Does anyone have a working video patch for the ec09 release? that seems to be my only complaint with the leaked update.

I am not rooted and have the mr2 update which will not work with the leaked Skype video. I was wondering which Rom uses the mr2 update but also works with the leaked Skype video apk?

CM 7 MR 2 works with the leaked skype. I have not tested the video yet but I am able to make calls.
synergy rom works well too
Skype Mobile with video calling requires Gingerbread. It won't work on Froyo. Hence it working on all the aforementioned ROMs, but not the recent MR2 OTA (which is still Froyo.)
Has anyone Tried the newest version of Skype on Streakdroid 2 yet? I was wondering if the front facing camera was working with video chat on it. The new version is supposed to work well with Gingerbread and was wondering if anyone had tried yet.
I'm running Simple Streak 1.2 and don't want to go through the hassle of flashing to a buggier ROM just cause I'm curious.

I'm using VEGAn-TAB GingerEdition v7.1.0 which is supposed "Not" to have camcoder functions. But it appears last night while showing a friend not only did I record a video but it actually automatically uploaded to my G+ account. (it was only about 4 seconds long but it worked )
Has anyone else using this rom been able to record videos?
VT has camera. I just moved off of 7.0.0 and it had camera. GB roms have cam afaik, although it sucks. HC roms do not.
I have installed the GB Gobstopper and the video calling for GTalk isn't working. Anyone get it to work?

I know that this is a common problem with Roms, but I was pretty sure Rogers would have stepped their games up on official update. Im wondering if I flash a custom ROM with fixed Camera and Video, will it be a problem?
