Now on my Neo works a new Rom, also 6.5, and bluetooth works .
But English keyboard layout..
Is there a possibility to change it into a german layout?
I installed a keyboard, but i can't choose it..
Now I'm searching for a new keyboard file..
Where can I find a German keyboard file??

Try Finger keyboard 2.1.. If your 6.5 ROM has it installed already follow my post below

i debranded my u20i (was german vodafone). now i have a qwerty keyboard instead of qwertz. is it possible to change this without flashing a new firmware again?
Yes, it's possible to switch out the keymaps, I wrote a quick guide for switching out the qwerty Portuguese to qwerty English for the Brazil firmware here. It should give you a decent idea of what needs to be changed, I also recall reading some qwertz specific info in the debrand thread so you may want to check through that.
I had the same problem when debranding with UK ROM a phone which was originally from A1, Austria. This post explains it all:

I've recently flashed a Nordic x10 mini pro android 2.1 rom, and apparently it was swedish - so here i am, stuck using my physical keyboard with swedish layout..
How can i change this?
I tried changing the following code in the /system/usr/keyboard-config/keyprint.xml: "<script name="latin" keylayout="qwerty-se-fi" />" to "<script name="latin" keylayout="qwerty-no-dk" />"
(no-dk = norway/denmark)
But it doesnt work, im not getting any changes at all.

/system/usr/keychars/mimmi_keypad.kcm.bin

This a long call, but there is an app called More Locale 2 in the market... you can use it to change your phone's region. worked for me.
Is there a way to change keyboard layout, other than flashing with other fw version.
At the moment I'm using 4.0.2.A.0.42 from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=19808360&postcount=3.
In x10 mini pro I changed it by editing keyprint.xml, but here I don't have that file.
I'm still new to root files, so maybe I didn't see something similar to that.
How about something like this but that is a paid app.And here a free one but beta.Another free one,not beta
Or select writing language as German and you get qwertz .
btw I don't think new fw gives the layout you ask in English language,I use 0.62 and I got a qwerty keyboard selecting English language.
Hello, I'm using ICS 4.0.3 [HTC HD2] and google keyboard is set to my lang -> Czech. But Google providing only layout QWERTZ.
No QWERTY.
It's big trouble. For QWERTY I need to change keyboard to English. But is not containing Czech letters and Czech dictionary.
I don't wont any keyboard from GooglePlay. I like Original ICS keyboard...
Can anybody help me ??

It's done... Extracted keyboard from CyanogenMod9 RC1 Rom -> Galaxy nexus -> Copied LatinIME.apk to system/app and delete old keyboard. It is Working Close please
