Yestday,After flash HSPL 1.22 in my NIKI 100,PC was printf "flash OK",but NIKI do not show anything in the screen,I guess the phone was into OEMSBL,but I don't known how to out from the mode,anyone can give a hand for me?
Before flash HSPL 1.22,I use Mtty take task 2a,after flash HSPL,connect usb,Windows automatic install MSM7200 driver,3 data interface driver install was miss,Mtty can't connect also.

task 2a has formatted the NAND. This has removed the SPL. your best bet is to contact jockyw2001 and see if FrankenKaiser can be used.

1. try to connect with MTTY via USB and type "task 2a" and "ResetDevice" reboot Nike,but device is dead!
You stay in Bootloader?
If yes ... MTTY type "boot"
If it doesnt work ... flash a full Rom or try via OEMSBL and MTTY "cego"
Arrgh, task 2a formats aARM flash
If your device is security unlocked it can be easily unbricked.
If not you will have to contact me for further steps (preferrably in english)

With MTTY and task 2a
My pda maybe stucked into OEMSBL: NO Os, No Radio and NO BOOTLOADER to load!
1. with MTTY via USB and type "task 2a" and "ResetDevice" reboot Nike,but device is dead!
2. Now, it doesn't respond to any of the buttons on the phone. Connect to Windows , always prompy me to install 3 drivers.
I think the phone is stucked into OEMSBL: NO Os, No Radio and NO BOOTLOADER to load. How to make it normal?
Now nike fault as follows:
1. Automatic entry into the boot (send + camera) engineering qualcomm mode
2. Do not show
3. Computer display driver to be installed, the installation msm7200 drive ok
4. Mtty open com8 (qualcomm diagnostics interface 6000 com8)
5. Not unlock,
Now only supports the following orders, testing various orders, but not retire this engineering model
Radata
Powerdown
Setboot
GO2AMSS
Rseed
Pmic_vib_off
Pmic_vreg
Pmic_level
Pmic_vib_on
Rpass
I also tested with kaiser(p4550) orders "setboot 1" it is not a show, but set back on the normal "setboot 0"

看得明中文？关机的情况下按住相机键（camera key）,然后插上USB，手机就会开机并进三色屏，或者按住相机键，再按电源开关，然后就可以再刷机了，要刷一个full rom。
用mtty有反映，
reboot是不行的提示Invalid command : reboot
cego也不行，提示Invalid command :cego
setboot有反映，提示ARM9BootMode:1
rseed也有反映，提示HTCS6B60C2B012B8E95520B0F4852802B89E*;ÔHTCE
其他就不知道怎么搞了。
手机买来时已经刷了hardspl，是否解锁还不太清楚，根据现在的情况看来，可能没有真正解锁。
看来kaiser买来时还是要自己先解锁再使用，免得出现真砖。
还是期待高手出现，不想寄回原厂，暂时使用830。

I'm a long time lurker but I think that if jockyw2001 can't help you then your device is dead. Maybe the frankenkaiser unbricker tool can help you now - again jockyw2001 will know about that (it's his tool i think) or maybe netrunnerat.

well when i tried to make the update to WM6, the install crached and the prophet now boot only on Bootloader with the ipl 2.2.... 001 et SPL 2G3.
I don't know why the SPL changed to G3 ???
I tried to put the official ROM Qtek no vender but it's blocked at 80% with the error 274 after this I tried the step 1 PVTEMP but only the updateROMG3.exe working until 100% but nothing work after. and I'm still on Bootloader
I don't know what to do So PLEAZ HELP ME

Your device is pretty much useless... You could try contacting Olipro (do a search of members), but he will charge for any service he does...
Other than that, I can think of no way of getting it back up and running. There may be some MTTY commands, but nothing obvious.

In theory, there is JTAG that can write direct to the Hardware, but no one has ever managed to get that to work...
I don't know any MTTY commands nor do I know where to find them, but I think there is a way to write direct to the memory...
In theory there might be the JTAG option, but the DOC wich is used in the regular prophet doesn't allow the JTAG connection...so if you don't have a "beta" Prophet there won't be a possibility of using Jtag
My Raphael is dead...
1. I flash Hard SPL 1.90.OliNex
2. I flash original Russian ROM and have this message on screen "Your OS ROM isn't customized for your hardware. Please reflash the proper ROM code or contact the service center"
3. I flash stock SPL
and now when I'm trying to flash any ROM or Hard SPL I have on the screen of PC "0% image upgrade in progress" and "0%" on the screen of Raphael
after some time on the screen of PC I see ERROR [262]: UPDATE ERROR
What I must to do?

When you receive "Invalid Vendor ID", than your device is not Hard SPL! Please follow the update procedure again. There must have been something wrong.

i have tryied many times to connect to my TP using mtty, but no luck. i'm using Vista Ultimate, and can connect and use mtty with my Kaiser, but can't with Raphael.
Is there any special thing i need to do to get mtty working with raphael?

i used the MTTY to format the device

Possibly re-flash your ROM? But I'm no expert on this.. so don't trust me fully.

Flash hard spl and start over. Try reading the instructions on reverting to stock-there are plenty of resources here. Do the spl over usb, and do it last.

I don't think you can remove RUUNBH just from the SD card.
You posted the SPL is 1.90. this is a stock one IIRC.

It will, the RUUNBH flag is stopping it.
As I said before, the SPL you posted is 1.90 and doesn't say Olinex, so I'm guessing it's stock. Why can't you return the device?

Unless it says Olinex I'm pretty sure it's stock. From what I've heard HTC are on the lookout for the "OliNex" mark in the bootloader, which you don't have.
I cannot see any reason it would be rejected (unless you still have a custom ROM and they somehow get it to boot).
That's just my opinion, but I can't think of any way to get it to boot WM without USB working again.

I tried the lastest Vodafone ROM from UK. It's says Not Allow..
So i'm on the lookout for the Dutch version (the one on the wiki doesn't work)

RUUNBH can be removed by flashing a valid image that 100% completes the flash. even if it is done via SD

is the ROM on the device stock? I'm asking because they can get it booting if they really want to. the question is of course whether they wish to go to that trouble just to check as the SPL itself is stock so it looks nice

Well.. as far as i know it's stock.. i downloaded the Dutch Vodafone ROM from the WIKI.

phone have spl-1.16(was in phone,i don't make hardspl) but when i try write an cooked rom phone stop at 75% and now start in bootloader with power on+camera buton, with power on buton phone start in white screen and one vibration.
i try something with mtty but i don't understand very goog the procedure,i need a memory card insert in phone or without memory card?

Thanks, just download This rom after download just connect you're phone to your computer, make sure your phone is in bootloader and run the exe from the download this will flash the original rom, if everything is ok, you will have the original wm 6.1 rom after that you need to Hardspl your phone, just read this Thread.
Just keep me informed if the original rom can not be flashed.

Here is the link for Italian, try to do the same as I mentioned before, just make sure active sync or wmdc is turned off.
