Well as title says, I cannot log into samsung account when I go to software update in settings. I even tried making a new one and it just won't go or says account already exists. I can log in fine on the computer. just no in tablet. Also some widgets have found my location as in Texas or even the UK and this has happened while googling as well.
I have the same problem, did you find the fix?
Yea I also can't sign into my Samsung account . Any ideas?

Don't try to log in with samsung Apps. I was able to log in by adding my samsung account to my sync accounts. That fixed the problem for me.

I sync with 3 gmail accounts on my Galaxy S2 but would only like to use one to access and purchase/download from the android marketplace. The issue is that the market app shows all three under settings>accounts. The first time I open the market I set the account to the one that I want but recently notice that it had automatically switched to another accounts and I had installed a bunch of apps using another account. This morning I it to the desired account and in the evening it had changed again. This is very weird and annoying. Is there a way that I can stop this or disable the marketplace on my other accounts?
BUMP!!! Please help. Someone.
I am also facing the same problem. On top of it, i am getting Connection Timed Out all the time in market. Can someone help please?

I've got the same problem, and so do others: http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Android+Market/thread?tid=4dfb99ab11950624&hl=en. I haven't tried it yet, but according to that page, a work-around is to open the market only using the application icon, not from the notification area.
Hey Thanks,
I just went through your link. Guess many ppl r facing the same issue. Hope it gets fixed soon.
I recently got a HTC One X and noticed that there was an error syncing with my google account. When I checked it out, my "Sync Internet" is failing. Then I remembered that on my Logitech Revue with Honeycomb had the same issue.
What exactly is "Sync Internet" and how come it is failing on more than one device? Is there a way to fix this?
anyone?
I think that its just trying to sync your browser (bookmarks, etc.).
As for fixing it - I don't have any terribly deep insight. Try disabling it and re-enabling it. Do you need your browser settings synced?
I don't need it synced but since the error happened across two different devices, i wanted to know what it could be
I am afraid I don’t trust any web storage space. I prefer to some Android PC Managers such as AirDroid. Or another one Moborobo, it has the backup and restore feature. Both are free! Worth of try!

hi manage to find solution for this? i have re flash my rom just want to correct the problem but it still not working. perhaps is there any log that we can check why it is not connecting?
Same problem here. After reflashing my phone yesterday (due to slowdowns and hanging apps) I noticed that sync of Google account is constantly failing. The reason is sync of Internet. No specific error is reported, other items are synced OK. I have Samsung Galaxy S II 4.0.3 ICS. Before it was OK.

its the sync settings in chrome!
In google chrome settings via a computer, There is a hyperlink to google dashboard. Go there and down to Chrome Sync, Reset and delete chrome data. Then in Chrome settings reset sync and do NOT set it to "encrypt all data" just use the fist option "encrypt with password",
Problem fixed.
I'm gaving an issue with my [email protected] Galaxy Note not being able to sync my contacts to Google, or Gmail, or to the Samsung account. I get an error message that states "Unfortunately the process com.sec.android.scloudsync has stopped". I've reset the phone to factory settings, reset the scloudsync app, called AT&T, called Samsung, tried to contact Google. Neither were able to resolve the issue. I get the above mentioned error message on all my android devices which include a LG Optimus G Pro, Samsung Galaxy S3, Samsung Galaxy Note.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
Will

In the settings menu under accounts do you have a Google account setup and working?
In that account's settings are the "contacts" and "gmail" boxes checked to enable?
Can you open the gmail app and check mail?
Also using a computer check what the gmail account security level is set at. I set my security level high once and had a pain syncing before.
I have done everything but check security level on gmail acct. on computer. I will give thst a try and see if that works. I did actually sync my Optimus G Pro and it worked, then tried syncing contacts on S3 and they appeared, but still get error message when trying to sync my Galaxy Note. I don't know if not having an active sim card in phone would prevent me fron syncing contacts or not.
Thanks for the info!

Running stock mk2 rooted. Gmail normally syncs ok but recently after a day or two it will randomly stop syncing. If i go into the accounts settings and force a sync it still won't, but also doesn't report an error. Rebooting fixes it. Force stopping and then syncing also seems to work. Any ideas?

I've seen a YouTube video regarding Enabling Gmail Sync. I hope it will help. Just go to YouTube and type in - How to Enable Gmail Sync on the Samsung Galaxy S4.

Thanks, but that is just it. Sync is enabled (quite obviously as I get notifications for a day or two with no problem). I believe I've isolated the issue to sending large files (never finish sending, even though on wifi which should be fast). By large I mean 1mb or so.
