I flashed with SPL-0.37.CMONEX SPL, and it's successful.
I tried to flash Romeo's ROM, and it says it worked, but when the phone restarts it goes in a continuous loop of restarting.
Any ideas?

Well you did a big big no no by doing that.
What does your bootloader say?
You might want to personally contact cmonex on that because flashing a ROM for a GSM device on a CDMA can possibly brick your device.
I actually fixed it.
I guess it's because I flashed a GSM like you guys said.
I went to ppcgeeks and found a nice ROM on there that everybody liked for Sprint, and it successfully flashed and works now.
Even in bootloader mode I can still connect to my PC to flash a ROM, etc. So that saved me.
are you saying that using that hardspl, it worked for your cdma phone? but the rom for sure didn't work.
I confirm that the .37 cmonex works on Touch Pro (Sprint)....using it on mine.

no my phone wont reboot at atll it turns on goes to a screen that says htc smart mobilty test only not for sale and in red below that it says no radio and doesnt go any further!!!!
please help me like seriously its not even my phone i need to straighten it out for him asap!!!!! i will even pay if some one can help me
press the power + camera + reset, load in the rom and radio, no need to pay, we're here to help! What is ur bootloader anyway ? is it unlock, stock rom ???
is that it because its not working is there any other method of hard reset?
i tried the buttons its not getting to the boot loader like at all , its unlocked using the titan unlocker and its just not booting up to any thing just that screen and the rom was 2.17 orignally then i flashed it to dcd's newest rom 2.2.1... then i steped it down to dcd 2.20 then i tried to flash the sprint 3.16 recent rom update and it got stuck at boot loader which was the oli bootloader which i think its called and i had to use exit_hbl and now its stuck. it will reboot but i still get that screen i mentioned before
i got to boot loader its says
TITA100
SPL-1.20.olipro
no wonder, you didn't follow instruction carefully, when you press power + camera and press reset , it should take you to tricolor, at that you can reload your sprint stock rom. Your phone is not brick yet
i just PMed you with my paypal info. Ill make sure your phone makes it out ok
thanks but if anyone its astrqnusx hed get money first i flashed the rom again it worked and then i tried to flash the radio and it just restarts and doesnt load at all??? its stuck at the mobilty screen???
what radio and rom did you use? I assume that you have Titan(Mogul) not touch
and after the radio i tried to reload the rom and it acted as tho it would work and is now stuck at the mobilty and i used now dcds 1.6.8 rom and the 3.27 radio... and now its really stuck maybe i should try the stock rom for sprint?
you are too rush on thing, you can't use rom 1.6.8 with the new radio, reflash back with stock rom from your vendor to get working condition. There is specific instruction if you want to load the radio
After you get back to your vendor (sprint/verizon) follow this instruction to flash new rom, don't miss a step http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=17667. Again, I see you have the touch, touch and mogul are two different device you can't use DCD or any rom here. You have Titan Phone right?
-my touch is fine thats a custom flashed rom from swiftblade and it works amazing with a radio update ive done alot of different things even reg edits
but the titan is just new to me
Is your phone working yet?
yea i got it thanks!
I'm having the same issue, but I cannot get back to the tri color screen. Any advice? I thought I followed directions pretty well, but apparently not.

I had the same problem flashing my mogal, it's not difficult to fix. take a deep breath, it will take a little bit of work but you can do it. flash back to rom 2.17 relock, then flash sprint official rom 3.35. Then run hard spl 2.40 then flash new rom, take battery out, hard reset should fix your problem. the relocker, unlocker and everything else can be found by searching xda and ppcgeeks.com
I had the same issue, resolved:

Hey guys, I just followed to flashing guide for my touch pro, and installed EnergyROM on to it. The HSPL and flash and everything seemed to go fine, but now im on

Step 3
4. Once the phone reboots, go through Windows Mobile setup and let it finish.
My phone has been sitting at "PLease wait, phone starting up" for like 8 minutes.
This doesn't seem normal. . .should i be concerned?
Is your TouchPro CDMA or GSM? Sounds like you got the ROM to boot. Might just be taking a while. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, then reset the bugger. If something is indeed hosed with the ROM and it won't boot, just hold Volume Down and Power while hitting the reset button on the bottom, and you'll be back at the bootloader.

It's verizon, so i assume it would be CDMA.
Alright, ill wait it out and give the reset a try if nothing happens. thanks
Curiously, if i end up being back at the bootloader, where should i procede?
actually i did the same installed a new rom and now it is stuck in start up , where it shows (touch Pro) stays lite for about a min or so then the whole phone reset. it seem to take the whole rom , because it said congrads installation is complete. now i cant do anything , like even install a different rom. i am wondering if i need to install a rom now via mini sd , or is there a master reset? and how am i going to install rom via mini sd

Like Cyfun said, hold Vol-Down/Power and Soft reset into bootloader. Plug the phone into USB and at the bottom serial should change to USB. Then flash away.
Otherwise, take a SD-micro and put your .nbh in the root folder, and rename it to RAPHIMG.nbh and reset into bootloader
holy crap that was fast, thanks , i am going to try it now
actually that worked, awesome!!!! i use to have a rom that was mighty rom (reborn) does anyone have the link for it , it seem to work the best on my phone!!
Sorry, never been a big fan of Mighty ROM. If you want something really Fast and Stable, I suggest Calkulins ROMs. Here is a link to the most recent release.
http://www.mediafire.com/file/tzmgjytkzm3/Calkulin's Touch Pro 23506 ROM v4.2.7z
I personally use NRG roms (due to them being updated so frequently). These however tend to be slightly buggy, and need many mods to suite individual needs.
Well once in bootloader mode i was able to get NFSFAN's rom installed with absolutely no issues.
So what did I do? Redownload a different version of energy rom and try it again. No luck there, the same thing happened. I think maybe energy rom just hates my phone. So I reflashed with NFSFAN's rom and i might just leave it with this. I dunno how much of a difference a noob flasher like myself will see between the two.

this post saved my butt guys. was having the exact same problem but didn't know how to reset to bootloader, thought my phone was bricked...
Ive never been able to get Energy to boot up on my Sprint TP. Tried flash dancing, etc, gets stuck on touch pro screen. Ended up using another ROM. Anecdotal of course
Me too...
That same thing happened to me, I've tried a few other energy ROMs but they've all been too buggy for me. I think he ported his GSM ROM over to CDMA because when I tried sending a text it asked for a SIM card.
I like psyki and I'm running Twisted NewSense right now...there are more CDMA ROM's over at ppcgeeks dot com

why? the verizon touch pro is seriously gimped..MOST roms will barely run on them. the guys cook the roms according to how they like them, and likely theyre not on verizon if its not working. just flash a bunch of different roms till you find one that works, and i also have read that most verion touch pros seem to run better with pagepool at 6 so i suggest you try that..good luck with it, but remember that the guys that cook these dont owe any explanation if the dont want to. were getting state of the art roms (built for new phones) on our out-of-date touch pros for free.
i have hspl 3 installed and have installed custom roms befor on this phone.
my problem now is that when i try to flash new rom it gets stuck on 0%, i have tried from the sd card and using RUU Custom installer with no luck .
also i have done a hard reset, also have tried to install HSPL3 again even that gets stuck at 0%.
Has anyone come across this before and is there a fix.
You said "i have tried from the sd card and using RUU Custom installer with no luck".
Why do you use RUU installer when flashing using a SD card?
All you need is a SD card with ROM in it, and start the flashing from the phone.

If you get really stuck just re-flash the rom that the phone came with - i.e. the official one from your mobile operator - and you should be fine. You can find them on the net if you don't have it (e.g. on the HTC web site).
You can then start putting custom roms back on it.
Good luck!

Interesting, I'm having the same issue.
Grr.

This phone is a replacement for my Fuze that was stolen.
This newish phone is a WinMo 6.1 and I want to change the rom to 6.5-23568 Fuze Touch Pro.

if the version numbers you mentioned are correct, then you do not have a hd2.
Hi first off, this is my frist post so I'm sorry if I make any errors. And if so PLEASE correct me/
Device: HTC Amaze 4g (mobilicity) S-off SuperCID and have Juopunutbear Hboot 193.2222
I REALLY don't know WHAT I did wrong.....I hope someone can help me.
Every rom I install in 4EXT Touch Recovery or TWRP Either boot loops ot it actually boots properly but the rom has no soun at all Some roms vibrated some didn't...I've tried (So far that is) "ViperRom 1.4.1, "NightmereSense 1.6", And SpeedRom 7.9. I still have a backup of a Telus 2.3.4 rom and it boots and works fine, so does the mobilicity one (I hate the boot animation and sound on the Stock Mobilicity rom which is why I like the telus one0 If there's something i'm missing, or have forgotten to mention up here for you to help me easier, please tell me so! Also the phone is Sim Unlocked, as in I used a code for it so it reads any GSM Sim...I thought maybe that would be a factor but I hear it's not...
Thanks in Advanced to anyone who read this and tries to help me out!

Thanks! Although some how it MAGICALLY finally detected the PH85IMG.zi[ (If I type that wrong my apologizes...) Now I've gone ViperRom running just FINE. Although, can't seem to find a download for Android Revolution HD I go to there site it say a few hours to download and it never finishes it's like the sever cuts e off.....
Correction2:
Flashed back to stom rom, and will install root again today, this was really frustrating. I guess it just isn't going to happen.
Correction, after many tries, it did react to the button combo. I formatted everything from CWM and reflashed the first rom. Now there's only a wifi problem. It simply does NOT turn on wifi, ever. From the notification bar it turns off right away, from the settings-wifi screen it turns on and keeps saying turning on wifi.
What now? Since this rom now works, I don't really want to go to another rom to fix wifi.
Also we just noticed the sim is not detected! It doesn't ask for pincode, can't call or anything.
I have a GSM One X+ and I wanted to flash a new rom.
What I did was unlock the bootloader via HTC dev, flashed CWM, flashed the SU zip, and it booted into the stock rom fine. However, wifi stopped working.
To fix the wifi problem, I first tried this rom:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2044584
That booted, but still wifi problem.
Then flashed this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2068901
From CWM, I could not find the way to go to bootloader (to flash boot.img) so I used voldown+lock to restart and go into bootloader to flash the boot.img
That didn't work, got a error every single time (cannot load boot.img unknown error)
I'm 100% sure I did it the correct way, however at that point I could not enable USB debugging yet because android hasn't started in the new rom at that point.
So I went to bootloader and tried flashing the boot.img many times, but it just kept giving errors. The rom wouldn't boot either.
Then I tried re-flashing the first rom, because that booted at first.
That first rom is now stock at the bootscreen, and it doesn't do anything, it doesn't react to voldown+lock either.
What to do now? Can't pull battery and button combos don't work either.
When you are in bootloader, can you write what is written right under *** UNLOCKED *** ?

It is a phone of a friend, he was here 4 hours while I tried everything.I rooted at least 5 phones and installed roms on them so I expected it to work. However there were so many problems we gave up.
We reinstalled the stock rom, and re-rooted.
First rom didn't have any wifi,
Second rom didn't boot because I couldn't flash the boot.img even manually.
At random times, the phone didn't react to ANY input, not even hard restart.
So we gave up. He is now back to stock+root. Might try again some time, when there are better stable roms with included boot.img files.

There is plenty of stable ROMs available. Probably you didn't pick the right phone version. Can you confirm how the phone is identified by EVITARE_UL or ENRC2B?
