On all Android devices there are all languages on every firmware included.
This is unbranded Nordic rom.
And yes to upgrade to 2.1 a wipe of all data is neccessary.

Yup, like a 'normal' upgrade, you loose whatever you have that is in not on the sdcard or backed up...
I am downloading but the download is SO SO slow :-( it says it will last 3 hours to download :-( can u put in a dropox for example?

Cannot put on dropbox, but i have uploaded to multiupload. You have a few options where to download.
I can download this file in 30 seconds from rapidshare for example.
So there is no branding, this is like you have bought the phone directly in sweden.
SE added 1 Swedish newsapp to the phone, nothing more. (Localization).
If anyone wants to make more mirrors its okay for me!

I did that again, as soon as the green light comes up(confirming flash mode) i get the java msg and PC Companion start, the green light turns orange and the phone starts to charge

i had this issue too.
keep "back" held on the phone while you click flash
it should work then

Try to prevent PC-Comp from starting and get a little timing with flashing =)

You can use the same tool for 1.6 and 2.1 on the X10 minis. It's different to the big X10!

i got wiza200 wid stuck at startup window.i m new wid wiza i searched in this forum and found out the rom(Wizard_Love_2.26.10.2_WWE_Novii_CF2) and tried to upload, uploading started and at 96% it gave error302
as rom not in english thrfor i cant understand this error,after that my wiza wid blinking three colour screen and not conected wid pc and and now it shows just white blink on screen.
wats the problem and wats its solution.i m in trouble plz any body help.is it now complete dead r programble ?i read its info unsing wizatool

1st Your device is not UNLOCKED, you have to unlock before apply a new ROM
2nd Perhaps the tool is the old version and thats why you couldnt flashe the new ROM. (if so, try a different version of the RUU, i think i saw one on a CRACING thread) and now i dont remember the ERROR you mentioned above.

i recompiled the X10flash for the coming update.
I think now it SHOULD work, but because i can't know it's an alpha release.
This doesn't include anything, just the pure flasher.
Also i added directly the DevID64 to it and a Option to choose into batchfile.
This is what you need to use it after the update is here:
1.) Decrypted 2.1 Firmware including these files:
- amss_fs.sin
- cache.sin
- amss.sin
- fota0.sin
- fota1.sin
- dsp1.sin
- kernel.sin
- system.sin
- userdata.sin
2.) Because i don't know if SE releases a new loader.sin with the new firmware you will need a loader.sin which works for this. I think that they will release a new one. But if not i have uploaded the 1.6 loader.sin.
So let's wait. If someone gets the update before me, just decrypt upload and drop me a msg.

The Version postet here should work with 2.1 but the Nordic Package is still 1.6.
That mix is odd.
Try with the x10flash of the Nordic_Flasher Package again as it worked for many these days.

Ok Sorry I believed that X10flash.jar it was work for all edition 1.6, 2.1.
I needed for a generic flasher who I can put the .sin files and flash my X10 with my X64 and X86 PCs
I replaced the .bat file, DevID folders and it works fine
Correct me if make any wrong!

I understand that the 32-64 bit thing makes life easier. From what I see the changes in the Flasher package are related to the jar file.
So if you're brave you can mix the new 2.1 package with the 1.6 jar file from the Nordic package.
So you may get the platform-independed devcon from menue and the right jar for the 1.6 Nordic sin's.
Not tested, but may work !

the jar file does the magic. It is adapted to the new 2.1 Structure!
So if you want the Trick with 64 and 32 bit. you can take all except of the JAR file.
Take the jar from an old flasher.
Mixing the new jar with old firmware won't work!

Also - I've noticed that the solid green light seems to disappear and the phone will just boot up normally after 10 seconds

Try switching the usb ports. It usually helps. Btw there is a new method ti root the device that too by a single click method. I'll post the link when I access my comp

Just to rectify this is a separate issue the first thread was help rooting the phone and this is help I need flashing to 2.1 - I followed the advice with the post putting the Device ID into the text file - the issue I am having (I think) is that the Solid Green light seems to disappear after some time.
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
I was also wondering if there was a way I could flash the phone to 2.1 through the phone using my memory card. As in a way I could root my v1.6 then use some tool to upgrade it seeing as my device keeps dropping out when in flash mode.
