I've just erased PC Communication, by flash bootimage.
I don't know why. When I flash bootimage using itsutils, my PC Communication error, and cause USB/infrared can't connect.
The only one solution is flash ROM from SD Card.
I need CAB not EXE, so I can execute from SD Card.
Please help me.

Re: There is no Screen: 'SD Download' when flash ROM from SD
I know the problem is.
My BootLoader is 5.17, and must have a card key in my SD Card to use it.
My question is how to write a card key to my SD Card, so that I can flash my ROM.
Please help me
Thanks a lot
Try bootloader downgrade
There are issues regarding re-flashing w/bootloader 5.17. I had a 5.17 too before and I tried downgrading to 5.15 that allowed me to reflash my ROM. Check this out:
http://www.romkitchen.de/
search for the topic "how to unlock your device" (Thanks to Lumpi for this one)
I have read also somewhere in the forum that allows a workaround to get pass the 5.17 bootloader, I just can't remember exactly where.
Good luck!
Re: Try bootloader downgrade
I've readed it, and downloading file from romkitchen.de is in progress.
Well, I can't downgrade 5.17 to 5.15 because my USB Connection on my XDA ROM was erased, so I can't downgrade from PC.
It should be downgraded by SD Card only.
My question is: In http://romkitchen.de there's option to download like this
How would you like your ROM?
installer EXE
zipped NK.nb1 (SD-card flashing)
zipped NK.nbf (advanced users)
I must choose zipped NK.nb1 (SD-card flashing). But is it included ROM 5.15?
IF it is included ROM 5.15, thanks God. But if not, it's useless..
Please help me...
Thanks a lot..

Bootloader
Bootloader is different from the ROM. You can get Wallaby bootloader 5.15 from the ftp site:
ftp://xda:[email protected]/Wallaby/
Check this thread also:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?p=97306
This process worked for me. During that time (GSM error), I wasn't also able to connect to my PC thus downgraded my bootloader and re-flashed ROM via SD card.

Hope this helps...

Still problem: Can I format with MMC not SD?
Thanks for the tutorial.
I've already tried with my MMC 512MB.
But it didn't worked.
It didn't show "SD Download". There was nothing, only Diagnostic when entered Bootloader 5.17
Was it because of my MMC Card?
Should it be used SD Card?
I don't have SD Card, only MMC.
Can I use it?
Or, is there another solution for my problem?
I think, if there were a software for ActiveSync CAB on PDA, it would help to connect to PC, since my ROM couldn't connect to PC.
Or, is there any software to format MMC Card to be an SD Card?
Please help me
Thanks a lot for your support.

Already Done. It worked. Thanks a lot
Dear all,
I'm very happy today. It worked for me.
Thanks a lot for your support.
I'm great to be in this forum.
Thanks a lot.
At my explanation below, finally I found, I did wrong procedure.
I inserted my MMC when it was off, then full reset
In the tutorial, it was not mentioned detail.
The right procedure: insert SD/MCC when it is on, then full reset.
But anyway, it worked, I love my XDA.......
God bless you all.

Nice to hear that
Nice to hear that samjeff. Let's all continue to enjoy our old, old Wallabys.
I've followed the post by xboarder56. My phone has an unlocked bootloader and is rooted. I did not receive any errors when running the command: Fastboot flash boot [boot.img path]. I attempted to use QuikSense and BeastMod. I am using windows, but have access to linux if necessary (would prefer to finish this in windows though).
I believe the problem might be that I do not have an sdcard. Also, I did not see any directions relating to copying files TO the phone, and as such did not. Does loading the boot.img load these files onto the phone or is this something that I need to be doing (also, how do you do that? Guessing I will need linux for that since I don't have an sdcard and will need to write to the device while windows can't read it).
You need a SD card, but xboarder is working on a recovery that doesn't require one
Sent from my HTC Amaze 4G using XDA App
I thought it might be as much. I ordered an sdcard and it should be here tomorrow. Do I need to perform any additional steps (such as copying files somewhere) or are the steps I am already performing going to be enough?
xboarder said the new recovery works with internal memory as well so shouldn't be a card problem
So I got my SD card and copied all the files to the root of it and performed the flash again. Still nothing. Where should I be copying the files to?

Let's backtrack.
What recovery do you have currently?
Stock, xboarders recovery (identifiable with the X in the background) or the CWM Recovery?
What files did you put and where did you put them?
Name the files you downloaded them and where you put them (external sdcard, internal sdcard, in a folder, etc)
Are you able to flash anything?
Did you format your sdcard from the phone?
So yeah... answer those for us please.
If the files are on the root of your INTERNAL SDCARD then you need xboarder's recovery.
If the files are on the root of your EXTERNAL SDCARD then you need the standard clockwork recovery (download from ROM Manager)
My nook tablet is bricked
Turn on the tablet will see the screen will a big n
and nothing happen
I tried to boot from sdcard but it seem don't recognize the sdcard during boot
putting zip files on sdcard is not working
CWM sdcard and ubuntu sdcard also not working
cannot get into CWM and how can I fix it?
I spend over 5 hours but nothing work......
Sometimes the SD Card boot "only" works by plugging in the nook power cable.
I tried more than 50 times by plugging the power cable and still the same....
BTW thank you for answering, if you have any other method, once I can do it, I will try it....
Is the Nook store near by ?
Sad to say no...
I am from Hong Kong....
What SD card are you using, i.e. Class and brand.
The higher class cards do not work all that well for booting from. The Sandisk Class 4 card, any size I imagine, works well for booting off card.
Not sure if this is your problem, but trying a different card my be a good direction to go for a fix, if you can get into CWM it will help.
Also, what specifically did you do/try to get yourself to this point? Always helps to know how you broke it to be able to fix it.
I am using sandisk class sd card
This happen will I try to change back from CM9 with new kernel and TWRP to CWM and CM7.2
After flashing CM7.2 and CWM, it successfully boot for once and then get into this situation on next reboot
I tried ubuntu recovery, sdcard version CM7.2 and this, but nothing work....
It looks like you have a similar problem to this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=27381972. I think, form skimming over the thread they were able to get into CWM from sdcard - after many attempts. If you can get to that point you should be able to get an adb connection where as you can work your way out of this. Just read the linked thread, it should point you in the right direction.
Good Luck
I tried more than 100 times still noting happen
But when plugging in the power cable and boot the tablet, the indicator keep orange light and not green as it is in that post...
more options
what sdcard version of CWM are you using? you should try with another sdcard just in case, the procedures for a succesful CWM sdcard are the following:
For Windows users:
- Power off your NT and remove sdcard
- Put your sdcard into a card reader (preferably)
- Format your sdcard with SDFormatter https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_3/eula_windows/ (recommended) or any other but not windows native.
- Download latest Win32DiskImage-binary.zip from https://launchpad.net/win32-image-writer/+download (v5.0 recommended)
- Unzip the file
- Run Win32DiskImage.exe - Right click "run as administrator"
- Click the folder button and navigate to select the .img file you just unzipped.
- Click on the disk drive letter label on the right, and choose the letter that corresponds to your SD card.
- Press Write. When it finishes, press Exit.
- Safely eject/remove your sdcard and put it back to your NT
- Plug your device to the a/c power or PC using the USB cable, let it power on by itself do not press any button.
WARNING: This will completely erase your microSD card. Be sure to back it up!

OK let me get in puter I have other options. Obviously something in the boot process is corrupted
Edit: back!
Please try the following:
1. Verify the md5sum the ROM(s) you want to install just to make sure is not corrupted
2. Follow the instructions i posted in here to flash another CWM to discard CWM being part of the problem. Now as you already have the CWM sdcard you just need to add 8gb-16gb_cwm_internal.zip to the sdcard then boot again into CWM sdcard and flash that package
3. After that remove your sdcard and select reboot system now from the CWM menu, if your device boots fine then Congrats, if not then read the options below:
4. Read and try this. If no go, goto #5:
5. Read and try this
LAST RESOURCE:
6. [unbrick] - Fixing partition table, or completely dead nook. Use this ONLY if you have the 16GB model as you did not mention that detail in your posts i'm giving you a warning!

Right i forgot to add that @meghd00t's cwm sdcard already contain the 2 files (tools) that @soshite was talking about , so basically you just need the cwm sdcard, my partition images and adb working.
BTW what happened with option 2-3?
~ V
Sent from my SGH-I897 using Tapatalk 2
after trying option 6, the tablet now can boot into internal CWM
But after I flash CM7, it still keep booting into CWM rather than CM7....
Thanks for all, I can now get into the stock 1.4.0
I flash the flash-restore-stock.zip from here in CWM
and then using acclaim_update.zip to restore the tablet back to 1.4.0
I guest I may change the boot data and get mess up with it
Finally, thanks again for all help:laugh:
Yeah, for everyone else out there:
You must have stock recovery in order for the acclaim_update.zip to work.
***I will update this post tomorrow to clean up and add screenshots***
The image provided is for G530AZ but the howto will be for all models.
I recently hard bricked my prime trying to unlock the bootloader, overwrote aboot and sbl1. The phone was dead. no power, no sound, no nothing.
Luckily for me I had access to an identical phone and was able to create a sd card that loads all the 'hidden' partitions (aboot, sbl1, recovery, boot and whatnot)...and after a day of heartache i was able to recovered my phone.
Unzip the debrick.img
Write the image to a blank sd card with win32 diskimager
Put in the card and power on with -Vol+Home+Power, download mode will run from your sd and you can flash the full firmware with odin
Img creation method 1:
Su and busybox are required.
In your favorite terminal emulator
Type
su
Click to collapse
Allow su permission
busybox dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0 of=/sdcard/debrick.img bs=1M count=128
Click to collapse
This will create a raw image of the first 128mb of your phone in the root of your phones internal memory.
Connect to your pc with usb and copy the img to your pc.
Then write your image to a blank sd with win32 diskimager
Img creation method 2:
Place your phone in downloader mode by powering the phone with on with -Vol+Home+Power pressed.
Extract the pit file from your full firmware tarball. Flash the pit and tar with odin like normal, except this time tick tflash.
It will more than likely fail writing the system partition, if it made it that far your sd should still work, as all the important partitions come before system.
Once you're thru and would like to use your sd again format with something like this free formatter

Nice guide.
I installed TWRP and my GRAND PRIME sm-g530bt does not turn on. It does not go into fast boot mode. Only a blue and vibrating light is blinking.

Did You Put debrick img in Your Sd Card and Chose this in Win32diskimager to Write? Or You Chose The One Which Was Downloaded at Your PC?
I used the one that you have on here it says it's corrupted, put your file on my computer extracted it then I put a new sd card in reader pluged it into my phone, then I found the file I extracted sent it to my sd card, opened wins 32 disk imager selected write it said successfull, put it into the phone powered it up nothing, I know I must be doing somthing wrong, it says it is a blank image, is it maybe that I copyed it directly from your link on xxda? So here's the tep by step guide how to Root Leagoo t10... (Thanks to coolkillermax for cooperation)
Unlock the bootloader (Unlock will Factory reset Erase all internal data so beware and backup you important DATA before do it)
1. install PdaNet drivers on your windows OS system (Ask google & get It)
2. download fastboot here https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0MKgCbUM0itSUhpUklCTFpzWkE/view & instalL fastboot program folder than will get 4 files
2. turn off the phone
3. hold the volume up button and insert the usb cable to connect to the pc
4. the phone starts at that point to STOCK recovery mode and using volume key select to reboot to bootloader.
5. than find ADB folder on your computer than open it than press shift+right click mouse to "open command window here"
6. command "fastboot devices" to see if the drivers are ok) and use the command "fastboot oem unlock" to unlock the bootloader
7. now the phone asks if you really want to unlock it so put in yes using volume key to select
8. Phone will stuck or hang at Fastboot mode 3 selection, than if more than 5 minute just force press power button to reboot or give in the command on your PC "fastboot reboot"
8. The bootloader is unlocked (when starting, the phone shows that its been unlocked)
For root
1.Download TWRP here https://drive.google.com/file/d/0By1jTvBbOoCxQ1JNZEkyYmt0dVU/view
2.Download SUperSU here http://www.supersu.com/download select latest Zip to download
3.Put TWRP recovery.img into same ADB folder PC (the folder where that fastboot program is) and rename it to TWRP.img
4.Put SuperSU in phone internal storage or SD Card
5.boot to bootloader same method as above
6.Go into ADB folder press shift+right click mouse to "open command windows here" : command "fastboot boot TWRP.img"
7.You will see TWRP success & in TWRP install the SuperSU zip (I used 2.82)
8.reboot to system and enjoy...
(9. The TWRP recovery will be overwritten (if flashed, which we didn't in this guide) by the default recovery on boot but the Root will stay...)
At this point I already sold my Leagoo t10 so I won't be capable to test any new guides if asked...

It would be also helpful to point me to a webpage where I can find some firmware or other software for t10 beacuse I have trouble finding anything for t10 even on the Leagoo webside...

no hay nada en la web del t10, es muy nuevo, estoy pensando en comprarmelo que te a parecido y la camara es buena de noche.
This issue is solved now... The way how to do it is described in the "leagoo t10 unlock bootloader" thread. Here's the link... https://forum.xda-developers.com/ge...bootloader-unlock-t3629793/page2#post73815413
Here is the full way how to do it...
1. Unlock the bootloader...
1.1 install PdaNet drivers on your win system (you will need also ADB and fastboot)
1.2 boot to bootloader
1.2.1 turn off the phone
1.2.2 hold the volume up button and insert the usb cable to connect to the pc
1.2.3 the phone starts at that point to recovery mode and after it reboot to bootloader (from recovery)
1.3 then use the basic fastboot program (command "fastboot devices" to see if the drivers are ok) and use the command "fastboot oem unlock" to unlock the bootloader
1.4 now the phone asks if you really want to unlock it so put in yes
1.5 The bootloader is unlocked (when starting, the phone shows that its been unlocked)
2. Download the TWRP from the link Alpha232 gave (it's for LG K10 but it works) in this diskussion https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/help/leagoo-t10-help-bootloader-unlock-t3629793
3 Root
3.1 boot to bootloader
3.2 run twrp: command "fastboot boot <image name>"
3.3 in TWRP install the SuperSU zip (I used 2.82)
4.4 reboot to system and enjoy...
I forgot to mention that to unlock the bootloader you have to activate developer options on your phone (push built number several times) and turn "OEM unlocking" on (in developer options)
Thanks a lot for all these information
You worked hard for that
I haven't received mine yet, I hope that it'll be a success for me too
Leagoo T10 can lock it back for bootloader ?

Check my simple unboxing here = https://youtu.be/nHHOJE8KU3M
Seem you guys have method can unlock bootloader & is it anyway can unroot & locked back bootloader to get New OTA if available ? May Be nougat...?
I heard some rumors that the T10 was badly selling and that there will be no OS updates because of that... I hope it's not true but there were some signs of that, for example the T10 was not mentioned on the official Leagoo website for a long time after it came out and was added only recently...
That was the reason I didn't bother trying to root through MAGISK which would allow updates...
As I said I hope it's not true because it's a really good phone for a great price... (And it's the only one in this price/performance category with SD card support)

Thanks for good input,:good: can you give link how to use MAGISK to have same access like root ?
As I said I haven't tried it myself but there are guides on the XDA forums how to do it... A friend of mine is using MAGISK for root access on another phone and it's working for him...

Oh... Really ? Sorry & i did not notice... My SD card is class 10 card but failed format as internal so Is it Your phone SD card can format as internal ? What type of SD card is working ?
Be careful with the SD card... I had my 128 GB class 10 U1 formated as internal with my T10 (it was working fine), then I wanted to format it as regular SD and something went wrong by that process... The card is absolutely unusable now (I tried many solutions I found on the web but none worked...). Now I have an 64 class 10 inserted and using it without the internal format and the 32 GB internal storage is enough for me now...

oh that's good info & did u put your 128gb sd card to other phone to format it ? hope this help u...
My issue is different- my 32GB class 10 sd during format as internal just until 20% than will show " could not erase sd card" so just can format as normal external storage…
can i know your128gb U1 sd card is it same as UHS card ?

I tried almost everything possible with that SD card. Formating in other devices said that the card is write protected... I inserted it to my notebook and tried to remove the write protection by many means like through regedit, low level formating and so on but nothing helped... Finally I gave up... I don't know exactly how the issue happen but I remember that after formating the card, the phone was still listing the card as internal and I gave the command to forget it while it was inserted in my T10 and I believe that could be the reason that created that mess... (So don't do that, the forget function I mean)
Both cards I used were SDXC so maybe your 32 SDHC isn't compatible to be formated as internal memory but you should try to erase the card first if it gives you that error...
By the way... Have you used MAGISK yet? Did it work? As I said I used normal root (installed supurSu zip from booted recovery) so I won't try that now...

U1 is the UHS class (10MB/s minimum write speed).... (There is also U3 class which is 30/s)

And actually that was the same error I got when I destroyed my card... I hope that it's not the same situation...
Hi. Yes I have received it and I am very glad with it. Not perfect as the quality of the sound is not very fine. The notification LED is too discreet too. But It is totally stable, and given the price I paid for it I do no regret.
I haven't yet had enough time to try to root it. This is something that I do not do everyday... So I want to be concentrated before starting...
