The UK models don't appear to be Tegra, and are rather the Exynos 4210 chip.

Hey everyone,
Someone is offering to sell me a GSII that came from Hong Kong. I was wondering how to tell which chip processor it has and which one is better? He is leaving tomorrow and I need to decide quickly if I should get it. I currently have a Samsung Infuse.
Is the Exynos one better than the Nvidia one? And again, how can I find out witch one it has?
I looked in the frequently asked questions and saw something regarding this, but it did not completely answer my question.
Thanks for all the help!
Exynos is way better then the NVidia one... when you start the phone, exynos ones will have i9100 written on the bootscreen and the nvidia ones will have i9100g written,
Thanks for the reply! Ill be sure to check when i start it tomorrow. Do most GSM models come with the Exynos or the Nvidia? I read in the FAQ that the Hong Kong ones are Nvidia... is this true? Thanks again for all of the help!
Most of the sgs II come out now in asia seem to have nvidia right now .. i recently bought one for my friend which came with the nvidia chip on further enquire the seller said all his stock and current stock seem to have nvidia only... atleast that seems to be the case in india
Your best bet is to go to settings, about phone and see what model number it is (you want i9100 without anything on the end, its the best with the most support), and also run an android system info app from the market to double check.
It depends where in the world they come from, the i9100g is GSM and its a omap4, and as far as it being nvidia you will just have to check.

Not If they have flashed the i9100 bootloader. I flashed the i9100 bootloader on my i9100t and it now shows as i9100 on boot
Sent from a Galaxy S 2 Far Away
use benchmark application like quadrant and check for system
information. Mali-mp will be there for exynos CPUs.
The nvidia one i.e. Tegra 2 devices are Galaxy SII Duos and Galaxy R. The Galaxy SII are either with Exynos (I9100) OR Ti OMAP 4 (I9100G)
SO which one do i have
It comes up with GT-I9100
is it better to have the nvidia version of the device?
Is there an app which you can tell what version you have please?
Thank you

That's good. Sounds like it is Mali
Hello all,
I have bought a HDC Galaxy Note 3 N9006 1:1 Quad Core model.
The specs are:
MTK6582 Quad cores 1.3GHz Cortex A9+SGX544 GPU
Ram : 1GB
Rom : 4GB(Support TF Card up to32GB)
And i have a few problems with the device..
First of all, the biggest problem is the battery life.. The phone is on for about 1 up to 2 hours of semi-heavy usage. The screen brightness is set to the lowest one and still the battery life is really low. I dont know whether this is a software fault or the chinese battery is simply crap, so i dont know if there is any point in buying a genuine Samsung Galaxy Note 3 battery.
Secondly, i have an error on some of my apps saying that "Google services that some of your apps rely on, is not supported by your device.. ( screenshot included)" Does anyone know how to fix this problem on this HDC model?
Thirdly for some reason i keep on getting a message about roaming, ( i cant see the message fully, screenshot included) and i have to register my network again for it to disappear for a short period of time and then i have to repeat the same process again.
Lastly, i cannot update my youtube application and i get an error saying that i need to uninstall the previous version of the app. But the problem is that it wont let me delete the previous version.
I have searched everywhere to find the solution for this but i couldnt find anything, some say that a root will help but i have no idea how to root this phone, software wise etc.
I am new to this forum and im sorry if i posted in the wrong place.
Thank you in advance.

Yes, you are in the wrong forum, this is only a fake N9006! You should have also tried first to search about the same thing before posting again here!
Trying to install original Note 3 ROMs will very likely hard-brick your clone.
Your device however might be the same as the one discussed in this thread, so you should eventually look for more details there:

Mate, people on this forum own Note 3's, we have no idea...
Why don't you check with where you bought it? They should have more answers...
Otherwise, find a friend or person who has a Note 3 and ask to check...

Hate to say this, but your phone is a FAKE Note 3, not a clone.
If your phone was a clone, it would be identical in every way to
the real thing which would include the same specifications.
Clones are identical to the original Samsung Note 3, your phone
is nothing like the original except for the physical appearance.
As far as I know, there is NO such thing as a CLONE Galaxy Note 3.
Good luck!
I'm now looking for the information in details about the coprocessor chip of Xperia 2014, but all I found is just the link of sony develop website and it's not enough for me. I wonder what kind of chip are they using as the coprocessor chip and does it has the same kind of function with the sensor hub chip inside S4/S5 phone? I checked the teardown websites but it do not contain this information. Please, anyone help me to check this chip !!!

The phone uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 baseband-apps processor. This combines the communications processor with the applications processor. The Samsung Galaxy S5 uses the same processor.
Is this what you are referring to?

Not exactly, but thank for your help. I'm looking what kind of sensor hub/coprocessor chip that phone use.
Hey guys,
is there anywhere the technical documentation of the Snapdragon 650 SoC?
Or only customers of qualcomm get these datasheets?
Thanks in advance!

Hey XDA, made the choice to buy an S9 Plus, amazing phone, love the hardware but a bit sad that I ended up with the Snapdragon based G965U1 model.
I wanted to know if it's possible to swap the logic board directly for one that has the Exynos chipset?
Any help appreciated kindly!
