Can someone help me to upgrade my original Rom, each time I wanted to do it I got this error : error 294 I guess that is related to the operator, my question is : what's the solution to resolve that ?

A, make sure you have hardspl install. B, make sure your flashing the correct rom. niki or neon. Hope that helps

Hi,
Everything went fine until i reached step 20 according to the PDF file where we have to wait while it verifies information on the PDA Phone..... Please wait. It comes up with an error (check below for screenshot). White screen comes up too, but the moment i proceed ahead with next button, it crashes and comes up with rapitool application crash error and shortly after that it comes with error 200 : invalid update tool, please get newer update tool. Please help !

Try downloding another WM upgrade package from this forum and use its update tool instead with this .nbh file

Hey everybody.
I come from Touch Diamond Forum, which I have received a request to create ,make a backub of the original danish ROM in your raphael / touch pro.
What I have done is that I have received a dump from a raphael / touch pro,, then I've made it to the file you all know, xxxx.nbh
It is standard, and I have not touched it.

I have a Niki 100 in bootloader mode allways.
I not save the ROM and Radio versions but the operator is Swisscom.
I try to change language to portuguese and give me an error to 95%.
I instaled sspl-1.16 but i'm not instaled the hardspl.
I need a original ROM to recovery my phone.
Everybody help me please!!!

iam trying to update it to english rom =RUU_Nike_HTC_WWE_2.09.405.1_Radio_NikeMR_1.65.28.25_signed_Ship.exe
the phone restarts at 1% and
i am getting a error message as

hi vikas
ur device is sim locked.so u will have to unlock it.search the forum its just there.once unlocked u will be able to flash any rom after unlocking dont forget to get hrd spl 1.22 on ur device

please help, i have a radio version 2.05 on a old WWE, and icant make any update to my device, and i cant download any updates or software from htc.com/support....
every time i try to update, the update utility told : ERROR : WRONG VENDER ID, and i dont know what to do, even the device S/N is wrong every where...
really iam gonna kill myself for this chit ....
CAN ANY ONE HELP ???
Just a question; did you install HSPL already? (This is needed if you will change your radio)
