Can't send MMS - Vibrant Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Recently I haven't been able to send mms messages. I can receive them, but I cannot send them. Whenever I try to send them, the little green arrow that indicates its sending stays there forever. The problem started about two weeks ago. I switched to Cyanogenmod 7 and started using GoSMS Pro pretty much in the same day. Any suggestions?

check your APN's at internet + mms

well, when i went to settings and dug around, I found "APNs", and upon clicking on it, it showed a list, the entries being "Simple" and "T-Mobile US". "T-Mobile US" was selected. I dug around a bit more, and in the "MMS Settings" in the GoSMS app, i found some more information:
MMSC: http://mms.msg.end.t-mobile.com/mms.wapenc
MMS PROXY: <none>
MMS PORT: <none>

can you send text messages at all or just cant send mms messages
just wondering cause last week i couldnt send any texts or mms
but could recieve both
found out that some how the message center number got erased
once i put it back in i was able to send texts and mms again

I can send and recieve texts just fine. I can recieve mms messages, but cannot send them... what is the message center number?

mms problem....help

I ve installed wm2003 se.
ROM Version 2.06
ExtVersion 2.06 and i ve installed mms composer 2.0. When i receive a mms i can read "1 unread" but in the inbox nothing appears or a single line, without text and 0 kb. Any idea? thanks
at least you received something. I didn't even manage to send or receive since the upgrade.
What is the version of MMS software you're using?
I'm using 2.0.0.13, noted the below:
Sending MMSes leave the outbox but they do not get delivered.
Program does not detect a new MMS

Hmmm...did u restore your sms from sprite backup? There r 2 possible explanation for your problem
1)Restore sprite backup from previous 1.72Rom to the SE Rom
2)Your MMS Settings is not properly configured.

I don't have MMS problems with 2.06 ROM and 2.0.0.13 MMS client. It receives and sends messages fine. If you use PocketPlus, you have to add tmail.exe to the list of programs that should be minimized and not closed. 2.0.0.13 MMS client does not send messages with national letters in subject, but this may be a problem in operator's MMS center.

Cannot send MMS [pix] messages error?

when ever i try to send a picture over MMS it says Originator Address Not Found. Ive tried sending it to a contact, to an email address, and to another cellphone, None have worked i always get the same message =[ What is wrong? And i can recieve picture messages, just not send them.

Sprint MMS & Arcsoft Not SENDING MMS (RyanMogul Rom)

Hi all, has anyone been able to get a custom rom that has ArcSoft installed on it to send out MMS messages? I have been running ryans rom for a few months and just recently had to send out a MMS. I thought this crap was fixed by now.
Needless to say the recipient didn't get the MMS and then I tried to email to a gmail account via mms and same deal nothing showed up.
Guys after a crack load of reading old threads I finally found the fix. This is the fix for sprint users.

use Remove PictureMail & Arcsoft.cab (then reboot)
Then install the JD Arcsoft 5.2.1.22.cab. Now when you go into your SMS you will not see MMS but instead you will see Picture Mail. I had to adjust nothing else as this solution enabled me to send pictures no problem.

MMS problems

Just tried to send an MMS from my Amaze, got an "unable to send message" error. I then looked online and deleted the "T-Mobile MMS" APN. Now my messages just get stuck on the sending icon, but don't send. Messages sent to myself work just fine, but not to anybody else. Thanks.

MMS issues. Recipient never gets pictures

I'm having trouble with my MMS on AOSP ROMS. I'm currently on a CM11 rom and whoever I send pics to don't receive them, or they'll get the pic half a day later..But I can receive mms just fine though. I've experimented with both APN ipv4 and ipv6. Same behavior using a GPE rom. Anybody else having this issue?
Check the "request Delivery Reports" option in MMS settings and make sure the message size has a max of 300k or 500k. ATT doesn't allow high res pics to go across their network and for some reason MMS doesn't send for me either unless I request a delivery report. It's annoying but I can send MMS. Hope this helps friend!
