Try a different pair of head phones so that you can be certain it is the socket and not the jack.........
If it still happens the its either a build up of crap in the socket or a loose connection, if you can see anything in the socket then try (carefully) to remove it.
Chances are that its a loose connection between the headphone jack and the contacts which you cant really fix without replacing the socket.
Might be covered by warranty, not sure.....
Hope that helps......

Thank you i will ask in nearest repair center if they can fix it

Volume Problem

Hi, i have some trouble with the volume, when i connect the headphones only the right one works, i have tried another headphones but nothing happend.
I though it was the ear piece, so have tried another one, but still having the same trouble, left headphone sounds really low, i dont know what it is, maybe someone can tell me how to do a real factory reset or maybe format internal SD.
i have tried another roms, RomWipe, rom nuke, kernelwipe but no solutions. im using stock rom now, without root.
if some one can help me that would be great.:good:
Seems likely hardware. If you have changed roms and headphones and gone bk to stock then it must be hardware.

it could be the ear piece socket that has issues.... i hope, because if it's gonna be the phone's hardware. it would be hard to fix....
try this, if you know someone who can disassemble the phone properly then ask that person to do it for you (warranty will be voided). if it is still under warranty then just go back to the place where you bought it. if it isnt, then look for the headset piece. it is a detachable piece from the main board of your phone, you will see pins from the headset socket, if i am not mistaken. if you have a pair of twisers/needle use it to push the copper terminals that connect to your headset jack.... as well push the connector of the headset piece on the board it could be a minor loose, i hope....
BTW did you drop it or not? i will try to post pics for what i have told you if i have spare time ok

Audio jack issue

I just bought this phone 2 months ago. It's running well until now. But I have a problem, my phone can't connect to several audio jack. I mean, it can't be connected to Samsung's earphone and my car entertainment audio jack. Can someone solve this problem?
Thankyou
Try to clean the headphone jack port (e.g. with a needle). It may have some dust in it preventing a proper connection.

have you ruled out the audio cables? Id suggest taking a bit of cotton of an ear swab and cleaning in there.

Yes I have, do you mean that I should clean my phone audio port?
This happens, where one product accessory conflicts with another product. Looks the same, feels the same, not the same. I had an Xperia X10 since it came out till (well still have it) I bought this last month and so far so great. To your question/s, try another cable/connection. Like I said X10 had a separate accessory for different headsets, which had a male tip on the one end and a button +mic female tip for the other which made it easier for me to choose between earbuds or headsets. It worked on the iPhone and and The Compact Z3 but does not work on the Z5C. I did happen to have an extension from another blah blah blah but no button/mic part which doesn't bother me since I still use my phone like it was still hanging from a wall, phone in hand next to ear lol. It also work on one kind Samsung but didn't on two other kinds of Samsungs. So yea try another connector.

Phone's Headphone jack is damaged

Hi, the plug of my headphones that came with the phone was bent a few weeks ago and at first there was no problem. But after a while the audio stopped working in one of the earphones so i tried with a different set of headphones, just to discover that with them the audio is completely distorted. My guess is that the bent headphones damaged the inside of my phone's jack.
Does anyone knows how to fix the phone's jack?

what is your exact problem?? the audio came distorced or the audio jack dont play any sound trought it??
if they come distorced i belive you really damage your 3,5mm headphone jack, so the fix is to replace it (hope you dont damage the DAC too because they could happen).
- if one pair of headphones dont look good then you need to know to avoid use it, you now know that! i dont really know what the problem could be but, in worst case you damage the phone itself!

The problem is distorced audio (with good headphones)
And what do you mean by damaging the DAC?

V10 have a dedicated audio chip, if you get the sound distorced with the Hi-Fi option turned on maybe the DAC is damaged, if dont try to insert the headphones and turn on the hi-fi option in your quick toogles.

if only jack flat,i guess because "the phone thinks" there's a headphones jack inside it ( cause short circuit)and mute the speakers , you can go around it with root, if you cant find replacement or bluetooth headphones\car BT kit

Headphone jack seems dead.

Hey!
I have still my Sk17i in perfect condition expect a little issue that the jack does not work at all. I was thought about using the miniUSB as an OTG and get a headset like that, but I would rather be interested in case if you guys can suggest anything? Unfortunately buying a jack for this device does not worth it anymore really. But in case you guys know any fix or if you have any spare device that is not working and have a fully working jack please let me know.
Thanks.
