so what happend is that i managed to put the black skin on my phone, i was enjoyng my black status bar when i got a phone call and a error was saying something and "force close" ,after that my phone restarted i made a call,i tried to enter messages and again error" force close" restarted,this time after htc logo the screen turns black i can see the phone is turned on but can't do anything.can u help me please?
ps:first of all i must say that i didn't made a nandroid backup because i don't know how
since i wrote first time ,i made some progress.i entered in fstboot,download an official rom and when flashing i got error 131.i think i have to try flashing with the same rom i have now on phone .

I have some problems, which I cant solve using your forum.
So Im posting this.
Yesterday my Leo shut down and I couldnt turn on it. Today I've trided Hard Reset, but nothing was made. i can turn my phone on with white screen only. So i decided to reinstal ROM. I'v set up the bootloader and start installing oryginal ROM for HTC. And the installation is going to 1 % and then the phone stops instalation and turns on with white screen only.
If its important, when I'm installing, on the instalation Window, where should be written the current wersion of my soft, there's norlng, just empty place.
maybe I should do something like formating my htc or instal something other than ROM?
What an I doing wrong?
okay so i just got this damn new phone yesterday after hard bricking my other one. I rooted it with no problems so i went to get CWM and i used the lg recovery installer by artas182x and everything seems to work fine it rebooted and it loaded the recovery but now when the phone boots up it ends up at a white screen and gives me an error " the process.com.anroid.phone has stopped unexpectedly" something like that then theres a botton saying reset phone i do that and it goes through the same screen i cant get passed this!!. Please i need help! I just got this phone!. :crying:

somehow i destroyed my rooted g610 with the xboost module....
so i did a hard reset, but after a reboot when it got till the language selection it did not work any more, i couldn choose a language, it was like the touchscreen was disabled.
so next step for me was flashing it with sd card. it took a while til i found a rom that was working, but after it successfully flashed, it said that there was some error with the cust?
i did a restart but nothing happens, it just vibrates one time and the display stays black, just the green charging light is on...
i dont know what to do anymore, thanks for help..
firmware that was installed was: V100R001C00B124

3 days ago, the google play store stopped working. Then 2 days ago, setting was also not opening. So basically I was not able to install and uninstall any app. The last thing which I did before it all started was installing pokemon-go from kickass torrent.
I tried restarting but was of no use. So I read somewhere to factory-reset the phone after taking backup which I did.

The user data was deleted and I tried to restart.
When I restarted, I started getting the message com.motorola.ccc has stopped. And it restarted again from "Select your language".
This happened some 4-5 times.
I restarted again and then it went into boot-loop. So I tried going into recovery but it showed relaxing android logo with "no-command" message.
Now when i try to go to recovery/factory it just starts from M logo screen and keeps stuck here.
Please help, I don't have enough money to buy a new phone. Also I have never tried to root or unlock boot-loader. So I think my device is still unrooted and with a locked bootloader.

I didn't saw your reply, and now I have unlocked bootloader. Also put twrp and installed super-su through it. I made a mistake by installing Rom on my phone umidigi a5 pro
I chose Format All + Download in sp flash tool by mistake and did not notice it until the end of the process and now my phone is away from the problem of IMEI it does not accept putting a lock to it and it cramps most of the time with a black screen appears, I cannot do anything until I restart it and the same process is returned
please anyone can help me

Hi there,
Unfortunately I cannot help you with that problem as I'm not experimented enough with umidigi phone (that are more and more common around here). But I though a little response would be enough to warm your sad heart.
Also could you clarify what's going on with your IMEI?

As for IMEI, I fixed it, it remained a problem. The phone no longer accepts lock mode and when I lock the screen and open it again the phone stops working with a black screen until I restart it and some applications do not work
