dear all
when i connect my htc hd 2 to my car via blutooth i got connected without ant broblems, but when i try to make a call, the connection will disconnect after seconds of making the call and will resume after 10 to 15 seconds .
i faced this problem in my HTC touch pro2 before but i didn't raise this issue,
while i was connecting htc touch hd and htc tytn 2 without any problem.
after searching the blutooth specifications between these devices i found the followings :-
1- the devices which have this connection problems found have the blutouth version Bluetooth® 2.1 with Enhanced Data Rate
2- the devices which have no connection problems found have the blutooth version Bluetooth® 2.0 with Enhanced Data Rate
so it come to my understanding that this problems might be because of the blutooth version
my question - can i remove Bluetooth® 2.1 with Enhanced Data Rate and install Bluetooth® 2.0 with Enhanced Data Rate
note :- this problim is not because of the cooked rom it happened even with the official htc roms
the below vidios will make you understand this problem

Hi
Not too knowledgable on this but are there any roms with the latest bluetooth drivers / stack from the official Touch Pro 2 WM 6.5 release here?
There would seem to be some significant updates on the WM6.5 Touch Pro2 which makes remote sim access profile (RSAP) work correctly and fixes a number of hands free profile call quality issues.
Thanks

Hello together,
I have a problem with bluetooth connections:
I'm using a HTC Desire, rooted and flashed with a ROM from Alex-V Android Version 2.3.3 with the 2.6.35.8 Kernel.
I have two bluetooth devices:
MM100 Stereo Headset from Sennheiser
BT-Version: 2.0 + EDR
Protocolls: HSP, HFP, A2ADP, AVRCP
and the Hands free car kit Parrot MK6000
BT-Version: 1.2
Protocolls: HSP, HFP, AADP, AVRCP
I can pair both devices with my Desire and the latest paired device would connect automatically to audiosystem for media and telefone when switched on.
The problem is, that the first paired device would not connect automatically to my desire and when it is connected manually it would only connect to the audiosystem for media not telefone.
I can't force it to connect with audiosystem for telefone. I checked and un-checked the check-boxes for both connections in every combination :-(
Remark: I don't want to connect both devices at the same time. I know that this is not working ;-)
With the original HTC Rom I doesn't had this problem. Both devices would pair and connect perfect.
Does anyone has the same problem, or perhaps a solution for this problem?

Hello,
is there no one outside with two Bluetooth Hands free devices?
Does anyone has the same problem?

Hello, I just bought a Xperia S and I did not reach in connection it to my Built-in bluetooth system (a parrot built-in kit in a Citroen). The pjone can see the system but I'm not able to make the system pairing.
I already had difficulties in the past with an X10 but it was linked to Android 1.6 and with my Samsung Galaxy S2 under Cyanogen7. I have no issue to conenct with Nokia E6, iPhone 4 or Android 2.3.X smartphones (Samsung Galaxy S2, Samsung Galaxy S, HTC Desire,...).
I think that it could come from the BT stack used by Sony or from their Android adaptation and I don't think I would be able to pair the system till an update could be released or perhaps with ICS.
Does somebody has the same difficulty or a solution ?
Best regards
Try to reset the bluetooth in your car.
Sent from my Sony Xperia S-LT26i
I had the same issue with my bluetooth IO player.First time when I added it after that it would not connect. Turned bluetooth off and on and automatically connected. Might be worth restarting your phone. If the phone can add it then it should be able to connect to it.
Hello, I do,'t know where to reset my car BT as it is a built-in. One solution could be to remove the fuse....
It is not a question of connexion as I'm not able to pair the BT device and the Xperia.
I have no issue with all the other phones !!!
I have a 2009 Ford Mondeo and my Xperia S paired with the integrated bluetooth unit without any issues. Can browse phone book and call log without any issues and obviously make/receive calls.
Hi Guys,
Im having a real bluetooth issue with my SXS and Merc...I can connect and pair fine, however randomly the phone keeps disconnecting.. ive had this working fine with a Iphone4s and lumia 800 so i dont think its the MB side of things...can anyone shed some light on this?
Dear all,
I hope you guys have a solution for the following problem:
I wan't to AUTO connect 2 bluetooth devices in my car.
1 device uses phone-audio (parrot) and the otoher ad2p protocol (car-radio)..
It only auto-connects 1 device. Somethimes the parrot and the other time my radio. When i connect the other device by hand its connected to 2 devices.
I have an origonal rom on my HTC sensation. I had the same problem with the revolution rom.
Tnx (sorry for my bad english)
nobody ?
You are not alone in this. I can only find one bluetooth auto-connect app, it will only allow the selection of a single device.
Also, it uses the device hardware name, not the name you entered into your BT menu. I have two dongles that are the same name, but since it doesn't differentiate I can't even use it for the single device if the other one has been paired and not deleted, it seems to randomly pick one of the devices.
If the dev would allow multiple devices to be auto-connected and at least differentiate via BT MAC rather than device name it would cover me fine.

The app 'quick bluetooth lite' works. It now connects 95% of the time.
I'm calling HTC tomorrow on the issue... Can anyone else confirm if this problem happens to them on bluetooth while in a call...
Can someone please confirm if yours is doing this so I can get a sample ratio for HTC.
Also include what carrier you're on, android version, sense version, etc.
I'll email this thread to HTC as well.
IE...
on call + via bluetooth headset or bluetooth speaker = no wifi (status bar should say wifi connected though)
On call using internal speaker phone/hand set > bluetooth connected (like when you put your voyager legend down and call transfers back to phone) > does the wifi data still work ? (mine does)...
On call with bluetooth turned off completely > No problems...
Very little WiFi (less than 1mb) with bluetooth connected period on Viper 2.0... Thought it was my router had att here and no help... Realized when bluetooth is on WiFi it's useless... HTC errrr... Always radio problems. Switched to deodexed stock 4.4.2 with sense 6.0 same problem. Data is fine with bluetooth connected.
Ahhhh... Max Venom injection! Much better now...
