Need help Softbank X01HT still simlock after unlock - 8525, TyTN, MDA Vario II, JasJam Software Upgradin

hello im newbie here...anybody can help me in my X01HT..i follow this but still simlock??:
1. Transfer SSPL/SSPL-HERM.exe to your phone and run it
2. Tri color screen will appear
3. Disable activesync (file -> connection settings -> uncheck "allow USB connections")
4. Connect your phone to your computer using the USB lead.
5. run RUU/RUU_HERM_Unlock_v3a.exe
6. follow the flashing process (Check the "I understand..." and "I completed..." boxes and update!)
7. Allow your phone to reboot.
8. Transfer HERM_Unlock_v3.exe program to your phone and run it
9. Click the Unlock Button, select unlock option. Select if you want SIM/CID unlock.
10. Click "Unlock!" and wait until process finishes.
11. When done, turn off your phone for 10 seconds and reboot after that.
but the result of tryig it 100 times is this:

You can't unlock the X01HT with the tools from xda developpers

I have the same problem.
Very yesterday, I have succesfully unlocked SoftBank X01HT.
But last night, I have tried to unlock 3 pieces of SoftBank X01HT, until now there is no one have to be success. Of course, I've tried Hermes Unlocker, but still lonely until now.
Keep trying.

Hmm, I don't understand, sorry for poor in English.
I have tried my best, ane I have unlocked 1 piece a month ago. But now, my friend brings 3 pieces of X01HT, but I can't unlock it until now.
Perhaps next minute will be so positive to me...

It's my Softbank night...
To see the phone version : remove your battery, look a the date on the sticker (me : august 07). If your phone is after April 07, you cannot unlock it if you let the update run the first time you turned the phone on. If your phone is after august 07, like me, I think the update is already installed at the factory : you're ****ed.
But you still can unlock with imei-check, and yes it costs money.
I supposed the phone you unlocked was before April 07, and the 3 phone of your friend are post april 07, and it already turned it on. Sorry for you...

sim unlock works
you need only to update to a official htc rom and the code for simlock is "12345678" than your phone is unlocked
verry easy

No, this doesn't work. I've tried every combination of ROM / flashing / unlock procedure, even those thin hacker SIM inserts with a little bypass chip on them. None of them will unlock a SoftBank X01HT.

if you already have SoftBank 1.33.761.4 ExtROM before you do a SIM unlock your device..??
