i have a problem wd my hero.....
phn dosnt start after load the custom rom......
they just start and phn gona hang wd HTC hero logo at start up
any one plz HELP ME......

nops i think its a bettery problm my bettery is low....so thts way phn dosnt start....
and above situation is still same
well mate... plug ur phone into charging.. see if the red led light turns on...
and after charging it for 2 hours...
enter into the recovery.... wipe data... wipe cache.. wipe dalvik cache... wipe ext.. inshort perform a full wipe! .. reflash the rom... if it still aint work for u.. flash any other rom..

u shdunt hav downgraded ur windows..i read smwhere downgrading rom can even make ur phone dead n in ur case i think is same..
so any1 knows how 2 fix it??????????????? i rlly need help
You can enter in bootloader? 3 color screen?
If not try the following:
Remove the battery from gene. Press the power button some times to discharge the residual energy. Now put back the battery and power on your device. The leds should blinks. Now hold the camera button and reset your Gene. This way I believe it will be in bootloader mode and you can flash another ROM.

1st try J-TAG METHOD
IF TRI-COLOUR SCREEN COMES, UPLOAD 614 kb's NBH FILE ON CELL VIA ROM UPDATE UTILITY
THEN FLASH ANY COOKED ROM.
tested 100%
I just noticed somethin major abt the x10...
it has an 8.1megpix cam.. but wats d whole pt if it doesnt hav a flash ???
it does hav one... but its lyk.. has to be turnd on evrytime u take a pic..
n turning it on is such a pain... is SE doin nythin abt dis ??

i just tried updating my OB nova v8 to nova v11 by aprold and then boom!! im stuck on a lg picture ....

quick fix------reinstall the rom and this time wipe every thing and but every thing I mean every thing!!!!!Ohhh did u root ur device and did u flash clockwork recovery mod. If yes then it's very easy if no the lg repair guys are ur only hope.

..ive rooted already,ive flashed it already...the problem is the lg starting picture is just blinking and doesnt wan to go on CWM .....
Remove the battery for 5 mins and then try again.
im doing it bro...
bro its not working either ,,,when the time that this problem appeared and when i restart it it will go into the CWM but now it doesnt ,,its just blinking and sticking with the picture ...what must i do bro..please help me beacause im not used to this kinds of risky problems,, i think im hopeless ...please help me bro

Ummmmm......the lg repair guys with have to fix it now. I would sugest to keep trying and let the device be on like that for 5 mins. this same thing happened on my g2x when i put ics but after i removed the battery and left it alone for 5 mins it started to work again.

Hey try flashing the rom like with full wipe format system +wipe delvik cache etc! !! Or visit a service center if u have warranty! Cuz in my state (Bangalore) service of LG. Is good!!! Try ur luck dude!!!!

Yeah right.. dont worry mate.. just leave you o1 for a hour o two.. it would be fix by itself

Yes I'd try this solution. If this doesn't work then it's best to take it to the store or a mobile repair store because it's best to let a professional deal with this problem.

Yes, agree with this, unplug/remove battery of the o1 and leave it for few hours.
My colleague had this bug on a htc desire ... weird!
Guys, none of the tricks worked, I went to service centre and they replaced my touch withing 20 minutes free of cost.

it has passed 1 year without any problem except purple fringe for which my phone was swapped...
It might be soft bricked don't do ofently

I do flash it alot ! As far as my exp it won't damage your phone ! What that might damage your phone is overheating :thumbup:
