Not really happy with this phone anymore. I flashed my first phone to a rom, everything seemed fine, then the freezing and lagging of the phone happened. After multiple resets, the phone starts to turn off by itself. Then I have to take the battery out and restart it this way. After a while of this the screen stays white and I have to leave the phone alone for 30 minutes, before it will start up again. Other issues with the phone after flashing the phone:
Phone would get hot at times when charging and show no signs of charging
Lag and Lag and Lag
I would set up emails and wifi accounts and then the phone would lose all the settings and I would have to reset everything
Now my second phone is doing the same as above....Getting a replacement sent to me
Will I have to reload the stock SPL from my sd card?
Where is the link to the stock ROM?
I believe from looking in the TMOUS HD2 forum section, the TMOUS stock rom you're looking for is the following:
http://www.vbnfiles.com/xda/xmoo/Le...dio_Signed_15.34.50.07U_2.08.50.08_2_Ship.zip
Will obviously wipe everything and flash back ROM and Radio as to the how it was the day you bought in if you need to send it back for repair.
Flashing Via MicroSD Card
NOTE (PLEASE READ): If you flash a Stock Rom via microSD Card then it will overwrite your HardSPL with a stock SPL included in the nbh file. If you flash a v2.01 or later Rom (with SPL2.*) you will NOT be able to reinstall HardSPL onto your device and could end up bricking it. This does not apply to custom roms as they do not include an SPL. BE CAREFUL!!
1. Make sure your microSD is Formatted to fat32 (you dont have to delete all files but it is safer if you do)
2. Download your prefered Rom from the LEO Rom Develpoment Page and unzip/unrar it to your PC
3. Goto the Roms Folder and rename the .nbh file to LEOIMG.nbh
4. Copy the LEOIMG.nbh file to the root of your MicroSD Card
5. Plug the MicroSD Card into the phone
6. Reset the device while pressing the volume down button to enter the BootLoader screen, you will first see a tri-color screen with the phone and SPL Information at the top
7. Follow the On Screen instructions to start the update
8. After flash has completed, press the reset button with the stylus to reset the device.
Note: Sorry if you knew all this already and was just looking for the ROM itself, just thought I'd post in case, I guess it's the same process on TMOUS as it is on my EU HD2, if anyone can clarify?

For those of you who also read PPC Geeks, this is the same problem. I am just trying to cover more area and hopefully stumble across somebody that has a solution to my problem.
The current situation is that the phone will not boot at all. I can hard reset it, I can enter into the bootloader (which is no2Chem 2.47) and I can flash ROMs to it. However, when I try to boot the phone, the black HTC logo flashes for about half a second and then I get a black screen.
I have tried flashing the Sprint ROM available on HTC's website (RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_3.56.651.0_RS_TITAN_3.42.02_ SPCS2.04_PPST_0718_Ship.exe) and this one: RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_3.35.651.2_RS_TITAN_3.35.04_4 350H_SPCS_AM_Ship.exe.
I've hard resetted, soft resetted, taken the battery etc. Anybody have any idea what I should do or why this is happening? Thanks for the help!
Try some things here.

I wasn't able to do any of that since I cannot create an Activesync connection between my phone and pc.
I think you may have messed up your bootloader, try and get another one installed on it. I recommed olipro 2.40 and radio 3.35 but you can use a higher radio. Dude you dont need an active sync connection, read the wiki article further. At most you would need the WMmodem drivers installed on your computer. Just put the phone in bootloader (power, camera, reset) and run the tools on the wiki site i linked to you. You can run RUU Rom Update Utility from your Home computer while phone is in bootloader mode, you do not need to have the phone fully booted into windows mobile and synced, or even connected to active sync. Hope this helps I could be wrong though, just try some things and read.
I tried running the TITAN_RELOCKER.EXE, but it wouldn't do it since it didn't have an ActiveSync connection. I have tried the RUU with multiple NBH files. Trying to flash the radio, rom, and/or spl. I will try the bootloader stuff again. Thanks.
EDIT:
Found a new symptom. When I don't have the power cable in I can use the power button to turn on the device and the top right light is green. When I plug it in the light flashes red and won't let me use the power button to turn it on, but will do the same "flash the HTC boot screen" if I soft reset.
Try renaming the .nbh file to TITAIMG.nbh and put it in a 1GB or less microsd card and then press the power button + the camera Button together and hold, and then press the reset button that is located next to your usb charging/syncing slot
good luck
I will give that a try. Does anyone have the nueSpl NBH or any other bootloader for that matter? I can only find the exe to run on the phone and I can't do that.
Hmm it says flash a boot screen? Sounds like you may need to do just that. I have never heard of the blinking red light other than low battery. You can try using PPC Geeks kitchen to build your own rom (temporarily) and you can choose which bootscreens you want to use. If you get the bootscreens to succesfully flash you can either test the ROM and see if you like it or flash the ROM of your choice and it will not overwrite your bootscreens, some overwrite the windows 6.1 screen but most of them do not.
PPCGeeks.com How to unlock device and cook your own rom
Read through that thread and download the PPC Kitchen, now dont open the kitchen run the kitchen updater, pick titan files, and the newest build 20931 and get started after that.
Dont pick an animation just splash, sub splash, and the Windows 6.1 splash. Now run it let it do its thing just make sure you are in bootloader before plugging in to computer. If the flash still doesnt work then you can try the MicroSD card method. Format the card to FAT32 and make sure its totally empty(not even a folder). Now navigate on your computer to mydocuments/buildOS RUU, then look for the RUU_Signed.nbh and copy and paste it to the Memory card and Rename to TITAIMG.nbh now put the card in your phone and then into bootloader mode(power camera reset same time) and let it try flashing. If you still cant get it to work and you have tried starting from scratch then the phone may be a brick. Hard to tell now try some more things.

Hi All,
Thank you xda forum, I was searching and learning from you and ppcgeeks all these two days.
My Touch Pro (Bell Mobility) now is always in reboot loop, it only shows white "Touch PRO" in the 1st screen. After around 30 - 40 seconds, reboot again. Neven been rebooted sucessfully.
Here are what I did:
1. originally it should be SPL-0.35 or -0.25 somthing like that, after use Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037 unlock , well done, it shows 0.37-comex (thanks this forum and authors)
2. use PC to flash a chinese version ROM, says sucessfully 100% done.
BUT after that it was going to reboot loop (what i guess is it's a GSM version only?)
3. I want to make it back to original, so I use that Raphael_CDMA_Relocker (BEFORE I REALIZED should flash BELL Stock rom first).
4. in tri-cololr screen, now it says RAPH800 SPL-0.37-0000 (relocked already?)
5. I could not flash anything in anymore, ActiveSync conection could not been connnected, and RUU always said 262 error and when reboot 100% goes to reboot loop, have to take out of the battery to close it.
Anyone have suggestion how should I do? I am still in the 1st month warranty, but afraid Bell will not accept it.
I tried hardset, use Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037 to lock it again (failed due 262 problem, stucked on 0% screen), or put different RAPHIMG.nbh (tried one by one) to SD card (always only "loading", and after long time i have to reboot it and still the same infinite loop).
Thanks for you patience, please ignore my bad english.
unbrick
i suggest if you havent already done so: to put .nbh image on your sd card and boot it.
I agree. the only thing at this point you can do is flash from the SD card.
Take it out of your phone, and plug it into your computer. Take the .nbh file from another ROM that has worked for you and rename it RAPHIMG.nbh . Then copy that onto the Root of your SD card. put the card back into your phone, and enter bootloader by holding the power button, and volume down button, take your stylus and reset. (Don't need to hold the center okay button like a hard reset) take the stylus out and follow the instructions.
on my experience download a shipped ROM of any kind. If you still see SPL 0.37.CMONEX i think you are still safe. Just plug it in, active sync will not recognize it since it is in a different operating mode, just execute the shipped rom and that should do the trick.
unforunatly theres no bell shipped, just bell dumped roms..but put it in bootloader (hold volume down, poer, then stylus in reset hole till tri-colour screen) and plug it into your computer. does the word 'serial' change to 'usb' at the bottom? if so, run the RUU for the bell stock rom. feel free to pm me, im on bell too and im sure we can sort you out mate. lemme know if you cant find the stock bell rom

on the money here..just what i would have suggested!
Sorry, there are probably 100s of topics like this out there and just as many tutorials. But that is what's making me confused.
So this is a step-by-step of what I have to do in order to flash a ROM right?:
1. Format phone/SD card
2. Remove SD card
3. Run Task 29
4. Turn off by removing battery
5. Turn on by pressing Volume Down button and Power Button
6. Wait 'till it gets to the coloured screen and connect via USB cable
7. Flash ROM (Energy Leo 21914 Sense 2.5.Cookie DinikGlass)
8. Flash radio (2.07.50.27 2) or should I choose a different one?
9. Hard-reset, then turn off -> insert SD card -> turn on
10. That's it.
So is this what i have to do? I currently have a stock ROM (1.43.206.4) and I have never flashed before, as you can clearly tell. I did install HSPL3. I know there are plenty of tutorials, but they are so detailed it's making me confused. So help out a newbie and tell me if you approve of this step-by-step?
Oh and what are the risks of flashing? Is there any chance I could mess something up, like brick it?
1 download hspl3, unzip it, connect phone, right click hspl.exe and choose "run as administrator", change the dropdown to 2.08.hspl
2 download the rom you want. if it doesn't include customruu then download that too.
3 put customruu and the rom (filename.nbh) in a folder together
4 run customruu
to add a radio, make a new empty folder, and do the same as step 4 above. radiofile.nbh and customruu in folder, run customruu.
That's it? No task 29, no hard reseting?
you can if you want, but it isnt essential. Nor is the hard reset.
For me, I do the flash, let it set up, if it feels at all glitchy(or if there are any noticeable errors, of course) in the first 20 mins or so of use, I hard reset, if it still feels glitchy, i task29 and flash again.
It all depends whether the prospect of flashing twice in an hour scares you or not, hehe. I flash several times a day when im flashing, so an extra 20 mins here and there is no biggie. Id say i have to hard reset/task29 about 1 in 15, 1 in 20 flashes.
samsamuel you can be proud. You just helped a newbie flash his smatphone for the very first time.
Thanks!
hah
"my name is sam and i'm a flashaholic"
my TMOUS htc hd2 screen is no longer responsive to any sort of finger movement so i want to return it because my warranty still covers it, but in order to do that i need to put it back to stock ROM, and thats not happening because i cant get bootloader to start, i get the tricolor screen and it flashes gray then it stays on the tricolor screen, even though i copied the LEOIMG.nbh into the sd card, also did a complete format for the sd card before.
i cant start bootloader.exe from the phone because the screen doesnt respond to touching, all buttons work fine but thats not enough.
any ideas on how to get around this and get bootloader to start ? im out of options here ive looked it up for hours with no solution, someone else was having a similar problem and it was fixed when he did a complete format to the sd card instead of a quick one, i did that twice already.
Is there any reason you can't connect to a computer to flash? That's the only other way I know that would let you flash another ROM.
flashing a ROM isnt the problem, because i can get the stock rom on it but i need to also take HSPL out i need the radio to be the way it was when i got it and the only way that i know of to do that is by bootloader
If you flash a stock ROM even from the computer, that will usually include a radio, so you should be ok as far as the radio. HSPL should be able to be undone from the computer as well using HSPL2/HSPL3 and choosing the normal SPL from the list.
Hello everyone!
I have been looking for a way to reset my old AT&T Fusion U8652 phone to stock, because I had already rooted it and install a custom rom on it. Almost all research I have done did not have the answer I desired. Most answers found were to use a U8650 stock rom because those two phones are nearly the same. I didn't want to do that. I just wanted the original stock rom back on the phone. Then I found one piece of information, which led to a second, and now my Huawei U8652 is running its stock rom again! If you still own one, here's how to reset it back to the stock firmware.
If this thread is in the wrong section, I apologize. Moderators, please move the thread to its rightful section.
*** PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS ON ANY OTHER PHONE. THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE ONLY FOR THE AT&T FUSION U8652. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT MAY HAPPEN TO YOUR PHONE. PLEASE PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!***
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Download the firmware for the AT&T Fusion U8652.
bit_ly/2fFF4vq (replace underscore with dot).
Step 2
Extract it with your favorite archive extractor to your desktop or any other desired folder. It will include a dload folder, and inside will be update.app and update.xml.
Step 3
Copy the dload folder to the root of your MicroSD card.
Step 4
Power off your Fusion U8652. If you have not yet inserted the MicroSD card in the phone, now is a good time do so.
Step 5
Hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons simultaneously, then hold the Power button. The phone will enter Software Upgrade mode.
Step 6
Once in Software Upgrade Mode, the phone will automatically pick up the file from the MicroSD card, and it will install the firmware. It will first be Unpacking, and second Installing the software. After the update is complete, the phone will reboot itself.
Step 7
The phone will reboot and the first screen you will see is the AT&T logo with the word at&t under it. The phone may reboot a few times with that same screen. Then it will show the next screen, the AT&T logo, but with the words Rethink Possible. (If it reboots more than 5 times without seeing Rethink Possible, you might want to restart the whole process.) Let the phone boot (may take a few minutes) and then voila! You're back to the original stock firmware!
Just to be on the safe side, you should do a factory reset on the phone. Go to Settings -> Privacy -> Factory data reset -> Reset -> Erase everything. It'll power off and do its thing.
Best of luck to you!
