Hi! I have herm200 and i flash with wrong software. Now phone is booting but is hung up on windows mobile screen. I try to reflash but everyting is restarting in 1%. I need help pls

During th eflash of my rom radio with 1.54.00.10 the program stopped and my mobile restart in bootloader.
The problem is that the flash program doesn't want to restart flashing and my mobile stay on bootloader menu.

Did you try to flash your original shipped ROM entirely to the device?
What is IPL/SPL on your device?

I flashed with RUUWrapper.exe on my PC with usb connection but during the verification the soft said me error 260 the device not connect.
Is there a possibility to flash the rom radio without PC, directly on my mobile ?

Looks like the FLASHING TOOL is not compatible to your device! What OPERATING SYSTEM are you using?
I am not sure if your device is already CID unlocked?
If you run on XP and your device is CID unlocked use the CustomRUU (search the forum), if not: read the WIKI!
My device is unlocked and I use wwindows XP

HELLLP (ive been upgrading since the xda II) and i recently got a tmobile hermes with wm5! then got wm6 upgraded it and got to about 78% and my pc died and then i tryed recovery did not work had to go to work so i left it! got back and ive tryed so many more upgrades of the image with no luck its stuck on splash screen! ive placed it into bootloader mode then ran ruu wrapper and it gets to the bit of updrading (25mins and a progress bar) and the phone goes white with upgrading image 0% then on the pc i get error 262!! and thats as far as i got please can some1 help thankyou so much

i've tried to flash an orange spv c100 to wm6, but i skipped the hardspl step (stupid me)
now i'm stuc with a semi brick, bootloader 1.05;
any roms will reset it at 4% (invalid vender id) upgrade and it will not boot into windows = stuck on windows mobile screen
what to do? can i force a nbf to flash to it?
or what should i do?
maybe something using mtty?

Hi All,
Quick recap, I tried to install WM6 on a lower than 2.1 IPL/SPl so phone got stuck in boot screen, then i went to download an official WM5 rom from Tmobile, then I went into bootloader and successfully flash the official ROm. After flashing the official rom and multiple hard reset, phone is stuck on the bootscreen with the following info:
IPL 3.08
SPL 3.08.0000
GSM 02.69.21
OS 3.8.2.21
Am confused by the OS version isnt it meant to be 5.XXX because its a WM6.
Please.

Thanks for the reply I have downloaded the rescue kit and i have read the instruction, but the phone is not been connected in the bootloader mode even though i have the Xp usb driver connection. When I connect the usb cable after going into bootloader mode, the pc makes the usb connection sound but when when i run the Romupdate utility i get this error 260 connection error. What can I try again.

I have been able to successfully flash the phone again using the recovery kit but after flashing i took out the battery and powered up the phone, its still stuck at the boot screen with the same message.

I have a big problem. I tried to flash HardSPL (via MemoryStick) on my raphael. After the flash process, raphael restart, but it starten with the tricolor screen and it shows me dthe massage "Upgrade ROM code error, please try again".
and a few seconds later raphael starts the proces again, after 3-4 tryouts the screen freez and now i can nothin do.
can someone help me?

We need more info...
Is your phone CDMA or GSM?
Did you flash HardSPL from XDA?
Can you enter the boot screen and try to reflash the Hard SPL?
Problem #1 is that you need to flash hard spl off of a pc through a usb cable. Like it says in the thread (assuming you read it), you can't flash hard spl off of an sd card.
Try soft resetting, and see if the phone boots up normally. Did you flash the correct hard spl (incorrectly)? If you used a hard spl from the wrong device, the game may be over. My advice is to download the proper hard spl and to flash it according to the instructions in the thread.

it's a G3 wizard. My problem is that it has the T-Mobile original german ROM and i want it in english. i have read most of the forums here and tried many ideas i found here but nothing helped me so far... i tried cid unlock with lokiwiz,it shows me that is unlocked but when i try to flahh it with the .exe flasher,downloaded Rom-s for it from here,it's not working. I have Win7 now and i tried with Windows mobile device center sync software for win7 and nothing,i tried in Win xp with activesync and nothing,the same simpthomes. It syncs,detects my ppc,i start the RUU,detects the Rom i have,but when i get to the flash window,just after it tells me that the flash process will take about 10 minutes,my ppc disconnects,enters in the bootloader mode,connection is lost and RUU ends with an error window that tells me that the memory could not be read.
My ppc is not sim locked,i can use whatever sim i want with it.
please help me,i am a desperate newbie. thanks.
