My phone is I-mate k-jam (kind of G4).I unlocked my phone’s CID by hard SPL program from your website . I could not install phone’s original rom. Then I installed original rom by shelltools program. My phone is not operated after hard resetting. When I switch on my phone, it stopped in three-colored page. Please be kind enough to conduct me.
You need to remove the hard spl in order to go back to the original rom

What is the SPL version?
Invalid Vendor ID means it's not CID unlocked..
So you need the original i-mate ROM obviously. Not the HTC/Qtek ROM..
BTW.: Soft SPL doesn't work in bootloader, it needs WM 5/6 in order to load the Soft SPL.
Connect USB cable, kill wscecomm.exe (in PC's taskmanager) and start the RUU.
Forget the warning the Ruu tells you about having an active activesync connection. Flash the original iMate ROM.

this nbf file cannot be use for your pda phone. please get newer nbf file help please please

You haven't got Hard SPL.
So only way to flash is original ROM (in original Language it came with).

I explain my problem more accurat. I downloaded Soft SPL accompanied by Vodafone Qtek 9100 G4 IPl&SPL.zip after reading topic of How To Remove HardSPL and according teaching I transferred nk.nbf file from Vodafone Qtek 9100 G4 IPl&SPL.zip file to Soft SPL file .Then I wanted to perform Start-sSPL.exe file but I could not perform. Then I found Soft SPL is not operated in Bootloader.Then I performed 2.exe (ROMUpdateUtility MFC Application) file in Soft SPL file accidentally. I thought it is being installed. After accomplishment I found my phone’s spl has turned from olip to 2.17.0001.So I wanted to install original ram but I couldn’t install. It is installed wm6 on my phone completely now but it is stopped in spl page. I think I could not remove my phone’s hard spl completely. Please be kind enough to help me.

I installed rom of wizard love and my phone is operated.

I tried the following steps on my O2 Xda Mini S and after rebooting it doesn't show the SPL is 2.21.olip. It just show the original version.
Any help out there?
-connect your device
-Start hard_SPL-G4.exe
-Push the "Check DOC" button
-> The tool now checks whether your device is truly a G4, if not, it will give you an error and stops.
-> after this a dos box pops up, and it loads the softSPL to your device, to enable hard-SPL flashing.
-> then a Rom Update Utility will start, ONLY proceed if your screen is white!
-Proceed with the upgrade, it will only take a minute.
After reboot the IPL version is : 2.21.0001 and the SPL is 2.21.olip

What is your current ROM, IPL/SPL?
Have you tried another USB port, or even another computer?
try to ugrade other rom (try the new TNT )version but take care ROM must be without ipl and spl !!!

don't forget to use MUN's RUU
make the update on yours root drive !!! C:/ !!! i mean the update and ROM files must be on it !!!
Let the proccess going to the end and if it stops at 99% don't panic

My Htc hermes phone keep turning off and on after i upgraded it to rom 3.54.07.06. that i downloaded from a thread on this site. I did the Power+OK+softrest and got the 3 color screen its shows IPL 1.01 and SPL 1.40 Oilpro . and connected to my computer but my computer isnt snycing withmy phone or anything plz help me T~T

You can also try to flash from the SD Card:

Though I'd try to upgrade the SPL(1.40) to Hard SPL V7 (2.10) first.
Try connecting the Hermes to the pc after 1st making sure to untick "Allow USB connections" in activesync, put the Hermes in bootloader and run the RUU_Wrapper.exe for Hard SPL V7. After this you should be able to use the sd card method to flash your Hermes with any rom. You used an early Hard SPL that is unsafe to try sd card flashing with... Live and learn...

but i can"t flash original rom from sd card it only stuck at 0%
i try to unbrick my hermes because i get no radio and no gsm missing protocol and missing my imei

SD card flash....
1. Format 2Gb or less card FAT32. Copy .nbh file onto it and rename hermimg.nbh.
2. Insert sd card into Hermes and reset to bootloader.
3. Follow prompts...
If you are using the unaltered ROM, the radio part may take awhile to flash - DON'T RESET... This may cause irrecoverable errors in the radio rom causing you to have a permanent brick...

This may not work, that means you're looking at a permanent brick. You may be able to flash an OS only rom on but you won't be able to use the phone anymore.
My phone model is 838Pro and upgrade to WM6.0 by official ROM, now IPL 1.04 and SPL 2.03.
1/only SSPL method to install other version ROM or radio. is it right?
2/copy sspl to ppc and run, connect usb cable with PC and the then run RUU program to install OS or radio. process OK?
3/above process need XP PC to complete?

I need bootloader 1.04, I can't find it anywhere in forum. I need it to flash radio on my Hermes.
I think I should use this: HERMING_IPL1.01_SPL1.04_ONLY.nbh, but I am not sure and I also cannot find it.

I will add that I have IPL 1.01 and when I connect it to PC via USB in bootloader mode to upgrade to IPL 1.04 by mtty, mtty doesn't find any device connected to usb

could you plz tell to how upgrade the bootloader via Mtty ?
the mtty only works in some SPL version dunno how many of them or wich of them.
this problem of yours is because you all dont read
first HSPL obviously you cant do that right now so find a stock rom accordly to your carrier and country lang
