I've noticed that sometimes when I scroll up and down pages near the edge of the right side of my screen it causes my page to zoom in/out. is that supposed to happen or is there something wrong with the touchscreen on my phone? i can replicate it really easily and its annoying when scrolling through webpages and maps.

I run dailyroads voyager as dashcam. My sgs2 is seated in the carholder in the left corner of the front window, allowing the cables to be neatly stuffed away behind my doorrubbers.
But: this means I can only rotate the phone counter-clockwise. This is not supported by dailyroads voyager (or any other dashcam-app). They'll just display clockwise landscape, rendering the buttons etcetera upsidedown...
Is there any way to force counter clockwise? I read about it being implemented in some custom rom for another phone...

Anybody knows how to force counter-clockwise landscape?
I do hope someone replies here because I'd like the same thing. When I play games or hold the phone in landscape, my fingers usually end up covering the speaker. Forcing a counter-clockwise landscape orientation would be great. To the OP, I've looked around myself and haven't found anything.

Found it mentioned in Cyanogenmod... It is on it's way for the SGS2, so maybe if we wait just a little bit longer we can finally rotate counterclockwise (or left landscape versus right landscape, or 270 degrees, or whatever people call it).
Just can't be that hard, now can I it? Really no-one with an easy solution here?
Actually I would like to have 90 degrees landscape, I have by default 270 degrees rotation. This is annoyng because when I play games light sensor is in bottom left corrner. I put my finger over the light sensor and screen goes dark becasue my phone thinks that it is in the dark area. I don't know if I remember correctly but in the first run wizard it was set up. But I don't know where to change it now.
That's exactly what we want too... You're talking about the same

Hi
Trying to play need for speed and it was constantly pulling to the right no control at all unless I turned the screen upside down with the charge port facing the roof it wet straight
Downloaded android sensors when the touch pad is sitting on ma knee with the speakers facing me the Horizontal access shows full acceleration of 10 when I hold it vertical it switches to the vertical axis and shows 10 when I turn it upside down so the charging port is facing the roof all acceleration stops
Is there any way to reset all sensors - reflashed latest nightly but made no difference at all cleared dalvik but no factory reset as I will have to setup all my apps/home screen again.
Any suggestions welcome
Cheers!

Hi!
I'm running Hyperdrive 8.1 and I've noticed that the camera drops about 10 frames when I show my camera around my closet... Whereas when i slide my camera over to my monitor, it is extremely smooth. Could it be the cluttered ness? Or...
Also there is a slight UI lag... Is there any possible way for me to fix it?
Syncs: Facebook, Google, Samsung Account, Skype, Twitter and Vine. I made sure many of them aren't synced automatically.
I think it has to do with the lighting. When theres quite a bit of light my camera is smooth but when moving to darker conditions it gets a bit choppy when moving the camera around. I.remember stock being similar so i dont think its a rom issue and it doesnt seem to affect picture quality. As for ui lag I always disable the animations and it makes the phone super snappy. The option is under developer options, near the bottom.

Thank you sir.
I've used instagram on an iPhone, a galaxy s4, note 3, and note 5, and instagram has never been as unresponsive as it has on my lg v10. The app still works on my lg as it should, but it's fluidity seems to be lacking. For example, I scroll through my feed pretty hastily, and sometimes when I double tap a photo to "like it" and scroll down to view more, it registers it as a down-stroke, and scrolls up instead. The lg v10 doesn't do this with any other app, however, and the only "touch issues" I had was on the top left portion of my screen (which was caused by Facebook's messenger app). Could this be a glitch within the instagram app? On a completely irrelevant note, I was using Google keep today and noticed that the framerate was really low. Scrolling up and down seemed very choppy as well as pulling the side menu from the left.
Anyone?
I've noticed that the S21 has a small but noticeable touchscreen latency when using the touchscreen. When I say small I mean about 0.1 or 0.2 seconds.
I'm guessing this is just how the hardware works but am I missing any configuration to change it?
It's not much of a delay but as an example when you start an app from the home screen by touching the screen quickly you can get your finger off the screen completely before the app begins to start and the screen changes.
I'm not talking about the transition and animation scales in developer settings, the lag is noticeable with or without them on.
My other half has an A52 5G and this doesn't have the same lag and if it's a simple app being opened or a switch to an already open app the A52 is often quicker.
Has anyone else noticed this?
