Hi experts,
I've acciedentally flashed my O2 atom life to a wrong rom, and it was recovered by a rom named AL1.DIO & ExRom.img which downloaded from xda FTP sites.
The rom was recovered, however for the warranty reason i need to flash back to O2 original firmware. And when try to flash to it I encountered "Wrong Customer ID", can someone help me how to bypass the CID check and flash to original ROM?
I've tried on the post stated on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=293632 but the screen didn't show anything after execute the .exe file.
I do not wish to unlock the CID just intend to bypass it, can any experts gimme any idea?
Thanks so much in advance.
i donno if this idea will work... but worth a try...
flash with a custom made ROM for yr device.... then flash with yr company ROM
Go O2 website to download the original ROM. Its shld be pretty simple and straightforward

Hello Dear friends,
I have really big problem with this ROM version:3.14.405.2(04666) WWE. It uses 89% of the processor and I cant use any appz that I want because of this. I have problems with the Internet Browser. This problem really makes me unhappy. Is there a way that we can "fix" this. If there isn't I'll have to change from WM to Android.

Sir you need to remove your HSPL.
Reinstall previous ROM version, remove your HSPL, and install new stock ROM 3.14

How can I remove this HSPL? I tried to install other ROM but it didn't work. It couldn't boot the devise after the installation was completed so I installed again the same ROM to run again the phone.

OK I have installed the HSPL2_RUN.exe (spl.1.66). Now which ROM to install? The same that I installed before (ROM version:3.14.405.2(04666) WWE) or other?
With this change it felt to 79% but i think it is still too match.

After I did hard reset like you said, I started the RUU_Leo_S_HTC_WWE_3.14.405.2_Radio_15.42.50.11U_2.15.50.14_LEO_S_Ship file ... I can't install it. Maybe it's because I have the 3.14 and the ROM 3.14 and the installation is canceling because of this. I tried to do the whole operation again with the TASK 29 but again it didn't start the installation ???
Maybe I have to start all over again?
Wait, let resumate before doing something.
First you mention to have HSPL; then you removed it.
Now you mention to try to install Stock rom 3.14 but you mention that you have stock rom 3.14 on your device?
Can follow it
To be clear.
On witch SPL/HSPL version are you now?
On witch ROM version are you now?
What have you done from yesterday till now? (I mean on your device he )
I will set the hole steps you needed to have don.
- reinstall your previous stock ROM (1.66 ore 1.47)
- remove your HSPL by using HSPL2_RUN.exe
- Install stock ROM 3.14
That's it.

If you don´t get a new ROM for your Serial Number you seem to have a branded version of the HD2. So you have to look at your provider´s webpage for an update.
Alternative: you can install a Custom ROM. Please read the stickies of this forum about how to flash Custum ROMS (using HSPL)
