I'm in Italy, in a family and the mother have a folio 100.
I put launcher pro, maps, flash player, some games on the stock firmware.
Everythings is okay exept one things...the sound won't work without earphones,just mute...i can't factory reset or flash, this tablet is not mine.

Hello everyone! I tried to find any information about the question I want to ask here on forums, but can't find anything similar. So... I have the Star A3 Phone (chinese). A good phone, but poor camera. And I have access to Flying 5S phone (Chinese also) which has almost the same hardware besides camera which is really good. People made good firmware for 5S using firmware for Star A3. Actualy they took boot.img and cameraopen.apk from the stock firmware of 5s and put them to the srar A3 firmware, as I know. So, I installed camera module from 5s instead native modul in my star a3 but, of course, camera doesn't work now. I thinkt that I should change cameraopen.apk, libcamera_client.so, libcameracustom.so, libcameraservice.so to it may work but I'm not sure. Please tell me how to make 5s camera work on my Star a3. I have firmwares for them, so if it will be needed - I will put them.
I bought Maxsun M81 Tablet Pc from ownta.com in 2012. Sweet device but no google market and awful, slow performance.
I have been searching for 2-3 months but no custom or new official rom. Finally I found that Maxsun M81 and Teclast P85a is absolutely same device like a twins.
And I tried Oma's "RK2918 Tab Odys-Loox rocks with ICS". Wovvvvv my tablet shines. Now I have only some screen rotation problem. The other all things including wi-fi, camera, etc are working well without problems. Finally I have google market. I dont know why but now screen contrast and color depth are better. BTW tablet performance is considerable increased. I will try other Teclast P85a compitable roms. And I will write results here. Maybe it may be help other Maxsun M81 owners.

I am an owner of a maxsun m81 tablet. First of all, thank you for your info... it will be really helpfull. But there are some things i would like to ask you. Have you triyed any rom over 4.0.4? Have you found any site/link of the manufactor? I m triying to find anything "official" but there is no such thing... something else, did you have problems with your wifi connection? Mine is falling all the time. Something else i would like to tell you is that here in greece this model is under brand name (turbo x spice iii) and there is no way to get any update/upgrate from the company that sells it as that....... i would like to have an official update from maxsun but i am afraid thats a dream....
I know this ROM is unofficial for the S2 but I really like it however I am having problems with using Bluetooth for my avantalk car Bluetooth adapter since installing this ROM. I am new to the forums so can't ask directly in the thread by infected for the rom. I tried his build dated 20th Jan and tried a newer one last night (dated 29th) but same issue. It worked on jellybean ROM I was using beforehand (siyah). The device pairs up fine but the audio output from utter! App comes through the speakerphone on my phone and not the Bluetooth avantalk adapter like it did before. This function is quite important to me so might consider reluctantly going back to stock ROM or a jellybean ROM. Is anyone else experiencing the same issues or is there a way to highlight this problem to infected?

All I can say is Bluetooth is hardly usable on my i9100 unless I return to stock 4.1 Samsung ROM
Audio is heavily distorted on both my Samsung HM1000 and HM1200 headsets, so much so that I often do not understand what people tell me. On my old Ericsson HCB-30 car handsfree pairing up is difficult and takes ages. Sometimes they do connect up nicely and audio is crystal clear... for about 10 seconds.. then BT connection breaks and the two devices will not reconnect at all.
Same issue with CM 10.2 (Android 4.3) and also with Slim Kat (4.4) .
OK thanks for your reply - glad to hear I am not the only one having Bluetooth issues on a i9100 with custom Roms.. Time to make a decision now

As i say to many xda members, most problems regarding to the hardware of our phone is due to the lack of drivers as samsungs closed source crap makes it much harder to make our phone run perfectly with any custom rom. Seems that when google implemented all of the Bluetooth technologies to android (after 4.1.2), it severly affected the stability of the Bluetooth for our phone.
Hello, I'm Lulake and this is my first post, since I'm a quiet guy.
I got a Gear Fit today for a pretty low price brand new (60 euros) and I paired it with my Zenfone 2 (Z00A). I tried different APK's and I found one that works, but I can't use any custom apps for the Gear Fit (says it's not signed etc)
Tried changing build.prop, but nothing happened, still, apps are recognizing my phone as a Samsung device.
I'm rocking a custom rom, BlissPop for Zenfone 2, but this should not be a problem. Cand somebody help me get those apps running, since I really need the gallery app, my last exam is just around the corner :fingers-crossed: .

Hello xda community.. I have one little problem with my jack or idk. If I plug headphones to my phone (jack 3,5), it play music via speakers.. Where can be problem ? before 2-3 days works well and today. I have a P10 Lite (try a lot of ROMs but on every ROM didn't work).
One note : I try a app "Lesser audiswitch" only then it works well, but how it's possible ? Thanks for any help, idea to fix it.
It not problem with headphones because on another PC, phones works well !
