Working on my defy byt i was gettin double texts out the arse and it was very annoying. is there any way to put this on the defy with out any problems? it is a little beyond my experience. thanks guys.

Guys, im having trouble with the stock android musicplayer.
It's reaally slow.
It is a pretty big problem for me, cause im using it every morning on my way to school..

Hi, I'm working on a port of miui 1.8.19 on the epic 4g ported from the ns4g and facinate... I have it booting with wifi working and sd.... but there isa pretty bad screen ficker andits pretty laggy, would somone be so kind and tell me where exactly the screen libs are(I noticed it flickers more when there is something being covered like he notification br being pulled down or the keyboard)... also its pretty laggy... what libs / anything else you can think of would efect that? Thanks forany help guys/girls

need a little help guys... i have this little generic tablet, its called a joyplus M703... well i dont really use it for much at all so i thought i would see if i could try and get it rooted maybe even updated to gingerbread at least.. I've tried websearching with little or no joy so i was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how i could install some kind of rom?something barebones so i could stretch the battery time.. make it run a little smother... anythoughts?
hey i recently rooted/unlocked the bootloader on my phone yesterday. im new to this and rooting from the 2.3.6 was a pain. i flashed the darkside rom to my atrix and am currently using to golauncher. i ran my quandrent test n only got a score of like 2300. i was wondering what kernals would speed up my device while making sure my battery dosent drain and how id go about installing a new kernal. keep in mind im a noob haha. thanks in advance!!!
also i wanted to know if anyone recommends any roms other than darkside. im pretty happy with it right now. i love the hdmi hack but wanted to know if there was anything better. i kinda rushed into it and darkside and cm7 were the only 2 i rlly looked into.

As for ROMs - noone can tell you whats best - play around with them. For the kernel... until you learn more about android, leave it alone! 2300 quadrant is good. Benchmarks dont mean crap in terms of real world preformance anyway... as long as its smooth, doesn't lag, and its you're happy with the setup - leave it alone.
alright thanks man. so could you recommend any good roms? want some to compare to darkside. also if a rom dosent have the hdmi hack could i install that seperately or is that just with the roms?
