[Q] Could anyone give me the original SystemUI.apk KG3? - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Because I applied a metamorph theme and even though I delted the .xml and metamorph itself(and rebooted) it won't go back to normal. ;-;

I am using a desire HD running LeeDroid if u can use that with your one PM me in a few hrs & I will send ya it.... I'm sure if you just reflash your rom it will replace the system ui anyway, I could be wrong there but I am sure that's right?

First try reverting to the stock theme and then the CM theme. I think it shall do the trick.
you have to replace your current "framework-res.apk" located in "/system/framework" with the one that came with the v4.5.7 ROM
you can replace it using root explorer then reboot
i know that i'm going to give you a bad answer but that's one reason that i got back to the (X10_2_1_A_0_435_EW_JET_010x) this ROM.
CM with 2.2 has still problems.
i can't revert this to the original CM after going to Gingerbread..
so you can't eather,as i know.
thanks.
Yeah Im still confused because when I chose the theme nothing happened

I bought the phones used, it came with team whiskey rom, stock froyo 2.2, not sure what the other questions mean?
Try pushing the mms.apk from the ROM u r running alone. If that doesn't werk try reflashing the ROM again.

ok a little help here, what exactly does that mean? pushing the mms.apk from the ROM?
There is a great app called root explorer that will allow you to take an .apk from the .zip of the ROM u r on and you can paste it in /system/app/ and that replaces the mms.apk assuming u r rooted and can find the appropriate ROM. Honestly I'd just flash something else. Good luck!

How to get HTC lockscreen back?

Anyone know what's wrong? I rooted my phone (htc method if it matters), installed a sense ROM, got root explorer, removed HTC lockscreen from system/app, and now I want it back. I tried putting it back, rebooted, and it still isn't working. I try to install but the installation fails. Please help?

Just wipe cache/dalvik and reflash the ROM. All your stuff will still be there but the lockscreen files will be rewritten

I am running a custom rom and put the original weather lockscreen apk into system apps, changed the permissions, but it still doesn't show in my lockscreens, it shows 6 instead of 7. All I am trying to do is get back the original weather wallpaper.

Doing what I said to the OP above should set you straight as well.

He may be missing more than just the lockscreen apk.. he wants the weather option back

If you do what joehunni said you should be good. Just wipe cache and dalvik/cache and reflash the rom. That will put all your stock system apps back to where they need to be.

[Q] How do I remove mods?

How do I remove mods, like mashup?
If you made a nandroid backup before you installed the mod then just BSR to your backup
right, make a backup, before any major changes
otherwise it's SBF time for you

or you can flash the stock. mashup includes the stock zip incase you wanna go back..it was called Stock (2.3.5) if i'm not mistaken..
Sent from my DROID X2 using Tapatalk
All mashup is, is a build.prop change out. Just use root explorer and pull the build.prop file from the rom ur using and copy and past into your system file.
Sent from my MB870 using Tapatalk 2
If it's just mashup you don't like you could flash another build prop mod like 8 touch points if you're on a supported rom, if not just reflash the rom you're on.
