Hi! I got recently problem with my Android Market. I'm not quite sure what's the problem, but I think because I removed the important system applications. You know google's apps. The problem is that when I want to download an app from the market, it just stands on beginning to download the app, it never goes further....
How should i fix this?
Please help me.

Can you try to delete the market app from /system/app back it up to sd card
And then place it back and reboot
Not sure if it will work but worth a try

I can test, but I don't think it will work..
Go to settings - manage applications and scroll down to market (impt: only market app and not the other market related apps) and then uninstall updates. And then download the apps u want.

Market servers are down. Be patient . WIll be normal soon
yes, I have had issues as well. No "downloads" were showing...
downloaded one app and now they are back.
could have been a Market server issue as well, but was screwed up for 2 days.
btw: the uninstall updates trick does work in most cases when Market is acting up
is the server still down ?

Hi this issue is affecting a lot of android users of all makes including the new blade/sanfranciso. DONT PANIC resetting will not fix this is a market issue i have contacted google by phone and will recieve a call from them which i will then update you all on asap you can follow me on @jayfromcornwall on twitter, dont mess with your phones or reflash you will be wasting your time just sit tight until i get the info back !! kindest regards to all from jay

But so i get it right, it's nothing wrong with my phone. It's wrong with the server on Android Market?
I had this problem from last thus till yesterday. Was so p'd off I uninstalled the markets app. I'd recently updated and after uninstall the app was still there but as the previous version, it's working fine now. So I think it's something to do with the updates.

I have the same problem in Norway, some apps will and some apps just won't install or download. Have tried to reset factory settings and deleted app, in fact some new apps newer installed won't install to..
I had the same problem and i solved reinstalling the firmware using SEUS..

Hey guys, i wanted to install the google books app:

on my atrix and i cant find it in the market from the atrix (used market enabler to no avail), i even tried from the above android market link to install it from there over the google account but it simply wouldnt install... so my question is if anyone has the app installed and/or if there is a method to install it manually? (im using it on a cyanogenmod 7.0.3 nook color without a problem...)

Try this Fix Permissions app.
caught me slipping there forgot to ask if he had restored a backup from Titanium or something, if so you can also fix permissions with root tools, recovery (i think) or using the app recommended by Wired.
no thers no titanium in game .... might be cuz im in Slovenia, but that shouldnt be a problem with market enabler than ... thanks for the help tho. uhm for instance i cant install this app:

I want that app too!! No, you wont be able to install Google Body on anything that doesnt run Honeycomb. Right now only a few tablets have HC. When Ice Cream Samach comes out it will be available on both phones and tablets; merging Gingerbread and Honeycomb. Your on Froyo. F G H I
Edit: what you need to do is sign in when your browsing the market through a browser. It will then let you know if the app is available on your device. THEN you will be able to download apps through the browser (if they "work" on your phone).

ow im sorry, ive misread a post above, and thought the one guy has body working on the atrix. my bad but ye the books work fine now.
Trying to download the Amazon App Store but the d/l keeps timing out. Anyone have any success in installing this?
I had the same problem. I was thinking of just sideloading the app and seeing if that works.
Edit: I just downloaded on my desktop, sent to my gmail and it installed fine. Not sure what the problem was. Now it works though.
I was able to download and install without any problems, but this was 1-2 weeks ago
If anybody else was wondering what happens to your apps if you have more than one device.... Any app you ever downloaded (even free app of the day) shows up as available for you to download. Nice! I was not liking the stupid ad during Angry Birds!

I had the same problem on Monday. I downloaded the app to my desktop, moved it over to DropBox and then installed on the tablet via Dropbox. I still have the .apk file if anyone needs it.

Well for one thing they offer one paid app for free every day. Also, they've been known to run "specials". The biggest problem I've had with them is that you need to check 2 locations for app updates. I've been on the Amazon App Store since the day it opened.

I had that problem with v003 but i just uninstalled and reinstalled hoping it would work and it did. All my facebook contacts disappeared as wellbut ater reinstall and login they were restored

i have the same problem with facebook i use GingerDX v003
I had the same issue. Reinstall GingerDX and it will fix the problem. If it doesn't send report to author, but it should work after reinstalling the rom.
I have no problems with Facebook and GingerDX. Works fine.

I had problem with facebook app that didnt want to start. Now after full wipe that problem is solved. Now I try to open Navigon but it wont start! just the same problem like the fb app. Is that a bug in this version to work on or is it something else I have to do?

I just passed to v005 and it is just fine with everything...
fine with me though...
Confirmed working on GingerDX v005 and v006. I simply installed the FB app from the market and that was all.
Use Facebook Ver 1.60. Its work for me
plss try a full wipe to ur phone..mine is just working fine..
works fine, GDX 008.
notifications also work fine, i've installed the app on phone memory
If the facebook app crashes, use this from ADB or Terminal Emulator
rm -r /data/com.katana.facebook
alternatively just clear facebook's data.

Navigon doesn't work with any cm7. I've tried all roms. Can anyone confirm IT?

I initially had problems with the facebook app. After a full wipe the issues were resolved on GingerDX 0.13. As for Navigon that doesn't work for me either (Using CoPilot that works, Sygic doesn't work btw), but shouldn't you have your own thread for that question?
But you could try Friendcaster or FBabble.

Well this problem is unique.. Never heard of this before.. Can you be more specific about which rom you are using? When did the problem begin? What have you changed before it started?

i use stock rom. i cant remember when this problem started.. i think it start from the 1st time i uploaded a photo. and only stuck at 20%.
i dont change anything, this is the stock setting.
i tried a different custom rom also, but problem still not solved. and now im on stock rom.
so sad..

already tried both. using wifi and using data.. also same. and i noticed that, for facebook app, i cant even open my inbox, stuck at loading
screen. but maybe this is the app fault. but i cant upload photo using all the app..
i read the forum about this matter and many has this kind of problem also but no solution. i just hope for a miracle that someone
can solve this problem and share this method to everyone.
get the free app speed test from the play store and see what that is telling you about your upload speeds,, just out of interest

Is that on both Wi-Fi and data?
now the download test finish but stuck at the upload test.. i think there is a problem about my modem. but this is the stock rom.
