tried to look for an answer but couldn't find it anywhere. As in the topic: Does anyone know how to turn the screen tap vibration off in the latest Raphael ROM?

Are you speaking of an OEM ROM? If so, which OEM ROM comes with screen tap vibration? Can you make a dump of it and post it? Thanks.
If its Monx Rom Snailslug TouchResponse can be disabled via Advanced Config
TouchResponce is disabled using the control panel applet, start>settings>system(tab)> Touch Responce.
Or you can just uninstall the app in the 'remove programs' in the system tab, that's what I always do...

If it's not listed under ROMeoS tweaks. You can uninstall it from the Remove Applications.

and how about keeping it, but setting the intensity lower? Is the config application reinstallable oder can it be done through the registry?
Settings>System Tab>Touch Response>Adjust the setting (I set it to 35ms, lower settings were erratic)

Works great for me on a Qtek 9100.
I get a tGetFile.dll nagscreen when I try to modify the storage for deleted files in the options.
I thought also on such an application to hack. Very Cool that you have saved me a considerable amount of time.
Creating shortcuts with options is again and again a very painful taks for some users. I will try your app and post my findings.

If you want, you can also buld an interface to select a "boot mode":
I can select a custom profile (edited by me) which allow to boot my PDA with 3 startup programs, with none or all.

Depends on what ROM you are using. Many ROMS have options for MSVC include or not included.

I have an Motorola atrix 4g .
I searched in system and i didn't find that .xml file..
so i cant try what you did, and probably your apk in market wont work..
Any ideas? where to search and find that file?
i 've only found apn settings..

You need to do this: After flashing ROM Go to programs and run ROOT Manager and select All applications trusted as indicated in the instructions of the developer.
oh, thank you .... so after installing reg.editor I enabled root tools menu (it probably does not work) ...
but there should also help itself hardreset, no? there is no need to reinstall the ROM yet?
No need to reinstall ROM. You need the program Root Manager from Ultrashot and there you have to grant root access. Then WP7 Root Tools with its reg-editor will work properly.

Anyone have a .zip I can flash to remove this? It installed itself with newt's NOS m7 4.2.2 rom and i've flashed other roms after that and it won't go away....

unfortunately i cannot download the roim currently but if you have the rom available lookin in the the framework folder there should be a file labeled services jar - if you zip that over to me and i will try to fix that for you

Thanks dude, I've attached the file. There's a ton of users in the NOS 4.2.2 GPE that want this fixed but we can't seem to figure out how. If you get this fixed for us then you're an absolute life saver. Happen to know this stuck around even when flashing to a completely different rom?

in the meantime just open up settings go to developer options and deselect windows animations for now reboot your phone and this will disable CRT

apologies the post you quatoed was meant for another forum, please follow the new post for now just go into the developement options on your phone and deactivate window animations - This will disable the CRT until i take a look at the Services.jar
