hello. i have a problem regarding this matter..
i cant upload a photo on my SGS3. i already tried facebook, instagram, chrome, stock browser, also cannot upload photo.
im using stock rom. then i tried using custom rom. also not solved. anyone know how to fix this??

Have you got synch turned on?
Well this problem is unique.. Never heard of this before.. Can you be more specific about which rom you are using? When did the problem begin? What have you changed before it started?

i use stock rom. i cant remember when this problem started.. i think it start from the 1st time i uploaded a photo. and only stuck at 20%.
i dont change anything, this is the stock setting.
i tried a different custom rom also, but problem still not solved. and now im on stock rom.
so sad..

already tried both. using wifi and using data.. also same. and i noticed that, for facebook app, i cant even open my inbox, stuck at loading
screen. but maybe this is the app fault. but i cant upload photo using all the app..
i read the forum about this matter and many has this kind of problem also but no solution. i just hope for a miracle that someone
can solve this problem and share this method to everyone.
get the free app speed test from the play store and see what that is telling you about your upload speeds,, just out of interest

OMG .. when i begin the test, it stuck at the download test and it says network communication error.
why??? im so frustrated..

Is that on both Wi-Fi and data?
now the download test finish but stuck at the upload test.. i think there is a problem about my modem. but this is the stock rom.

Yes mate i had the same problem with it crashing, all i did was to uninstall it and reinstall and all has been well so far no crashers
Yeah had the same thing, uninstalled and use the browser to access dropbox instead.
Yep had the same problem as well ages ago and still having the same issues. User can't seem to upload anything from the streak to the dropbox but downloading is fine
Same issue, gotta uninstall and reinstall to get it to work again.
2.1 dropbox runs fine though
Hello everyone,
I have a question when I run the camera application appears: warning the firmware is not latest. do you want to continue?. I tried to update the firmware, Is trying to access the Samsung Apps but then appears an error : Error "service unavailable (4002)".
This happened after a rom update to Nero3, I tried the Fourth Version also did not help.
Is there any solution?.

Ive been noticing this myself for some time now. Every time i try to use the camera or video recorder, the message pops up as soon as i start the app. Any solution or workaround.

Fixed but now I cannot record in 720p. The phone freezes and you have to pull the battery.
Ok i just bought a new Optimus one p500 today.
So I've just started checking it out.. but one thing i noticed was that the default android twitter app doesnt allow me to log into my account.
Even though the Username/password were right, it keeps showing "Invalid Username/password" message..
i tried m.twitter.com from the native browser and that was able to log me in .. right now its just the android twitter app..
any1 else faced this problem?

Well, i rooted and installed a custom rom on my phone three days after purchasing it... But I had done my "homework" a few days before, learning a bit more about Android.
Take your time and do what you want, but I do believe you won't regret rooting your phone

Hahaha we posted right at the same time lol.
Regarding root, I'd say exactly as you. Take a little time and read about custom recovery, root, roms, 2.2, gingerbread, froyo etc. See development section for such knowledge. Everything is there!

Hello everyone !
I have this problem, when i´m on my home wifi i can´t download or update apps from google play altough i get the notifications about available updates.
When i click download or update is starts to downloading but it never shows percentage or any progress just the blue bar moving.
BUT on other networks it works just fine, only my home wifi is a problem (even though it worked well about two weeks ago) . I never use 3G or 4G.
I think it has something to do with my router but its just weird.
Do you guys have some suggestions what could i do ?

i also experience that.. but i think it's just a bug.
what i do is i turn off wifi and turn it on again.. redownload the app

I also have this bug.. this started to happen after i updated camera firmware ( i know it doesn't have anything to do with it,but oh well)
I have tried to reproduce the bug and found that :
-if your wifi is off and you activate your mobile data,then disable it,when you activate wifi it will connect,but internet will work when he wants...only solution is reboot the phone

This doesn' t work i dont know why altough sometimes i had to restart the router in order to make wifi work with gs3 but now i dont have to, except the apps cant be downloaded strange

Try clearing googles play cache or unistall and reinstall googleplay apk.

You can just search in google and download it's just an .apk, so there's no need for any "compatibility" things..

So the other day I installed this app from google play, wifi advanced config editor, and I didnt read the description which states it doesnt support gingerbread and above. After using the app for a while, my phone hanged and the app force closed. So is my phone okay now because it seems everything is functioning. Thx

Use faster fix if you want to configure WiFi region
doesnt faster fix just allow to set a custom NTP server for AGPS?

It just sets the region pool, which I'm guessing is what he was possibly trying to do, back in the day it was how you did it, by editing GPS configuration.xml
