyTool. Your device must be synchronised your pc. Device must not in bootloader. You can 2 different way to upgrade.
DOWNLOAD this file and extract it.
Method 1
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In this folder firstly copy a nk.nbf file (Any WM6.1) to Lib folder. Then run UPGRADE.bat and press key 2.
Doing this changing your device spl 2.G4.4PDA and upgrading your rom.
Follow the instruction and be sure your battery greater then 50%.
After the installation do a hard reset with cam button + comm button + Soft reset.

Method 2
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

and then run ROMUpdateUtility.exe
1. Extract RUU_NoID.zip
2. Copy the nk.nbf from the wizard love rom
3. Paste in the RUU_NoID folder
4. Run ROMUpdateUtility.exe
5. Follw the instruction of the programm

Sounds like memory has bad sectors.

I have a herm300 ipl-1.04 spl-1.40 olipro, and when I try to open appers the bootlother screen with 4 colours red,green,blue and white, and I don't cnow what to do.. pleas help me,please
Format a 2Gb or less sd card FAT32 then copy he .nbh file for Hard SPL V7 onto it. Rename to hermimg.nbh and insert it into the Hermes. Restart the Hermes.
This should put a new Hard SPL onto your Hermes. It should now read IPL - 1.04, SPL 2.10 olipro.
Now do the same things again but use a new rom instead of Hard SPL and don't worry about formatting again.
This should get you back up and running but as you have installed a new ROM you will loose all contacts/messages and apps installed...
As you can't get to today screen this is unavoidable....

Sorry, should have said Restart the Hermes in bootloader - Hold power, OK button above flywheel and reset with styls. Hold all buttons in until the tri-colour screen (bootloader) appears...
