Hey, I just flashed a ROM, but when I go to - "Sound and Display", then to "Font Style" I don't have any options, other than the Default one.
I'd like to have - "Choco Cooky", "Cool Jazz" and "Rosemary" back, as well as installing others. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

I've been having an issue getting Thumb Keyboard working with Calkulin's G-Tab ROM. I've tried moving the .apk to system/app with rootexplorer and changing the permissions of it to rw-r-r, but I'm not sure if there's an order I should be following in order to get it installed correctly.
Does anyone have any insight into how to get a keyboard set up with Calkulin's G-Tab ROM? They show up in the settings, but clicking the checkbox and agreeing to the popup doesn't check the box, it remains unchecked and the keyboard cannot be selected as an input method.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have done the same thing, trying to get Swype to work after installing the beta from the swype website. It actually worked swyping 2 words, and then stopped. I am still able to type like a normal keyboard. Moved from data/apps to system/apps - permissions were already changed. Enabled in settings, and then rest the tab. Thoughts?
Simplest way to get a keyboard working in any version of TnT is to go ahead and install the keyboard and then run the the settings replace, and rollback files located here:

You can install the keyboard from the Market, an apk, whatever. To select it you install the settings replace file from clockwork, then boot your tablet and go to settings, language and keyboard, and select the keyboard. After that go back and run the rollback file in clockwork and your TnT settings menu will be back. You need to put the TnT settings menu back or some widgets and other stuff won't work.
It only takes about 1 minute to do this and it works great.. And whenever I say best way... It means best way for me... I'm pretty sure someone will be by to tell me there way is better.. Happens every time

Within CM7 and ADW Launcher os the ability to change icon logo's. However, every time I click on the button to select and "ADWTheme IconPacks", this messsge pops up: "No applications can perform this action".
Does anyone know a way to nake this work... I ha e tried to find the icon pack everywhere and I her nothing.
Thanks
Hello again forum,
I just found a solution to this. If this is useful to anyone: I downloaded the honeycomb icon pack for ADW Launcher in the market.
Before I flashed this new version of CM7 (stable!) I had it insyalled and I didn't realize I didn't have it installed..
Thanks all and apologies for the n00b question..
My bad for dragging this along but I did use the search box and scanned through to try and find it. I went back to stock 1.1-3588 and was wondering if anyone can help me run the normal gapps on the stock rom? Or, is it even doable? Thank you.
I'm having a spot of trouble trying out the ViPER4Android DSP plugin on my phone. While I have the corresponding apps and drivers installed, I'm unable to enable the DSP effect owing to fact that there is no "Music Effects" option in the Sound settings menu.
Is there some way to restore this option to the menu? I'm using an AOSP-based stock 4.0.4 ROM on my Huawei Ascend G600. Perhaps it can be done through the terminal/shell scripts or an init.d script?
Thanks in advance.
download this "dropbox.com / s / trd6cr60vmc7o0g /MusicFX.apk" not my dropbox .. credit to the owner , install as system app and give full permission after restart take a look in sound menu .. tested on C8813D
Hey, thanks I'd actually used another app (from a chinese forum) to add VFX to the list of enabled audio effects but it's always useful to have other options The APK you linked, however, didn't work - Might be it was meant for a different version of Android. But it got me looking for it elsewhere and I found this, and it works.
Im facing similar issue and tried Aung3 solution. It didnt work(still no "music effects" menu in sound settings).
Can anyone offer alternative solution? I cannot set V4A on my S3 mini due to this missing settings menu.
(if that matters, im using this rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2280401)
Thanks
Hi all.
When I unlock the device, there is only a beautifull black screen because I uninstaled some default amazon stuff(I thought it was not so important files).
The kindle fire is already rooted and safestrap is already working, but I couldn't make any custom rom work yet. I gess is due stock firmware version. Gapps are working too. I tried unsuccesfuly via google play to install something.
As solutions I thought about sideload (I don't know exactly what) or solve this by making start settings on startup to reinstall the default firmware.,or renaming general settings file instead the locksreen one. Even including this into "recent content" may fix it.
I don't know if there is a better solution, or how to make this.
Thank you for your help.
