First im sorry if this has been asked before
but i already search and tried the solution and still unresolved
i have dopod 818pro that stuck and 2nd Splash Screen
G4 with ipl 2.15.0001 and spl 2.20.0001
Now i already tried to upgrade using original rom dopod 818pro (RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship.exe)
in the bootloader and its succesfull update but after hard reset
it still stuck at the splash screen
already tried a couple times on a different computer also and its still the same result
after i that i take nerve to upgrade using qtek (RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID_2.exe)
the update was successfull and the 2nd splash was changed from dopod to qtek
but its still stuck at the 2nd Splash Screen
At different thread a guy suggest to update using PVTemp rom (ROMUpdateUtility_NV_G4.exe) and hard reset.
i download it and try it and its still stuck at the 2nd splash screen.
So please help me guys by giving a solution or
tell me how to get back the 2nd splash screen to dopod
cos maybe i tried to sent it back to original service center.
cos now everytime i update using the original dopod rom it always say "Please use newer nbf" this was after i update using the qtek rom..

to downgrade from WM6 to the official Voda wm5 release (as i need to send it back for repair, dont want them making any excuse not to do it)
but now all the phone does it do the voda spash screen, then the "windows mobile" blue splash screen and hangs there.
any ideas?
i've put the unit in to bootloader and reflashed but hasnt helped any.
also using 2.10.olipro
just to add i just tried to upgrade it back to schnaps wm6 rom and even though it worked it still says vodafone on the splash screen, so dont know think it worked.
dont all rush at once.

hi everyone, can someone please tell me what i did wrong.
I have flashed a few roms before and this time every time i start the 8125 it gets stuck cingular raising the bar screen.
The phone will still do hard reset.

I tried to do upgrade it to the the TNT 19199 professional wizard v.2. I used the shell tool and dropped the nk.nbf file into the shell folder like i have always done before and this time its stuck at the same screen. I can't connect it to active sync or even the computer to put back the stock cingular rom back in. Can someone please tell me what im doing wrong, from what i understand the phone is not bricked yet because i can still do a hard reset but still sends me back to the main startup screen. Help please.
Stock ROM can be flashed from Bootloader mode, just put your Wizard into bootloader mode (Camera+reset), then run the stock ROM RUU.

New to this...Could someone Please give me a walkthrough on how to do this.I can still hard reset.I reset using camera + reset...Brings up r/b/g screen.I don't know how to flash from there.Any help is greatly appreciated.

I took it back to WM5.Seems to be OK.Gonna try using Wizard Service Tool instead of ShellTool.See what happens
You should HardSPL, then use RUU on ROMs without IPL directly.

i have a friends I-Mate JAMin (or HTC Prophet)
its a G4, now...it was running WM5, so i put HardSPL on it, went to flash a WM6.1 rom and now all it does is sit at the tri coloured screen, it seems like the HardSPL has done nothing, because the SPL is still the old numbers (the originals, it hasnt changed to 2.G4.4PDA, or whatever its suppose to show)....
I need help ASAP, i cant go back to my friend and tell him his phone is stuffed..

i actually cannot boot into a OS on the phone,
when it turns on it goes straight to the Tri-Coloured screen, i need some desperate help with this,
i have put HardSPL on there but the SPL version on the tri-coloured screen numbers have not updated to a new version,
i installed an update to the IPL version, so that has gone up to 2.20 or something like that.
the SPL number is currently 2.13.0001
i cannot get past the tri-coloured screen.

If your scree show RUU and you see USB in the left corner when connecting USB - then dont worry.
Just fksh it with a NVID wm5 Prophet ROM that is available in this forum and tou will have your device back.. you can then try to upgrade it to WM6 etc
i flashed me wizard with a new rom and it anit my first time and it worked great but just for one day after that day my wizard shut off i tryed to open it but it never prossed after the splash screen so i trid to reat the factory defolt but it says format error so i dicided to flash an new rom thro the bootloder screen coz i thought that i had a rom colabse so i flashed several roms but every time same thing habens the rom is flashed the wizard startas but nothing happen except the sblash screen and it dosn't prossed opning but the splash screen changed but stilll the same os , ipl and spl

Here is my personal experience,dear modifiers,junior members ,administrators and each and every one.
My experience step by step----
one day i bought imate jamin which is from uae.
Eventually i downgraded with aku2 original shipped firmware on that, after that its ok condition of my device.then i upgraded with 6.1 proffesional rom someone cooked.before that i did cid unlocked with unlocker and hspl.thanks to them but it had little bugs in that firm..
Here again i was entered to aku2 official one.here i downgraded with this.
At the end it said on the screen congratulations but no start up only flickering no boot loader,hard reset,no soft reset,i tried lot more than 1000 tricks no help.here i sent this ****ing mobile to some mobile service centre.one month no luck.totally 2months passed away but there is no solution for that.again it came to me.
I started software experiments on that luckily i found some clue that made me joy.through this method.
1.i was taken a charger and cutted its two wires switched to 1and 5 r 6 battery pins of my loved imate.surprised amazing it has white boot screen no tricolor screen only a white boot screen.
Here i was tried lot of original shipped roms more than 30 imate jamin shipped roms but no luck.... 1%.........................80%......95%.....here error 326:invalid command.
Finally i tried one more step that i flashed jamin arabic rom 95%....invalid command.....followed by a all official roms .................
But there is no luck. No boot mode,no ipl spl,no image version, nothing no.....
Finally i confirmed that my imate purely daed purely dead.
Here iam not asking u to help me or save my mobile but people who are going to this exp....
