i have problem with stuck boot loader and i try to solve this problem but i can't , i see some post in this forum he say if my boot loader SPL-1.11 must go to warranty or maintenance, please if any one know how i can solve this problem

What is your SPL and rom you were using? We need to know these if we are going to help you... I can assume you have SPL 1.11 but that may not be the case.

i try to download other rom and fix a problem then i have SPL:1.01 and i try again and i have SPL:1.04 and 1.06 and at last i have 1.11 and IPL:1.00

and i can't downgrade it......

What have you done so far? Have you tried to hard reset it? Check the info in the wiki on how to flash via SD card etc. Lots of good info in there.
thank you sear..but the problem that my htc is flashed with wrong flash(htc diamond one) and i cant flash it and i can't downgrade the spl from 2.03 to 1.xx sorry for my bad english
May not be recoverable... ONLY FLASH ROMS FOR YOUR DEVICE.... Looks like you may have learnt this the hard way....

I have a HTC with japanese language. and I wnat to upload a wwe rom.because the rom is japanese. I downloaded upgrading rom RUU_Hermes_QTEK_WWE_2.11.255.1_102_6275_1.38.00.10 _108_Ship.exe
but can not upload it, allways geting error [294], pls I need urgent to converet this device into wwe rom. any help just urgent need.

I played with it but now in bootloader mode SPL shows 1.11
I can not do hard-SPL too at all
You needed to do some reading about the softbank, these are a major problem to unlock and upgrade depending on what version you have. In all likelyhood you have bricked your Hermes.
Do some research to see but most people don't like to give advice on the softbanks as no one likes to be responsible for the death of another persons Hermes....
I already read all the forum but could not find any solution, many document and post read about softbank, but never could upload WWE rom

after i flash RUU_Athena_DOPODASIA_WWE_2.19.707.4_1.45.00.10_Ship.exe ROM without HARDSPL it keep stuck in the bootloader.
actually i want flash my ROM from 2.19.453.4 to RUU_Athena_DOPODASIA_WWE_2.19.707.4_1.45.00.10_Ship.exe. OMG T.T
I need to flash back it to 2.19.453.4 ?

please follow the MAC and MTTY solution provided in other threads.
after following that procedure, install any ROM with SPL 1.2.
u r done.

Based on my experience, if there's still ATHE100 on the bootloader screen, there's no need to use the model id/wifi fix.
You just need to find the right official ROM for your device first (if not HardSPL)... if I'm not mistaken, X7501 CID is HTC_001 and not DOPOD01. Please try flash the device again with US official WM6 ROM version first as located here for X7501 : http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Athena_Upgrades
After your device is recovered, please make sure you HardSPL it first BEFORE flashing other ROMs.

You need to flash with the original rom that came with your advantage.
As far as I can remember you can only do the hard spl from an activesync connection so flash the right rom first.
I don't know what is my right ROM for my HTC.And don't have support in HTC.COM...

The bootloader screen you showed is of an unlocked athena
This is the wiki page

try to load the wwe ones first and once you have done this apply the unlocker from olipro to be able to load cooked roms
Once this has been done you should have spl 1.2 and will be able to load spl 1.2 roms
Of course , most of the latter roms are SPL 3.5 which is changed by using the AP4 rom.

To load from the sd card you need to extract the nbh file from the package and rename it athe.nbh (or something like that)
you also have to remove the sim card.
did you do this?
If you did, you are probably experienced and you could try talking to cmonex on IRC
She still uses this mc and helped write the unlocker software

did you get to talk to her on irc or did you just try it?
I saw you post last night but I was too busy to talk.
I thought from what y ou posted that your SPL was not corrupted.
Anyway am interested in the process that led to your solution
