I am sorry to disturb you but I have a big problem with my x10.
I explain: I was on xRecovery and inconveniently clicked on " system format" I had not realized it at the beginning, so then I clicked on "reboot" then my x10 does not work, it stays on the "Sony Ericsson" screen at boot.. and I can't have any access to xRecovery with the back button.
I do not know what I can do for fix my error...
Please help me

I have a same problem.
I turn out battery and wait one min,than turn back (phone is off yet)
Then put cable in PC
than press the back button and turn the usb to phone.
Keep pressed back button and sonyericcson logo is appeir. (lamp is green)
If I go to keep the back button when SE logo show, than show battery icon to charge on the screen (lamp is orange)
If I stop to hold the back button when SE logo show, then moving into classical ignition and stop asking me the network key sim ...
I done know what is a network sim...
I note that my phone worked just fine on version 1.6 and am no network key is not looking ... All this happened when it decreased the Nordic flash 2.1 ..
When I try the SEUS to do a restore says it is not possible to throw an error ...

Can I go back to version 1.6 or put some other firmware, if we will be doing.

I had the same problem with xRecovery.
before I put the beta 2, I have made a backup with xRecovery to save my 2.1 [Eminence v1.2]
then I stucked with SE white logo, I pulled the battery out, rebooted and went back to xRecovery..
so If you didn't made any backup, use Flash Tool or reflash.. same thing, same result

Just download the Sony Ericsson Update Service - SEUS - Run it - follow the prompts - force a system restore - it will work.

Hold the back key while putting in the battery, cable already connected and SEUS running - your looking at the bootloader saying - no firmware - so load one onto it and your good!

You can use Update Service to fix it
you need to flash your phone,i had the same problem and was worried my phone was dead,it should work,let me know if you have trouble

The X10 is impossible to brick, that is about the only good thing with the locked bootloader that SE uses.
You should be able to resolve your problem by starting PC companion agian, and follow the instructions as you did the first time (when you pulled the cable). When inserting the USB while holding the back-key down the phone enters flash mode, this flash mode does not get overwritten when flashing the android OS, so even if the OS is corrupted the flashmode still works, and can be used to rewrite a fresh copy of android to your phone.

My mini pro was in boot loop, then I flashed it with the flasher by bin4ry using the nordic firmware and now it turns on.
The problem is that the touchscreen and the other buttons don't work. Just the power button seems to work. Any idea?
Don't tell to try with seus or PC Companion because the first says my phone is up-to-date and the second one says that at the moment the software is not available.
Please help me!

you can try to flash to other rom if you have xrecovery or cwm on your device
or you can try to wipe data or cache first
this is just noob advice

You can always use SE Suite or SEUS
If you start PC suite whithout phone connected and go to support zone, start the phone update, there will be a pop up whit a link to repair the phone.

I recently install jblend, and copy all three (.so) files to system/libs, (.jar) to system/frameworks and and two (.apk) to app folder.
when i shut down my phone and turn it on. My phone keeps restarting. So i remove the sdcard while the phone keeps restarting.
now it gives me a message process.media has stopped unexpectedly.
i cant open my photos,mp3, and video, i cant play youtube, i cant browse.
so i decided to update it via seus, i did holding the back key while connecting the phone. But seus doesnt detect my phone. Theres only a green light. And also when the phone is turned on and i connect to pc, it keeps restarting.
Can sony fix my problem?

hey. noneed to flash the stock rom nd then root and all buddy. remove the battery and restart it. enter into recovery or cmw. just install the custom rom again. u can mount your sd card and unmount it from cmw. this happened couple of times with me. not a big deal!

i'm afraid to say tht mini battery cover can be removed but battery is not user replaceble. tht means u must take it so se store to change your battery.
2. did u install cmw or recovery before? i guess u never rooted your phone?? its ok.
if u have'nt rooted. u ust flash with stock seus rom. yes. seus will recognse your phone. u can get custom rom frm mini android development section. mini has best roms out there. check them out.

yep!! sure. download sony ericsson update service and all the drivers it asks. thn install it.
open the seus and click update phone and follow the instructions it shows on the screen. or turn of the phone hold power button and back button and connect it to usb. it will update itself. hit thanks if i helped you!

Was loading a new rom with xrecovery and twice it would'nt load so without any thought took out cable when it rebooted was left with just SONY ERRICSSON in white screen.
It appears no rom is on at all now and will not recognise on superoneclick, flashtool or seus!!

Can you still access xrecovery at all?
If not, what can you when you try to flash something via flashtool?
Did you try PC Companion instead?
Flash the stock SE firmware (I would recommend the 2.3.3 one to save yourself trouble) from Flashtool. If that doesn't work, you're pretty much screwed.

Another option is as follows:
Remove the battery.
Connect your phone to system with the battery still out.
Now hold the back button and put the battery on, green led will glow.
Now you are on flash mode and this would stay for not more than 10 secs, install the latest firmware and then try accessing Xrecovery.
Its should do the trick!!

Have you unlocked bootloader?
What rom are you trying to flash?
When you start to flash, flashtool asks for disconnect the phone, power off and connect again with BACK button pressed. Then the process continues...
After flashing kernel you must enter to recovery and install zip file from sd-card.

I was tryng to flash rom 3.0.1.G.0.75 on Gingerbread 2.3.3 and ya I was supposed to enter downloading mode but before I do dat phone has stuckd on... gets on wid sony ericsson logo evn if I dnt swtch on...help me..

Which log do you use, PC Companion, SEUS, Flashtool...?
Do you have a CWM recovery ?
If you don't know how (or are afraid) to use flashtool...
You can do that :
1/ Launch SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service) HERE
or PC Compagnion HERE
2/ Turn off your phone, remove the battery over 5 seconds, replace it.
3/ Hold the right button (the one with the arrow) and plug your phone on your computer with usb (It calls flashmode)
4/ The green led must be light on and SEUS or PCC recognize your phone...
5/ Now you just have to follow the instructions to install a stock rom.
If it doesn't help, you can use flashtool... A great tuto HERE Thanx to Crowds
With it you can unlocked the bootloader and install a new kernel with CWM recovery inside...
Install a new rom, root your phone... ans so more stuffs...

I've been told to install x recovery on the computer,take out battery n unplug the phone .Then have flash base band on computer(it will then show that its trying to download)connect phone in flash mode.to do this hold down the bottom right hand button(the back arrow)on your phone then put battery back in(KEEP HOLDING back arrow button)and plug the cable back into your phone.I hope this helps.GOOD LUCK BUDDY!
I am having the same problem with my Xperia Neo, i tried to connect my phone to PC Companion and it says. "PC Companion was unable to connect to your phone, please disconnect and connect again"
My phone is just sitting there with the words "Sony Ericsson" flashing on and off, I fear that my phone is bricked but im not 100% sure, if there is anything that can be done please help!!!

Some of the custom roms are flashed with xrecovery or cwm,
Now what kind of rom did you want to flash?
Maybe you went wrong that in procedures said "flash the rom".
Put out the battery then put in and turn your device on then restore your previous rom then try again and install(flash) new rom.

My Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini is not charging... nor its getting switched on.. nor its getting connected to my computer.
Actually my mobile was working properly.. i unlocked boot loader.. i rooted my mobile.. and i flashed with nAa 2.6.32.60 04 kernel.. after that i restarted my phone.. the boot animation came.. later nothing appeared.. so i thought something wrong and i restarted again by pressing home and power on button... now its not getting on... no LED indication also... not able to get connected to my PC and its not charging also...

Try to flash 2.1 firmware using flashtool
Hi Bro, Try This Method:
1. Flash The 2.1 Stock ROM From SEUS.
2. After You Flash 2.1, Verify Your Phone If Its Rooted Or Not.
If have superuser app at menu, it means Your Phone is Rooted.(Proceed To Step 3)
if There Is No superuser App to your phone, it means you need to Root Your phone And Unlock the bootloader again
3. Install xRecovery to your phone
4. after That, Backup Your Personal files(Apk,sms,contact etc)
5. Backup Via xRecovery
6. Flash nAa-14 kernel then boot to recovery mode Then Flash MiniCM7 2.2.2 or Other GB Rom
7. Thats it...

HI Renzki, my mobile is not detected when i connect ti to the computer/laptop.
I did as you said before my mobile got stuck. After doing flash, the flashtool ask to disconnect and switch on mobile.
when i switched on, at first time the boot animation nAa appeared. suddenly it became black screen. i thought something happened and tried to restart by holding home button and power on button. later it din switch on, if i connect it to computer also its not able to detect and even charging also not happening.
please help me what to do.....???? :crying::crying::crying::crying:
Try to use another usb cable or maybe u forgot to install the driver
