After trying several roms (Win 6.1/ Win 6.5), I point out, that I haven't found a way to get java games running.
With Jbed, It was possible to install and start some games. But then, most of them have errors (touch screen problems, controlling problems; stuck in a selection screen etc).
With JBlend, It's possible to install all games. But then, I could not get any game running.
Can anyone tell me, why some roms use different "drivers" (for example omnia)? Is there any use of this? I never heard of real 3D drivers, which supports 3D gaming!
And - no, my Nike is not for gaming, but it would be nice to have!
I'd advice Esmertec Jbed to run the games in fullscreen and always get the correct JAR to your screen size.
The java manager, changed to run from the SD card:

(20080912.5.1 is not the latest version, but seems to be the most compatible out there)
One small issue, non-touchscreen java games may need the left and right softkeys, that not all the devices out there have (its my case on the touch dual) to fix the no-softkeys issue use this:

trying to get the emulator working on phone but having a bit of trouble. it installs on my phone storage but when i try and run games (metal slug or tekken 3) it starts but then freezes. so i uninstalled it and tried installing on sd card but it wouldnt even run. the files gave the error "ubable to open "filename" either has no certificate or associated files are missing. try reinstalling" (or something along those lines).
any ideas???
From memory, you need a bios file and place it into the bios folder of fpsce.. The emulator is great but the graphics leave a little to be desired...
For me I un-installed it...

graphics might me a little dated, but those are some of my favorite games. Paired with a wiimote for controls, been playing a lot of nba hangtime, final fantasy 7 and crash team racing.
sounds like the bios file is missing. i'll upload the one i use, just extract and copy the SCPH1001.bin to /Programs/Fpsece/BIOS
also, fpsece should be installed in the phone memory.

been using it on my sd card for a couple of months now. I flash a lot so didn't want to constantly re-set it up.
No problems running it on my 16gb class2. consistent 50-60fps.
I installed fpsce today after telling myself i would do it since may. Installed to my class 6 SD card with no issues. I remembered that when i was looking in to it at the start of the summer i managed to lay may hands on a bunch of extracted PSX bios files, so loaded the newest one i had. I then extracted the first disc for one of my favourite games ever (and i have never liked consoles) Gran Tourismo. It ran brilliantly. In the video sequences i get 60fps, in game it's about 50. I don;t have a bluetooth gamepad so control was a bit of a pain but it worked ok.
Definitely a keeper and i will probably end up buying a bluetooth gamepad or keyboard to use as the input device. My only question is, what were the good games for the playstation one?
@M3PH: compress your iso with PocketIso 3.2 and you will have a constant 60 fps in race
Hello. I say you that I'm not a developer but I want to become it.
I want to port a Windows game (Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Game PC; like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N76r0RjAYBI) on the platform Android but I don't know how I do it (if I cannot do it, you can say me it unscrupulous) Thanks in advance.
PS: [I want to port this game as Machinarium is ported on Android]
Impossible.
Sent from my GT-S5830 using Tapatalk 2
Thanks. So I cannot do nothing. Help Developers?
A) The game is written for a x86 processor and not the ARM processor
B) It is written for Windows (would be a bit easier if it was on linux)
C) You do not own the game and so porting it without source code would be very hard (and would likely result in you being told to remove the app)
So simply its near impossible, would take far to much work and even if you where able to do it its likely you would not be able to release it
Not Possible!
I is not possible if you don't have the source code. If you have the source code and the editor to open/export it, then you can recompile a Windows game to Android. But, you'll also have to code the game for Android. . And I don't think any developer like EA, who develops Windows games would give their source code to any one. However, some Open-Source games allow you to download the source code. You also need lots of programming experience because game-programming ain't that easy!
is it possible to port NFSMW 2005 to android?
I read the comments above,so far I'm agree Since NFSMW 2005 also develop by EA...
and why EA doesn't consider releasing NFSMW 2005 on android even after having so many latest cellphone which meet above the most PS2 /PC games requirement.
Im interested in porting age of wonders shadow magic to my kindle, can i not just build a shell to gimmick ol windows and just basically create an interface? Kind of like a plug n play interface model...yah the file package might be bigger but still. Or am i just crazy? Like a rom emulator
I would like to see starbound ported to Android one
You can use a emulator like bochs or other emulator that can emulate windows games
Will i be able to port osu!lazer to android, it works fine on mono with linux.
I am also trying to do a similar thing and have the same experience(zero lol). But im trying to port PrusaSlicer an app for 3d printing to android, its completelt open source(as far as i know) and although i dont have a linux system it also has a linux version.
This is probably a slightly peculiar question that I am posting here.
I need a bare minimum android emulator for windows that would be able to take a webcam as an input. I have developed an augmented reality application using Vuforia and Unity3d. Compiled application only works for android because of the Vuforia, however I would need it on a windows 7. I have tried it on a Bluestack emulator and it works fine, I have also tested several other emulators. Typically webcam input does not work or it has 1 second delay. Bluestack seems to be fine, but I would require something that requires less computer resources than Bluestack.
Is it possible to simulate touch inputs using external keyboard (keymapping) in Remix OS.
It's possible on devices, using Joystick Center app (gamepads and keyboards) , Tincore(only for gamepads) etc. BlueStacks people have a keymapping feature too.
Has anyone tried it on Remix OS for PC ? Does it work ?
If it doesn't, Remix OS should definitely add this priceless feature for better enhancement and a PC-friendly Android experience. It'll be useful in lots of games, and even apps.

Like playing this game --> https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.playdead.limbo.full&hl=en
It requires multiple touch inputs (two to be precise, with two fingers).
And one mouse pointer means only one input.
So I could hold an object in the game but can't drag it. Similarly, I could run, but can't jump.
Does anyone know of any Emulators for Android that run Homebrew/Hacked Arcade Roms? I know there is a Android-Project Folder on the HBMAME GitHub Page, but the Dev says it requires too much to do. I have tried running NeoDS on Drastic which would allow me to run the NEO-GEO Homebrew Roms, but it wont work correctly for me, or would require a few things I have no experience in doing.
The Modded versions of CPS1PSP, CPS2PSP and MVSPSP are able to run somewhat on PPSSPP for Android, but there is no Menu Button to access the Emulator's Menu to change various Settings, not to mention there are some problems running the mentioned Emulators. 1 of which (which is funny by the way), CPS1PSP, when running a Game such as sfzch (CPS Changer), the audio sounds like it is Accelerated so they sound like Chipmunks.
There are a few Emulators that are supposedly hacked or Modded to run the Homebrew Roms, but they have their own problems. Either they dont work, are not worked on anymore, or when you try to Map the On-Screen Buttons, they all dont work, or wont Map correctly.
Bump???????????
