have you tried seus our flashtool to fix the problem?
Then you re root the phone over and install a fresh busybox and xrecovery re try the Rom again for the specific baseband. Try everything from scratch again.

bro i tried this many times no improvment it still crash and rebooting....can u tell me how to hardware reset?

help me

try to go back to stock 2.1 ROM 2.1.A.0.435 (bb .54) or 2.1.B.0.1 (bb .67) etc with a factory reset & cache wipe to remove the reboot problem if nothing else is working for you.
once the phone stabilizes, then you can try to upgrade to 2.2 ROM (like Wolfbreak Xperia TW V008) or 2.3 ROM etc.

bro i tried that but still rebooting randomly....

it will the start of a long way of flashing ... from my experience it will be the battery , my freind had the issues and after rbooting it become worst and now i have his xperia trying to fix it ....i suggest to change the battery and see if ther's any change

I had the same problem on my phone x10i .... when i bought it's android 2.1update1 ..after that i upgraded to 2.2 froyo then Achotjan 2.2.1... then I tried to flash to 2.3.4 gingerbread rom cm7... my priblem is start from that time...my phone also keep restarting... cannot access to home screen... then I tried so many times... at last I decided to go back to 2.2.1 ..then I took out battery and put back... press power button.. to start the phone(my phone is xrecovery put already) i pressed back button .... luckly my xrecovery still working.... then I go to backup and restore... restore... there is my backup date and rom i restore that file... my phone is come back again..to ..... sorry for my english....

Plug your phone into the computer and reflash with SEUS. I believe thats your only choice now.....well that and the flashtool.
yup...trying to use the flashtool now...downloading the latest one so hopefully can use a generic rom / install the xrecovery via flashtool first...
but i am still downloading it....bloody connection is so slow here...
Thanks!
Thankfully, you can't actually brick this phone unless it has real hardware failure. All you gotta do is remove the battery (to get it to turn off), then put it back in like 30 seconds later, hold the back button while plugging in usb, then you are in flash mode to install whatever rom you'd like with seus or flashtool
it's alive!!! ahahahahaha...thanks!
so this means it is QUITE the unbrickable!!
unbrickable x10... until u stomp on it .... hahahahaha

[Q] Help! My x10 is dead!

I tried flashing the new CM7 ROM (cheers J) and I turned it on after backing up, wiping and flashing absolutely everything I had to. It went through the normal startup and then after the "Sony Ericsson" logo it said at the top of the screen "Loading custom kernel. Bye!" It then showed the CM7 logo and spent around 5 minutes booting up. I then got the WLOD and my phone just died really ever since then. Every time I turn it on, even when plugging it into the charger, I get a vibration and then the screen gets stuck on the "Sony Ericsson" page and won't change (I left it for 5 hours like that and it didn't change. Also, no matter how much I spam the back button, it will not enter xRecovery. I am slightly worried as I am meant to be going abroad this Wednesday and will definately need it then. Can anyone help me?

SEUS won't recognize my phone... I got it sorted by reflashing the original 2.1 from SE and then rerooting and reflashing xRec so now its practically back to normal. Only thing is though, I can't get rendeiro2005's [ROM][MAY24]BlackEditionHD_1.4_SE[Gingerbread 2.3.4] to work (link here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=13755473#post13755473) coz everytime I try, I just get WLOD and a reboot cycle. Any help there?

I'm back to my old ROM (coincidently also from Rendeiro) and yeah cheers. My SEUS doesn't come up with a repair option, I only have "update". Anyway I've given up on that and am now flashing CM 7.0.3 coz it seems way more stable and from what I've heard there's no getting WLOD with it so far... so yeah cheers guys

[Q] HELP ME WITH SEUS !! Help me Restore x10 mini to a usable condition..

Help me ppl ! I screwed up big time !!
I originally got X10 mini with Android 2.1 and relatively old firmware ...anyway I rooted my phone, took the backup and then Flashed a CWM Recovery on it !
Factory WIPED all the data for the new ROM ......
Then I was about to Flash this CM 7.1 ROM when all of a sudden it displayed the message that it wont work wihout the Latest Firmware .... so from there on I had no choice but to Restore my Backup and go back to a working OS, so I could easily proceed with Firmware update ...... but that never happened !!!
The Backup couldnt be recovered ...it failed for i dont know what reason ....ever since then the device never worked beyond the WHITE Sony Ericsson LOGO !!! Im stucked ..... even the CWM Recovery isnt working now !!
and when phone is charged I have no way to turn it off !! I try that HOME+POWER button Combo but it turns back on !! I have no way of stopping this battery drainage either !!
SEUS wont work for me beyond the point where I have to hold the BACK KEY and then connect USB !!
I'm stucked !! I've been looking for a solution for almost 5 days now .... but had no luck !!! dont know what to do from here on!! KINDLY HELP !! plzz plzz plzzz !! I desperately need to fix this !! the device even aint mine !!!
Ok, lets start from the beggining.
What rom did you flash?
Why did you not check the firmware version if it matched the required?
To fix it, let the fone discharge. Then plug the charger in, let it charge a while, and flash via SEUS.
SEUS wont work for you because the phone is on a constant boot loop, so it is never off, which is required to be able to enter the back key function.
try it and let me know.
we've tried few things but nothing helped yet:

PC Companion is OK, but not great for these situations. Download SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service) because it has a much better method for fixing a phone in a messed up position.

Step 1: Relax and Breathe
As DamDSx said. Let it discharge fully. Then Charge it (I Pity mini users cause u cant just yank the battery out!)
In the meantime install Flashtool from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=10738287&postcount=1 on your PC. (only install 0.2.8 or 0.2.91 Latest version may not recognise anything but daddy x10)
Follow Process from Here ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=10879507 ) and download a ROM for Mini(E20i) Follow the procedure and flash ur stock ROM.
Then Root the phone. Install Root explorer (google it) and go to \system directory. Edit a file called "Build.prop" and change the product code (something like 1238-90XX) wherever you find it in the file and replace it with the correct one for ur phone (Can be found on ur phone's Box)
Run PC companion and check for updates. you'll have the latest stock 2.1 fiirmware. You're good to go!
Next time mess around with only your own device mate
Last -1 step : When you pray to god next, thank him for creating XDA too
Last step: If you find this useful, hit thanks and THANK THE ORIGINAL POSTS TOO (Links posted above)

No they are separate software...entirely different programs...PC Companion to me looks a little useful, but SEUS is way better at fixing your phone when in trouble...
Lift the back cover off.
There is a small rubber plugg, lift that or pry it off.
Beneath that you have the batteryconnector.
Push down on the side wher you see the connecting cables and presto!
Phone off.

X10 Stucked at DoomKernel Logo during boot up

So basically I've just unlocked my bootloader last night. Used three hours to do so. And Before I slept, I flashed DoomKernel v06-1113 and everything was fine. SO I decided to flash DoomKernel V06 as it is said to be highly recommended for the rom I want, "FeraLab" So, I flashed V06 and the next thing that happen was the phone just stucks at DoomKernel Logo. Lasted for 20mins or so. I decided to pull out the battery and inserted it again. Stucked at DoomKernel Logo AGAIN but this time the screen gets dimmer after 4 secs or so. And the whole thing just seem to reboot again. And it goes on and on and on. Decided to take out the battery and just leave it like this hoping it would somehow work the next morning. The same problem just go on and on. But there was once, the whole thing fully rebooted and finally start up. I tried putting the freq to max on Set CPU and it went into reboot again. Straight. Now things just go back like before. Kept rebooting over and over again. I'm hoping for an answer ASAP as I'm gonna need to use my phone for a really really long time later this afternoon. Am going out for basketball practice now and will be checking for any replies. PLEASE AND THANKS IN ADVANCE.
Am gonna try using PC companion to repair. Hope it's a correct choice cuz I dont seem to be able to enter the xrecovery mode
Still waiting for more guidance. Help is much appreciated
PC companion never got to fully repair it cuz the part where they prepare the computer to update took too long and it never moved. Decided to try downloading SEUS to repair.

Thanks for your reply but like I said, I cant seem to enter xrecovery. How am I able to flash the rom?
allright buddy i will tell you exactly what you need to do
first thing go to this link
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=21214246#post21214246
and download the medium overclocked version of the doom kernel which means the v06-1113 doom kernel i have the same problem my phone reboots as well if i used the 1228Mhz version it is just that it can't handle itand you have got that one flashed on your phone so go ahead and flash the v06-1113 doom kernel through flashtool an then it will let you go to xrecovery and i am also using the FeraLab v4
and it works perfect and you can visit the FeraLab rom page by clicking the link below
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1458001
Problem solved. Thanks for your help anyway
What I did was I used PC Companion to repair it and flashed v06 1113 into it. Thanks alot for your time and help =)

LOL the link i provided is for kernel, .ftf file. it was meant to be flash by flashtool.
as u know, the kernel provide 3 type of kernel (details at Doom's thread), once u flash the kernel, u will able to enter the boot manager (or any recovery that u want)
just wanted to clarify.
glad ur problem solve, but using this method would be easier as u does not need to reconfigure again. personally experienced it b4
But I thought you'll need to turn on your phone, get it connected to FT with it recognizing your phone, then select the file you want to flash, unplug it, turn it off and then enter flash mode. My phone din't seem to be able to be recognized by FT while it was soft bricked

My suggestion is don't go for ICS ROMs... they eat battery and your phone will have to be charged once every 10 hrs... so stick to gingerbread... go for tech devils ROM which is super light and long battery....

well, i kinda agree in some of ya point that ics in x10 does eat more battery energy, but X10 it've done its best for 4" screen resolution 480*854, single core 1GHz with only 288MB RAM max. Many people still looking forward for it in ics though. And battery hours in ics (if just message, wifi, phonecall, alarm) can stand up to 3days (until battery 10% left) depending governor and frequency ya set. But if HD gaming, gingerbread still works great because it'meant for gaming including emulating games.

Depends to person liking. For me, Xperia S ICS CM9 by senior Vashista reddy. Great RAM freed and smoothness. Enough for wifi, call, music, 6MP camera uncompressed, but not video camcording or play. Older version still works great and smooth. But newer version jellycream got some fixes needed to be implemented. hope helps.

{Arc} Like 0% Battery Problem in Xperia {Ray}

UPDATE: Nothing worked, finally went to service center and they changed motherboard , it took 8 days but my ray is back #THANKUWARRANTY
This thread is not a question thread, i am posting here to warn all xperia ray users.
My Story:
Yesterday i installed ICS Pureness rom but i didnt used sirkay kernel with that instead i used .431 stock kernel (I think here is the problem).
After that i used it 20-30 mins and went back to stock .62 GB using flashtool.
I got news that stable CM9 is available, so i installed latest stable Cyanogenmod9 (cm-9.0.0-urushi.zip downloaded from official CM site), used it 5-10 mins
I dont like it either so i returned to GB .62 using cwm backup made before installing CM. Everything worked fine but my phone was not charging , just showing that its charging.
That time battery percentage was 12% it was constantly decreasing although phone was showing its charging. After few mins it turned off and i tried to turn on but phone didnt started , red led blinked 3 times and went off.
I tried another battery and phone works fine but battery still not charging. (it is showing charging but battery percentages are decreasing)
I Also charged my old battery with other phone and tried still no luck phone is unable to charge battery.
I flashed .62 firmware again , still no luck
Left my phone in charging around 5+ hours, still not charging.
Since my phone is unable to charge battery , i am charging it using a direct battery charger, by 15 mins of charging it gives me 10-12% battery. (this is only way to boot my phone and test repairing methods)
UPDATE: Tried method by emosis , Flashed stock .431 using flashtool then flashed sirkay's XRay V7.3.431 kernel but still no luck
These guys are facing same problem too.
1. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1808552
2. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1831935
Note: I think its software problem but i dont know how to fix it. Basically i am stuck.
So ray users you have been warned , dont try stable CM9.0 over .62 GB firmware otherwise you will lose your phone.
Dont forget to share to aware users, its a very big problem and If you have any suggestion please reply (#seriously so we can make this thread helpful)
If there is really no way To fix it, then maybe get one of these?http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=320777472336 I got one and love it. Comes in handy.

Bravo for the beautiful language. Punks like u dont deserve any help whatsoever.
Bro
Try to do what i say..
Use a charged battery..
Put out battery 1 minute.. Then turn on phone and get fastboot screen and flash sirkay latest kernel 2 times..when flash finished turn off phone and again put out battery 1 minutes turn on phone and get recovery screen - fastboot screen - flash sirkay kernel again.. then turn off phone disconnect phone from computer and connect it to charger after see charging screen turn on ur phone normally and say us the result
Are you talking about this kernel ?? = http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=29739291&postcount=1962
For your information= My phone is currently on GB .62 stock (i charged my phone battery separately without phone >> reinserted battery >> flash .62 stock using flashtool)
EDIT: Tried sirkay kernel not working.
When things go totally out of hand, I usually reinstall the stock ROM with Sony Ericsson Update Service with "software update+factory reset: option. In 99.5% cases it works.
(Well it might not be helpful if it SEUS does not recognize phones with unlocked bootloader.)
Its ok do it with sirkay latest kernel and install pureness you used before bro.. factory reset wipe data and dalvik cache..

Thanks a lot for your reply, i am downloading pureness again , actually deleted it.
If you can also explain why you are saying to use pureness rom ?? any technical reason behind it ??
No i said that cuz i thought u have it.. but do this :ut out battery 1 minute then recovery menu and fastboot mode use fastboot mode for flashin the kernel 2 times and put out battery again 1 minute then turn on recovery screen factory reset and wipe dalvik cache and install the rom and restart phone and say result i did this to solve mine and it worked ( dont reset battery stats)

@emosis bro , i am booting to fastboot like we normally do (switch off phone>>hold volume up and connect to pc)
is there any different method too, as you are saying - "recovery menu and fastboot mode"
I also tried , booted in recovery then selected reboot in fastboot mode but phone started normally.
Thanks a lot.
Note: I am not a noob, in fact a developer kinda geek, but this problem made me sick and tired , i surrendered. seems like hardware problem.
If possible please tell me what happened with your phone, did you faced exact problem like i did ?
In sirkay kernel reboot in fastbootmode or while using phone settings application develop usb debugging on..and use flashtool reboot in fastboot mode phone led must be blue.. if it s ok flash the kernel 2 times and do what i said bro.

yes, then go into recovery
- wipe data / factory reset
- wipe dalvik-cache
- wipe battery stats
- flash rom
- boot into rom
Strange, I had no problems when going back to .62 from CM9 stable...
I've heard that you can wipe EVERYTHING from the phone memory, leaving only basic programs and protocols like flashmode and fastboot by taking the battery out and charging the phone without for some time. Maybe it should help, though I never used this method and I don't know if it's safe or will it ever work...
I had battery %0 problem before can't charge phone.. i had it cuz battery stats was so low i flashed a kernel and used clear battery stats and installed a new rom.. ...... tried many thing to solve so i solved this problem the way i explained..hope you can solve it too..
