[Q] Messaging Mod? - HTC EVO 3D

[i posted this in Apps and Themes but i just wanted to see if i could expand my attempt to get this done]
ive been trying to find a mod or something to help with the messaging.
(no handcent or go sms)
i hate getting messages and they get moved to the top.
id rather just have the text messages in order from how there were originally.
hopefully this post isn't confusing.
ill put an example.
Ex;
you get a first text from 'a'. so its at the top.
then you get a message from 'b'. and then THAT goes to the top.
then 'c' texts you and it goes to the top.
and it just constantly changes to whoever texted you last.
is there any way to make it to where they DONT move.
'a'
'b' 1 unread text
'c'
? :I ?

SMS gripe

When I receive a sms message, I know in options I can turn off the auto display option, very good, but if I click on the envelope icon why does it sort of preview the message rather than go straight to the inbox? Sorry that was rather clumsy, I hope someone can make sense of it.

[Q] New Message (Unread) Notifier?

I have seen this issue on other phone forums via search, but I seem to be the only one with this happening on a Vibrant. Every time I get message the yellow icon comes up on the notification bar but then the old school white message icon comes up too and the drop down just says I have unread messages.
I tried turning off the notifications in the messaging options but that removes both the yellow envelope icon (I want that) but not the unread messages (white postcard). Even after "read" the messages it stays there until I hit clear notifications then pops back up when I get a new reply.
Anybody have any ideas on how I can fix this? I am rooted running the stock ROM with the recent OTA update.
I also checked the SIM for any stored or saved messages and at one point deleted every text I had.
It sound slike you have another msging app installed - like HandCent or something.

[Q] Scrolling sms message in notification area

Anyone know how to disable the text message scrolling in the notification bar when you receive an SMS?
I still want to receive the notification, but not the message body scroll through.
I'm VERY sure there was a way to disable this in previous firmware, but buggered if I can find this on KF3.
Anyone?
Go into messaging>menu>settings>notification settings>notifications then uncheck the box.
But then I don't get the notification envelope - which I still want.
I just don't want the message scrolling through the notification bar.
I also would like to know that. And the same problem when I get a very long gtalk message.
I want the notification but I do not want it to show the entire message.
My bad, sorry didn't read the post correctly, afraid I don't know.

Hide text read out in status bar ICS CM9

I swear CM7 had this option but maybe I'm wrong, anyhow all I want to do is stop the text from scrolling through my notification bar. I just want it to say New message and who its from not display the whole thing line by line. Is there a way to do this? I know apps like chomp and handcent can but I prefer stock when possible. Plus handcent when you enable that option won't even tell you who its from just says new message. Any help would be great! I just hate when i get a long message and it goes line by line and i can't stop it without dragging down the bar. So annoying. Thank you!

Text Message Bug

I am completely Stock. Sometimes when I get a text message and I go to it from the lock screen it will go to the very top of the text message. It can get very annoying. I have my text messages set to delete after 200. Is there anyone else that is dealing with this issue?
This happens to me, too, but I haven't been able to figure out what causes it. I usually just scroll a little, then 'grab' the scroll bar and drag it to get to the bottom, but if you back up to the 'All Messages' screen and go back in it will be at the bottom again.
You mentioned you auto-delete at 200 messages, just to throw it out there I'll mention that generally I don't delete messages at all.
