[Q] How to implement a touch scroll in HTC HD2 device? - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everybody,
I am developing an application to a HTC HD2 device that runs on a Windows Mobile 6.5, and I want to implement a touch screen scroll in it.
Basically, I want to create a container control, like a Panel, that will be the main control in the form, and it wil contain the entire controls of the form, and I need that control to enable a touch scrolling.
How can I implement it in C# ?
Thank you very much,
Erez Lami.

The 4th side of the Cube

I hear the 3th side of the cube is programmed in, but not visible, anyone know who to activate this (is it a reg edit or more) ?
Also, I use the awesome Slithers C++ Cube, 4 squares, on my Kaiser and it leaves this standard Touch Dual one for dead (speed, sensitivity), can i remove the standard and install this ?
I did try to overwrite it (well install over) but nothing.
I'm in the same position - running slithers awesome cube on my kaiser, and would love to install it on my wifes Dual instead of her stock cube if possible.

the true potential of the panel manager on hd2(devs needed great idea)

Now seeing that nearly every hd2 owner is no longer content with the winmo os it seems that all development goes into the other os bases. I have no problem with that but i believe that the native os for any device is the best, yes there is better and you can run them, but would u rather develop a means of running a better os or wowing people by bringing back a dead os?
Now to what i actually want to say... before i had the hd2 i had the xperia x1 (still my favourite) i thought of the panel interface as stupid and useless and with the new panel manager i realized something.....The problem is not the concept or the panel manager its the waste of its potential....
Now consider that the hd2 only has the call button to map to an app......if that app was the panel manager and devs created useful panels that the hd2 can utilize instead of stupid uis and half made programs.. ie
1. system panel which would control all the connections and commands like reset
lock ect. Also with a process manager, a ram cleaner and benchmark.
2. fun panel which would control all multimedia playing, uploading social sites and
of course a link to the xda forums.
3. update panel which would sync all the norm ( email weather ect) and also
use app to date for your apps.
4. streaming panel which could be as simple as the youtube app for htc but
could play stored flv files and stream from other sites in the best quality
5. ui and os panel which would either change the current winmo ui eg from
sense to bell or titanium and also boot all the stored os bases from the
storage card ( which is easy it can be a profile system where the user
chooses a profile and navigates to the location of the haret.exe which will
be saved by the panel.
6. hd2 panel which is basically the master of tweaking the hd2 via already
known registry mods.
i know this project would be alot of hard work but think abt it, i just made up 6 great panels off the top of my mind imagine what could happen in future development and dont forget all of this would be at the press of 1 button!!!! .
if you read this please comment this is a place of learning. stop reading only for benefits i really want to know what YOU think about this.
1-3 - can be created using sk-i as a base or many of the endkeys (mine in particular). just need some time and a graphics editor. also, why a panel for updating email, etc? just want it do do it.
4- quick link using sk-i. also search VideoLauncherv1.3WVGA for another good video browswer.
5- imo, CHT and CHTS makes all the other windows ui obsolete. also lots of boot programs for haret exist; quick links are your friend.
6- a lot of programs already do this. not sure a panel would be needed. could add the program link to your panels.
seriously CHT can do what you want. SK-I can show you how to spruce it up with panel type system.
cheers.

[Q] Heavily modded interface

First post, but I did my research and couldn't find anything similar.
I'm wondering what the feasible limits are of editing Android. Here's the situation:
I'm thinking of buying the Sony Walkman Z, but would want to create a new interface to make it more music-centric. Would it be possible to create a rom/skin/theme which would act almost nothing like android, but still run android apps?
something like this:
homescreen is fairly normal, clock+link to internet.
swipe left launches music/video app(which I'd like to make custom too, just a pipe dream)
swipe right is list of selected apps (not anticipating having more than the 16 one page could display)
swipe up displays full list of apps (like normal)
shortcut keys work as normal.
don't really need notifications(no texts/calls, don't tweet) so top bar can go away. really that's it. minimalist so as to keep the music the main focus.
A: is it possible?
B: is the skill level required ridiculous high?
C: are there any developers out there willing to take on a challenge?
Thanks so much,

[Q] Infinity screen = Graphics / Game Engine ?

Friend of the night, goodnight !
I am trying to develop an Android application.
But I'm at the crossroads of a crucial choice for developing my application, let me explain:
For my application, I need to provide a "infinity" screen , The screen should be endless defined (Height and width not defined) to let the user navigate / zoom as he wants . In addition, some elements should be addable on the screen (Geometrical shapes or other stuff).
For example, the user presses the "bubble" button on the screen , a bubble appears under the finger of the user then he drags it on the screen until the place he want .Once he releases the finger, the "bubble" is grafted to the "infinite" screen .
Generate this kind of thing in my opinion is more useful if you use a graphics engine like AndEngine or other. But is it the best way? And how to save the state and elements on that screens? Using the same systems then MineCraft which generate the world as the user go
Which I had never explored this part of android, I ask your opinion on this delicate points ....:good:
One more thing , This application should enable to run on any average phone (like my HTC Desire)..
Hope I hope I am clear enough ,
Thanks

Coding tutorial to learn Android specific features? (swipes, gestures, etc)

I have done some basic Android dev by creating a simple app that is basically like a website.
Enter some data on a "form", button does some logic based on the form data, and displays output in a ListView or RecyclerView.
This is basically a "website" that happens to be implemented as an Android app.
I would like to do a tutorial that showcases mobile specific features like touch screen, accelerator, etc.
Anyone have any ideas?
Also, is this the right forum to ask coding specific questions?
