Hi, what do you mean by removing the battery status? it's always good to have it there so you know how much battery you have left. do you mean on the lockscreen or?...

Hmm...can you explain.....you want remove icons?
Perhaps he wants to refresh the battery usage statistics? Or he ran into the 0% issue?
That could be it too, we won't know till he replies though.

first.. thanks for the quick replies..
yes I mean to refresh the battery usage statistics..
I need to do it because one of the threads mentioned a way to re-calibrate the battery.. so after charging it for 8 hours you need to remove the battery usage statistics..
I don't know exactly how to do it ?!
Go to the battery usage statistics and hit the menu key and then refresh pops up.

Yeah, i see the replies. do you know what fastboot means? do a search on the forums and learn about it, why do you think you need to calibrate the battery any-way man?
Hello,
You need an unlocked bootloader to boot into recovery mode and select Wipe battery stats after charging the phone during 8hrs
Here's the tutorial to boot into recovery mode:

I think this is the only way to do this...
I was looking for a way to Wipe battery stats.. without unlocking the bootloader..
but this doesn't seem possible !!
thanks all...
Just use and charge the phone normally. The Battery calibration will improve over a few days.
Not sure why the panic....

Try this,
charge your phone to 100%
restart your phone to CWM
go to advanced,
and click on wipe battery stats
and reboot
remove phone from charger
let it drain until phone switches off. (just make the battery dead asap)
then power on using the charger and examine the results.
check if you have enough juice to last on that. it should extend the charge in the battery.
try and see or let someone here offer a better solution.

I'm going to try that...thanx
but what do you mean with this: check if you have enough juice to last on that?
Sorry if you misunderstood. i meant like after a full 100% charge, see how long that battery lasts. if it comes to normal like you had before, then ok. or else repeat again the process for the last time.
some devs or users can help you if this keeps going on and on like this......(draining of battery)

[Q] Wrong lecture of the battery level

Hello
I've been installing so much rom's in my atrix, but i always have this problem, the battery indicator only shows 70% when my battery actually is full (aprox 4200mV).
I've been reading a lot of methods to calibrate the battery but noone seems to working with me. I'm always stucked at 70% when i'm actually full. I know that this is not a big deal, but it would be great to know that correct value of charge in my phone
Do you know how to solve this?

My understanding is this is a "bug" in all non-blur based ROMs. The only solution I have found is this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1832470
Basically, you have to reboot your phone after you fully charge it from this App. Hope this helps....
I'll give a try, thanks

its not good to remove it bcuz the sytem does it itself, so u just confusing it.
callibartion is automated so if yur phone gets to 100% system renew this file itself.
good way (only) is to discharge ur phone to death & then charge it (without stop) to 100%. no other way.
maybe u think also about if ur battery is dead partially.... ?!?!

[Q] GF battery % on the "main" screen

There is any way to put the Battery % on the main/clock screen, like when its charging. Or a simply bar on the long or short side?
I search the forums but didn't find answers nor questions maybe i missed something :cyclops: and there is a tickbox in the GF manager?
