If you go to the Hermes (TyTn) Wiki (here: http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Hermes) then look down the page for Upgrading problems you should find all that you need and lots that halp with your problems. People will help you on this site but you are (reasonably) expected to have searched the forum for advice already offered that has helped others in your situation.
I have to say (as will others!) that you should have put Hard SPL on first before upgrading (I assume that you have bricked it through attempting to upgrade the OS ROM). Read the Wiki advice, search for those that have had similar problems and then, if you still need help then I'd suggest that you post your questions (with as many details as you can) back here - in your post.

If you need to ask about upgrading to a new ROM you NEED to do some more reading first dude
Whatever you do you MUST flash HardSPL before continuing with ANYTHING.
ive looked in the wiki but i cant find anything to say how to upgrade from wm5 to wm6
is there any preperation fo rhte upgrade?

First post and I'm pretty new to flashing, so am a bit nervous about it. I've done extensive reading on this forum and have got to confess to some confusion - so please be patient with me!
First of all, I'd like to understand what USPL, SSPL and HARDSPL are? I think I read an explanation somewhere, but can't find it anymore.
I have managed to get HARDSPL 1.16 onto my phone and now that WM6.1 is out, I'd like to flash that version with the new HTC SSPL. Can someone please explain the steps I need to follow and how do I remove HARDSPL?

and i can't downgrade it......

What have you done so far? Have you tried to hard reset it? Check the info in the wiki on how to flash via SD card etc. Lots of good info in there.
thank you sear..but the problem that my htc is flashed with wrong flash(htc diamond one) and i cant flash it and i can't downgrade the spl from 2.03 to 1.xx sorry for my bad english
May not be recoverable... ONLY FLASH ROMS FOR YOUR DEVICE.... Looks like you may have learnt this the hard way....

You can try to PM him but remember, he's one of the oldest members of the Hermes forum and our older members keep upgrading their devices and leaving us.......
